I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that
Stockx took $800 from me. I will never order from this website again! I brought a pair of Balenciagas from Stockx and never received my sneakers. They told me to check if my neighbors had the package, speak with DHL who shipped the package, and to file a police report. I did all three and they told me that they would make a claim. When I asked how long it would take, because a loss of $800 is very extreme, I did not receive a response from them. I sent out another complaint and still nothing. They have no number to call, the only way to get in contact with someone is through email and that's even if they want to respond to your email. I will not change my rating unless they magically refund me my money and i will NEVER buy from them again nor will I tell someone that this is a good site to buy from!
I ordered Nike Adapt BB's for my son thru StockX. As has happened to a
Number of people, we were unable to link the shoes to the Nike App.
Since the shoes were not bought directly from Nike, Nike did little to
Help solve the situation. StockX gave us a couple of things to try
(same things Nike told us to do like reboot the shoes, etc.).
Ultimately, I told them that they had dropped the ball because they
Verified and certified that the shoes were authentic (and working),
Which they were not. In fact, they agreed that they dd not test the
Shoes to see if there was a software issue. I told them they needed to
Fix t or replace the shoes. They refused. They said because my son
Clipped the tag off the laces (we still had the tag), it was invalid.
Now that is BS. Don't ever buy from StockX. They don't stand behind
The sale. They don't really authenticate the shoes properly.
Bought a shoe form stockx got charged twice. 2 and a half weeks on customer support won't do a thing saying it's not there problem etc. wouldn't use them again very very shady. Russ support didn't have an idea what he was doing couldn't perform basic tasks or gather basic information from the sale.
I'd have only had good things to say about StockX until today. I sold a pair of AF1s & they didn't pay out because they claimed I didn't sent the shoes in their box. I did. They stole the box & my paper took photos at an angle that makes it appear I just threw them in a packing box & sent them. Uhhh no.
I've been selling on StockX for nearly a year. I've not argued with them on any other issue because my items were returned as sent. In this case, they're blatantly lying. They've messed with the wrong $#*!I wont be letting it go.
Not only is this theft, they're also fraudulently claiming something that isn't true.
The photos attached are exactly what was sold. I only had 1 pair. Why would I remove them from the box, etc. & mail it to my own detriment? They're denying any wrongdoing, but I will absolutely post all of their BS communication. Don't support these people. Everyone who has said they are fraudsters are clearly on to something.
We bought a pair of Nike vapormax that were supposedly authenticated by stockx but the shoes we got for my teenage son were fake. 1 week into wearing them, the plastic air bubble on the sole burst. Sadly he can't wear the shoe anymore and neither can he get a refund. Very disappointed in this company scamming unsuspecting consumers.
Shipping was very fast and easy. The price for the shoe was beyond reasonable and I enjoyed how I got the shoes before the release date. So i don't have to see "we couldn't process your order" from Nike if they sell out.

Bought a pair of retro Jordan 6 (Infrared colorway released circa 2014) well turns out nearly every pair of gum bottom shoes show signs of yellowing after a few years doesn't matter where they are kept. Had on foot once, that is, allowed. They rejected the same pair of shoes I bought from them not 6 months earlier... even took a $50 dollar loss selling back to them. They rejected them due to the yellowing which is naturally occurring. Haven't received them back yet, curious to see if they left the tag on it or not. If not, thats some shady $#*! $#*! right there. I'll let everybody know what happened

Good interface, minimal funny business: the total cost was much higher than expected, after taxes and shipping fees, the cost was almost 100 dollars higher.
The shipping service required a signature which is a good thing with these markets, and the emails updated me with the right information and was helpful throughout. Most importantly, the product was delivered and worked as advertised.

I Was sent a creased telfar x ugg bag, which i personally am shocked passed authentiction. Had to contact customer service 3 seperate times through the help center and only one of those times did i get an email response. After providing pictures of the crease multiple times (i guess somehow they kept losing the pictures) they still have yet to follow up for a resolution. Keep in mind ive made a solid amount of purchases from them in the past with this being my only complaint. The fact that they won't help resolve a single purchase given the poor state of which it was recieved is absurd.

