I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that
They litteraly sell counterfeit shoes, I prove them clearly that the shoes I received are fake, their answer is: you can relist them on our website, they make money when you and when you sell, they don't solved the problem, they just move it to another client

Shoes never came and Stockx didnt say antying to me and just cancelled my order. Said they were sorry after I was in communication with them. They gave me $20 for my 45 day ordeal. I ordered the shoes again subjected to higher prices. Again, stockx took my money...app said waiting on first seller to ship shoes. Im on day 8 and stockx just cancelled my order again without explanation. Horrible business practices. Also, Everytime they cancel my order they delete it from my history/profile as if it never occurred. Do Not recommend.

For Christmas I bought Nike Jordon 1's for my son. The purchase on Stockx cost $127.
My son in his excitement on Christmas Day took the tag off and wore them to his friend's house to show them off.
My son came back an hour later and pointed out that the shoes were counterfeit. And indeed they were. I did not ever think shoes could be counterfeit but these clearly were right down to the Nike check symbol cheaply attached to the side of the shoes.
I immediately contacted Stockx and Stockx told me because the tag was taken off and the shoes worn, they were mine, no return.
What? Were they planning to resale these shoes? I tried for weeks to get them to accept a return and even sent the shoes back so they could see for themselves how cheaply these shoes were made and how they were clearly not Nikes.
No go. My problem I was told. And my loss of $127.
It was my one and only Christmas present to my son. My son cried for a week. Horrific experience. You would have to be nuts to buy from this company considering how heartless and cold they are to the customer and how their bottom line is more important than humanity or compassion. And on to do this to my family on Christmas.

My daughter really wanted the show. The sneaker us dubbed brand new never worn. When I received the product and gave it to her to try on she stated the creases in both shoes, glue looking out of place in the stitching and the original sales price in the shoe with the black piece in the shoe when the shoe is the display model. So my daughter received the worn out display model and StockX verification team didn't pick up on that. My daughter was upset and does not want the shoes. Money lost
I'm pissed! I recently sold a pair of DS Steve Harrington Air Force Ones on StockX and they said the shoes didn't pass verification because the mid soles were 2 different colors. THE SHOES ARE MADE THAT WAY! The sad part is I purchased the shoes from StockX just a year earlier. The damn green QR code with the verification was still attached to the shoe, makes no sense! They had the nerve to not pass them and charge me a $15 fee. I reached out to customer service several times and they only sent me an automated message literally not answering none of my questions. That was a $700 mistake on their end and I'm yet to get an explanation or a refund on my measly $15 dollars. Horrible customer service and even worse authenticators!

Hey guys-as a frequent buyer and seller. I have to say, I'm not happy with the condition of my yeezy 700 Enflame amber. The box was damaged, bent in, and looked like it wasn't delivered with care.

It was okay, Item as ordered nothing wrong with it. Was legit- downside is that I couldn't return and if i resold I'd lose money because item was too big. Because of the risk of losing money or not being able to return it
I bought a ps5 from them and messaged them multiple times that they haven't shipped it yet but they promised me it was still coming by December 2nd. I was even told to not message so much. And now they found out they forgot to ship it and it will take much longer. I am going to fight the charges and ask for either a full refund or ask for my money back on their ridiuclous price for services price. I hope they go out of business soon and someone better steps in.
Your company is BS this is the second time I tried to order off this janky website and both times I never received my packages. Had to go through the bank to get refunded. Cause this $#*! company can't do their only job and deliver stuff. Horrible "real" fake shoes as in from a distance they look real and good but not worth the money of real ones if they are fake. Also ordered yeezy shoes and received a freaking hoodie instead thats not even my size. Very upset and they dont even have a customer service line only stupid live chat which doesn't help anything! Utterly ridiculous and shouldn't be as popular as it is, waste of money.

Terrible communication. The shoes I ordered were not delivered by UPS. That was a UPS issue that ended up with them returning to sender and delivering them back to stockx. There's no phone number for stockx so you have to email. I keep emailing them asking if the are going to resend the shoes that I already paid for. I have yet to receive a response. I spent $316 and I have no shoes.
Sent a product with stains on the surface of the sneaker and a stain on the side of 1 inch. They said that the defect is not significant and gave a discount of $ 20 on the next purchase. I won't buy anything there again. They are common scammers
Ordering with StockX is very simple. My order did arrive on time and was well packaged. I was informed on every step of the order/delivery process. I haven't worn my Travis Scott Cactus Jack Highest Sweatpants Olive yet but will likely wear it before the end of the year with full olive gear and matching J6.
I had a great experience and bad experience at the same time! I only ordered 1 pair or shoes and the next day my card was charged again for the same pair of shoes! Couldn't get in touch with anyone to return the shoes and see why my card was charged twice.
I bought a pair for my girl. They came and looked good. I later bidded and won on some for me and they failed inspection and my money was refunded... bidded and won on different pair. Those came. And looked good too. Can't say i had a bad experience with stock x.

I sold a cap on StockX thats has never been used. They told me it was used so I got it back and needed to pay 12 euros to get it back. When you know it hasn't been used and someone tells you it is with pictures, while you can't see on the pictures it has been used, you show me you have no idee what you are doing so I'm never doing business on StockX again

So I get the email that the shoes were delivered but nothing came. I have a doorbell camera that sends notifications when anyone comes near the door. I got a email saying at 10:43am the package was delivered and nothing was there. Basically I got ripped off and robbed. Thanks stockX!
