These people are a rip off. Stay away. Zero communication after they get your money, even if you do get lucky and they answer a phone or email you get lied to. Never got my shippment and am trying to get my CC company to charge them back for items never recieved. Penmakingsupplies.com should be sued for lousy business practice. Especially that guy named Chip who should be indited for posing as a business. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!

I placed an order and after a week of no response from the company (tried emailing and calling) I finally filed a dispute with paypal, still waiting on a response from Steebar but hopefully paypal will refund my money, otherwise I will have to dispute it through my credit card company. Wish I had read reviews before ordering but I thought it was safe due to being affiliated with paypal. I was soooo wrong!

I ordered clock parts from them and never received the product. Instead they sent me a barometer. I have tried calling them and the phone just rings and rings. Stay far away from this site.

I ordered products from Steebar for the first time and received a part of the order equaling about one third of the dollar value of my order. The most expensive item was marked as back ordered. At about a month I called to ask for an update on the status of my order. A man answered - no company name just hello. When I told him what I was calling about he asked what company I had ordered from. I told him steebar but the invoice with the couple of items they sent said clockkit ( not Klockit-they are a good company that I normally order from). He gave me a line that was because of a computer glitch. He then very rudely said 'look your item is on back order. When we get it well send it". After waiting a few more weeks I tried calling again multiple times. No answer! I emailed several times. No reply. Finally emailed don't send it, I want my money refunded. No reply. Contacted American Express and disputed the charge. A week later the order comes. I will NEVER do business with Steebar or their imitation company 'Clockkit'. (Again this Clockkit is NOT Klockit!)

I lost $200 to Steebar

I lost $200 to Steebar. They charge your card immediately and never deliver a product. I don't know how New Jersey allows them to stay in business.