I've bought 5 pairs from them atleast 1 pairs fake I wouldn't trust them or their fake authentic tags
They won't fix the issue obviously they know they're fakes & take advantage of everyone. Use any shoe sight but them they're ranked so poorly like 178 or worst they only email fake AI responses & the only way to fight their fake shoe charges is by contacting your bank most cards have a warranty of some sort. This is disturbing as I wouldn't mind paying for what they advertise just not counterfeit products like they push. The box has a fake Kanye adidas site & the QR code's inside the shoe are fake. The key splay-350 that's supposed to be hidden inside on the butters is missing period. Adidas says these are fakes. All the Stockx cares about is $ period

On now, several occasions, I have placed an order for an item on StockX and the order has not been fulfilled. The most recent being a pair of Nike/Tiffany shoes. It's very disappointing. I have not had this issue on other sites.

I bought 200 dollar jordans from stock x and then recieved fake cheap ones with the authenticity token smh. No carbon fiber just plastic and cheap material. They got away with it. But hopefully i can figure a way to sue them

I got everything and came on time but was nervous about the carrier delivering my shoe. The reason is that the carrier has gotten a lot of negative shoes, so I worried if I was even gonna get my shoes on time or if they would be "lost" somehow.
Ups lost my package to stockx and admitted it but needed stockx to file the claim since they were the one issuing the label, not the seller. Stockx did not want to open a claim because I did not have an drop off receipt which UPS did not provide during drop off. I went back to get a copy but they said if ups confirms it that means there is no need of receipt. They also cannot reprint them after 2 days. Stockx will make the claim themselves but giving excuses that they cannot claim because there is no drop off receipt. Very bad company! Not honest or helpful!

So far no bad experiences using StockX and would recommend to anyone looking to buy hard to find or hard to get items. The process of StockX verifying items is a great way to assure both the seller and buyer are happy at the end of a sale in my opinion.
I had never received my refund. I was told that I would get one on 12/1/22. Then the shoes came randomly when I had already bought other shoes because this was a "ghost order." The shoes that randomly came look very worn and look like knock-offs. Was told 12/1 I'd get a refund and still none. I no longer wish to jump through hoops and waste my time trying to submit so many things that the site doesn't even allow bc the pictures are "too big" even though they're the appropriate size.

I got my delivery after 3 days so nothing to complain about the shipping but the condition of the shoe (nike dunk low retro platinum white) was indeed not as I expectet it. There are some weird points on it.
Recommendation
The last time I bought sneakers from Jordan Retro University in nude color, they are very attractive and the price is affordable. Again, I assure you that the goods are of high quality in accordance with its trademark. I bought, buy and will continue to buy because the assortment is large and attractive.
I ordered my sneakers and thought it was going to take a few weeks to get them. They actually came within a week of getting the email about the order being shipped to stock x for verification. Very pleased and happy I was able to get a pair of sneakers I really wanted.
Very quick and delivered in a timely manner. The communication was great and I was able to follow along it's journey from origin to my address. Was dropped off right in front of my mail box so easy to locate package in mail room.

Shoes came about 5 days earlier than planned which I was so happy about. I love them, they fit beautifully and came nice and clean and in the box! Very impressed. I have ordered from them plenty of times and I am never disappointed.
I bid on a pair of shoes and they charged me twice. I contacted customer service and it is a joke. After getting a very vague response I contacted them again. All they will tell me is that I can resell the "extra" pair with them. NOT! I am cancelling my account with them asap. This "company" is a scam.
The product delivered was expedited, and much appreciated. The material was good as advertised with long lasting appeal and custom made.
Authentication can be verified via their website. They have a video with the correct "authentication" tag, as well as a picture. E.g. Jordan 1 CHI colorway.
