I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that

I ordered a ps5 for $758.02 which was never delivered to me. Do not make big purchases on stock x. It was stolen somebody signed for it and it never made it to my door. How do I know they even sent it. Terrible business they are not legit. The ps5 sells are scams I wanna spare you the heartache.

Tip for consumers:
That they don’t make sure it’s you signing, they let anybody sign for it. The guy spelled my name wrong, of course it’s not me!

Do not buy from here. I purchased $125 essentials hoodie and washed it one time all the letters came off. I sent an email and pictures and they said they cannot do anything about it because the tags were taken off. If you purchase from STOCKX you will lose your money and get FAKE merchandise!

Make sure that you read their return policy, which pretty much mean you are on your own. No returns or exchanges. This also applies to damaged merchandise, or merchandise that is damaged just enough to still meet their standards. My 12yr old son saved for a long time to be able to buy a tshirt for $100, and for it to arrive with a defect, made him very upset as he didnt want his friends to think it was fake. I gave them a chance to exchange, or at the very least credit the purchase, but nothing. All they offered was a discount off a future purchase. No thank you, I learned an expensive lesson, and my son did as well unfortunately. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Shady practices and ownership doesn't stand behind the products.

Wow. Wanted originally to move my entire buy and sell op onto stockx. First 5 purchases - one was cancelled, one hasnt shipped to them for authentication after 7 days of moeny leaving my account and the 3 that have arrived are all damaged with scuffs, marks and oil stains. Only received refund for ONE of these and now customer service are flat out ignoring me.

Never ever use these guys.

One star is too many.

Absurdthat a product that is supposedly inspected and verified before shipment can come broken. To make matters worse, their customer service rep response was worse:
"Due to the nature of the market place StockX does have a no return/exchange policy in place. But the good news is you can always resell what you have received if you are uninterested in keeping this item. We would suggest doing so at a price you are comfortable with."

(Sorry you're item you spent $200.00 dollars on came broken, we're happy to take more money from you to repost the broken item on the site to con some other poor soul.)

DO NOT do business with this site! You have a 50/50 chance of being left disappointed and penniless. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to survive in the 21st century, help put them out of business. DO NOT use this site.

I ordered a pair of $500 shoes from stock x. I received them and took the QR tag off. Wore them the next day, as I was walking I noticed the sole coming off from the side of both shoes. I contacted them with pics of both shoes, they said they couldn't return them because of the QR code was not attached anymore. So now I have a piece of crap $500 pair of Jordan's that they were supposed to inspect for me. I shouldn't have to (not saying I shouldn't) inspect something that I pay for them to do. They charge you processing fees and "inspect" your stuff for you. But they are a trash company, do not trust them. They don't understand that great customer service is priceless and what makes a company. I will go on every website I possibly can to spread the word not to use them. This was my first and last purchase from this trash $#*! "company"

Meanwhile goat.com is the tits. I have used them numerous times with not one hiccup from them. Plus they send GOAT stickers with every purchase.

I sold one Funko over this platform last week and I received a verification fail email back as incorrect tags, materials, and/or substandard construction when compared to authorized, retail items as well charged me $15usd as penalty. This is the biggest joke I ever heard this year because I already sold two exactly the same Funko through stockx few months ago. The customer service do not want to help to appeal this but the T&C says I can. This is not about the $15 penalty it is all about the verification team, how they verify my item. They just simply send me an email without showing any evidences as they cannot provide any evidence to my genuine item. This platform is ridicules both seller and buyer do have any rights in here.

Do not buy and sell on this platform, their verification team is a joke they do not know how to verify real or fake product. Only thing they are concerning this how to make money from buyer and seller as they are charging on both sides. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLATFORM!

They say you will receive new shoes. If there is an issue they will say its "Deadstock" that may have manufacturer flaws and imperfections that are uncontrollable. Stains on shoes and damaged boxes are not manufacturer flaws and imperfections in my mind. They will take your money, offer no help and tell you to resell them on their platform.

Ordered my son some shoes for Christmas, there is no place to ship to a different address from the billing address. So I simply asked if they could be shipped to him instead of me and then me having to ship them because I'm a disabled veteran and it's hard for me to get around. Instead of just saying it couldn't be done and letting me try to ship them, they cancelled the order completely and now I have to wait 7 days to get my money to get my son another gift. F$@k STOCK x

I'm on my second business day after buying my ps5(4 days counting the weekend), and what they don't actually tell you is that the wait time is two days for the seller to ship to the middle man that you just paid top dollar, then you get to wait for the middle man to ship it to you. For the top dollar you pay, you could just as easily,(and probably less) get it elsewhere much quicker. I have it three stars, because I was willing to pay the amount, even if it's very similar to a black market loan shark. We'll see how long it takes for Mr. X to deliver, and I'll repost!

Ordered a shirt and it took over 2 weeks to deliver. StockX procedures states to allow 1-2 days for verification and it took more than 7 days to verify my product. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't give me my money! Horrible business

I was charged a different price from what I bid because a "new customer" discount code that I used (and was accepted) when I made the bid - was not applied when the purchase went through. When I brought it up to customer support, they wouldn't refund my $20, instead they just gave me another discount code for my next purchase...

1. I dont want to make another purchase with them now and 2. Why would I trust that this discount code will work when the last one did not either

Worst customer service ever. Tried to purchase a pair of Jorden 1 for my son, hit buy now for $530.00 and then received an email from stocks saying its now $630.00 and switched my buy now to a bid. No one to call!

It's a scam. They sell you items with signs of wear and when you try to resell them, they flag the items for the exact signs of wear which they ignored the first time round. All the while making money of every transaction. Customer service completely ignores the fact that this is fradulent behaviour.

To all who have been scammed by this fraud: the only way I got my money back was when I escalated it and filed a complaint with the NY Attorney General. I experienced the same "lost package" and "you have to file a police report" and customer non-service runaround bull$#*!. There is NO DOUBT in my mind that this company is a complete SCAM. If you have experienced issues, believe me, the only way to get resolution is to file with your state's Attorney General Consumer Fraud division. Most states have an online form that is easy to complete. DO IT! It will take time, but is truly the only way to get a refund.

I ordered one pair of sneakers from StockX, as the shoe my son wanted was sold out on the Converse website. On my account it showed two orders with different order numbers. As soon as I saw this I immediately reached out to rectify the situation because I only ordered ONE PAIR of shoes. The response that I received from StockX was that they were too busy experiencing heavy volume. So, I checked my bank account and sure enough I was charged for that extra order number that I did not place totaling $361.50! While I can't post a photo of my bank statement, I am attaching a copy of order confirmation ordering one pair of shoes.
