I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that

I have a bad experience selling on stockx, the verification department is bull$#*!. My clothes are new and they said there is a sign of used. And you didnot return me the accessories in my sending-out packages. What is their basis. The employee must be taking the benefit of me. I am really angry. Do not sale on stockx!.
I bought gpus here because they were cheaper and the website said they were in New condition. Low and behold they actually were when I got them around 4 to 5 days after purchasing them. Now I just need to test them out in a mining rig to make sure they're working and I'll feel more confident about this review but so far my exprrience has been well.
I bought some Nike sneakers for my son. He said Stockx is the place to buy them. I checked out there reviews and they sounded positive. When the Nikes arrived the front top of one of them was wrinkled. The other one wasn't. For the price of these shoes($160) there should be no wrinkles on them. If one of them doesn't have wrinkles then the other one certainly shouldn't. Apparently no returns, sales are final. How this got ok'd by Stockx is sad. I have nothing positive to say about this company and will never buy from them again!

I have some issues trying to resell some of the stocks I bought from StockX … ie I buy them… and try to sell them back again later. But some of these order were rejected. Condition of the product is the same so I'm somewhat puzzled!
Overall I’m satisfied as customer but there are areas tgt StockX can improve

Wide range of variety
I was rejected to sell my brand new hoodies based on my head hairs no on the hood! Or this was the reason they gave! It's become clear after dealing with this company that their aim is to make money from charging deduction fees to people rather than have to sell the items sent! They are making money from the postage fees and also fining items of clothing for simply being tried on! I don't recommend anyone sending items for sale as the chances of them charging you fees are high! You will not walk away having warmth moneyless from the process and the rest of these reviews only enforce what I'm saying. Stay the hell away!
We never come to an agreement on the resolution and what StockX did was to just force a resolution on the customer at no agreement to the customer for acceptance.
This kind of business ethic is beyond comprehension and it does not shows any empathy to what the customer is experiencing.

Customer services were unresponsive and decided to dispute.
They banned me for that (only good thing they did for me in fact) without looking at why I disputed. Customer services were familiar and rude.
I bought a pair of trainers from StockX because I believed I could trust their verification process… unfortunately this has turned out to be untrue.
When I received my recent purchase, I instantly knew the item was FAKE!
I reported this to StockX immediately and started the refund process.
Whilst the member of the team was helpful and empathetic, the advice given was to either resell them on StockX or return them (luckily I come under the EU returns policy), despite me stating that I believe the item to be fake.
My purchase was confirmed as counterfeit, and my money refunded. However this has made me doubt my previous purchases, doubt stockxs verification process (of both products and it's resellers) and make me no longer want to use their app, no matter how much I want a product.
All aspects need to be better before I begin to consider using this app again.

I ordered yezzy boost 350V 2016/ 2022 on august 10 and they shipped August 13 within two days SAM EDELMAN boot and without verification tag. I contacted customer service and upload files what they need. And they replied that it doesn't match information with the order and they can't accept their fault. How do trust them for the future even the team doesn't do their job. Right now I am 100% feel inconvenient to using StockX app. And thank you for wasting my money and time. Please take care what you order in your future order.

Very disappointed, With authentication. Sneakers arrived Didn't put him on right away. When I did, The three bubbles in the tongue were dry rotted. It also had to stock X Authentification medallions. When hanging from the shoe laces. When hanging from the shoelaces? And one on the back of The sneaker. These are fairly new release. I already had a pair and wear them. Didn't experience that problem. I bought those from finish line.

I logged in to StockX to purchase a pair of shoes for my son. I selected a size 8.5 shoe and completed the purchase. When I received my order confirmation it showed a size 9 shoe. I attempted to contact the company to have it corrected, but there is absolutely no way of contacting them. In addition, there is no way to cancel an order, even when it is incorrect. This is a bait and switch, I will be making sure that I alert everyone to their unscrupulous practices.

I paid for a pair of Jayson Tatum AJ 34 Welcome to the zoo, and also a pair of air max 90 supernova... they charged my card the $462 it cost for the purchase... when I go to check my order, there is no proof of purchase, I mean nothing. It's as if I never ordered the shoes. No one responds to my emails and I m a whole different kind of DISAPPOINTED... it's been 2 weeks now and still no response. This is supposed to be a big company but they have the worst customer service ever.
I bought a sweeter from them and it came in small so i sold it back on their platform for a slightly price, it sold but failed the authentication process, so how did they sell it to me in the first place. So basically sold me a fake product and won't take it back.
STOCKX may not have the cheapest prices you can find online, but at least it's verified authentic (and I haven't received a bad item yet!) I like that you see the sale history and that each item is inspected before being delivered to you, so there's definitely value in that. Will continue to be option and a resource for be me. I repeat do not buy electronics from this company they will sell you stuff that doesn't even work! They do not check if it works they only check if it's Authentic. You will have to reach out to the manufacture and they will not help you in anyway shape or form!

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from Stock X. I changed my location and currency to AUD and prices were displayed as such BUT after I ordered them my bank account was charged USD. I have tried to contact them several times via email to cancel the order and be refunded. The live chat is pretty much non-existent. After 5 days they have still not responded to any of my contact attempts. VERY disappointed to pay such a high price for sneakers I could have got elsewhere MUCH cheaper.

Ordered shoes for my husbands Fathers Day gift. Shoes arrived ahead of time, I waited a day or so to show him the shoes (I wanted to wait until Fathers Day) but something told me to go ahead and show him. He opened and was excited until he started inspecting the shoes and noticed a big crack and some missing paint in a few places. It's been a long difficult process to get a return label to return the shoes for a refund.
Still waiting on a label to return used/defective/damaged shoes.

There authentication process is a sham I received a pair of Adidas tennis shoes I've had $178 for. They have the tag on them that they had been authenticated. I had enough pair of Adidas shoes to know immediately they were fake. I took them to the manager of the store in Portland Oregon and he confirmed there were numerous ways to know they were fake. StockEx would not give me the information on how to return them they kept saying I had to do all these different steps just to return them. They are a fraud they are a sham do not order anything from them

I got a pair of yeezy 500 before, and the one i got one feel different, look different. It says made in Vietnam but also has a lot of random stickers in Mandarin. Im sure they're fake. Stockx team $#*!ed up and authorized a fake pair of yeezy. Very disappointed, i hope i'll get a refund. Probably will be my last purchase with Stockx unless i get a refund for fake shoes
Stock x authenticated fake air max, I contacted stock x about this n they said sorry they are fakes but it's past 3days no refund, the issues are so blatant I don't know who they have authenticating these items, 1 sneaker is wider than the other, there's gaps in the stitching from the inside sole to the side of the sneaker, they even used red thread on 1 of the sneakers n there's no red anywhere on or in the sneaker these are terrible knock offs

My boyfriend ordered a pair of Nike SB dunks off of stockx, when the package arrived it had his name on it and said it was the SB dunks when we opened the package what was inside was a pair of yzy slides 2 sizes too small with a fake verification sticker on them. Now we're trying to return them and get what we originally ordered (or a refund at least) but the customer service is so horrible they won't even talk to us about it because of the fake verification sticker that came on the wrong item we ordered from their website. This is absolutely unacceptable and VERY upsetting. We will not be ordering from them ever again and I advice you not too either.

I sent in some shoes and they claimed there was a material variance in 2 of the 3 shoes. I purchased all three shoes from them same location. The even more funny part is one pair of the shoes came back with receipts in it that other shoes were purchased at a store in Pasadena TX. My shoes came from Indiana and went to Georgia... Hmmmm!
