I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that
I ordered children shoes. They sent me adult shoes and would not take them back for an exchange or refund me. I'm disputing the charge. But StockX is a scam.

In October to beat the holiday and Black Friday Rush. I was unsuccessful in doing that because the shoes never got to me. I was issued a refund late November and it really inconvenienced as far as finding a replacement gift.
I have a new order I have placed on the day of Christmas thinking that I will not ever have that problem again. I was AGAIN! Informed that there was another problem with my order and I still have no tracking number. I have made multiple purchases with StockX & I use to have a strong comfort in receiving my items. Now not so much.

All purchases are coming from different sellers located in different areas globally and could be going to different authentication centers.
We give an estimate of 9-12 business days for all deliveries, however, this is subject to delays.
While we work very hard to stay within our estimated timeframes, we can not guarantee a delivery date. In addition, we do not deliver our own packages, so we do not have any control over carrier delays and/or how fast an item passes through customs ( if needed).

I have purchased some Jordan 1s, 4s, 12s, 13s and a Gucci belt. I have found most products on StockX to be good quality as my 1s, and 12s fit great and are legit. My Jordan 4s ( Bred Jordan) I wore for the first time today and they are peeling. No clue what the material is but also no clue how this passed "StockX Verification". Can't get a refund of course but also just don't feel right purchasing $#*! from StockX anymore. Yeah there's good quality $#*! but there's also fake $#*! which clearly still passes their "verification". Wish they would have better service to loyal customers who spend money with them. Putting the customer first seems to be lost with StockX. Just bought my brother 13s and plan on cancelling them ( if they ever ship). Buy at your own caution as you can see.

So I've been selling shoes for years. I got a pair for myself from ebay, but when it arrived i did not like it in person. So i thought I give a try for stock x.
The shoes were brand new, never worn. Knowing stockx's policy I've double checked everything about the shoe to make sure it was brand new.
After they received the shoe I got an email saying: the shoes are worn so they send it back. And they attached images about the shoes with dirty outsole...
Again. I have not even tried them on, as I did not like them.
So I ended up paying them 16£ shipping fee for the return

I spent over $300 on a pair of sneakers that were advertised as "BRAND NEW" and when I finally got them in the mail after almost a month I opened up the box and right away saw creases in the toe box and then instantly looked at the soles and sure as $#*! they were dirty and the $#*! that sold them didn't even have the nerve to wash the dirt off but an even BIGGER idiot is the person who "inspected" the shoes for authenticity! I ordered a PS5 on November 28th almost 4weeks ago $400 over market price. You can't speak to anyone as they make it difficult to contact. When I did contact them through chat they told me my item will be shipped in 3-5 days while the status is showing shipping delayed. This is unacceptable for a business to run this way. This was a Christmas gift and now I know I will not receive in time to send to my grandkids.
Ordered Xbox on 11/28 and still do not have the Xbox. Status on their site states delay to shipping partner. UPS said no delay on their end. I just want my son's Christmas gift that I paid a HUGE PREMIUM for. Trying to get in touch with customer service is a joke!

I ordered a PS5 digital edition that was not only the wrong device when i opened the box it was reported as a stolen serial number when trying to connect to the PS network. I was completely shocked since the literal PS5 box had the StockX "verification" which means someone was not paying attention to the actual order. Beyond the device being stolen how does it Pass stockX verification process knowing it's a completely different edition than i ordered.
StockX unfortunately does not have a literal phone
number to contact, so the problem starts there concerning any response time for an issue. Secondly the chat bot does not give an area for specific issues only general help through links. I did get a response back from a representative but that was only after days

Just came across this site and the browser warned me the site had been hacked in the past. I can live with that I thought as it happens to bigger companies. Started seeing the reviews of the trainers being shipped with toe creases and was worried. I have just received my brand new paid of Jordan 4 What The which I paid around £220 for and they have BAD toe creases. They look worn or second hand. I collect Jordan 4's and currently own 3 pairs before these were received. I have photos that show the 2 which are brand new are totally smooth on the toes so these trainers are definitely either second hand, used or fake. I have just contacted them via online chat and they have opened a case which I will hear about in 48 hours. Based on the other reviews I do not have much hope of a satisfactory outcome. My advice is research, research before you buy! You will get them cheaper and from more reputable dealers. Do Not Use. I'm gutted I had to write this review as I was hoping the others were from people with agendas and I would be one of the few to give them a decent rating. Unfortunately based on the rubbish they have shipped me, i cannot in good faith do that,

I sold a t-shirt through Stockx, but when they received the package, they claimed that the box was empty, and returned the package (Yes, these surprisingly incompetent people actually shipped an empty box back to me).
They told me that the box wasn't tampered with (although the tape i put on it had obviously been broken) and therefore they didn't want to refund me.
Furthermore, I can't file a claim with UPS without their help because they paid for the shipping label - but they don't want to help me with that either
So they basically lost my package, won't refund and won't even help me file a claim with UPS, so I just lost a bunch of money because i trusted this company.
Worst customer experience I've ever had.
My problem with StockX is a good 50% of the time StockX will send you fake items that are supposedly verified as authentic. The other half it is pretty decent when it comes to pricing and usability

My son and I sold brand new nike sneakers to someone through STOCKX. Upon attempting to "verify" them, they STOLE a velcro adhesive off of each one of the sneakers and then sent them back to us saying that they were missing. My son checked the sneakers thoroughly, as he always does when we received them from nike and I packed the box myself and i know what i saw when i packed it... EVERYTHING that needed to be in that box was there! They stole the velcro attachments and now the sneakers are virtually WORTHLESS!
I am currently looking for other sellers that have similar complaints or experiences... if we have enough of the same occurrences we may be able to take legal action!
I ordered a product on Dec 26 money billed to my account $172 now I'm told on Jan 3rd order never shipped after I inquired no one would have informed me had I not asked. Now I'm told another shipper will have to be found. Stockx is the only website i shop for shoes but now i know what stockx is about and now i know to never shop on this website from now on im only shopping at GOAT for my sneakers
It is outrageous that i had to call my bank in order to get my money back and even after this happened stockx still shipped the person who scammed me there shoes so in the end i had to get a whole new card i had to stop making purchases on the things i needed just so in the end the scammer still got what she/he wanted.

I purchase a pair of sneakers that were to be shipped in 24-48 hours. After 72 hours I get onto their chat and suddenly the order gets cancelled because the seller does not have them. They ask me to order them again and what happens... the same seller gets my order. They then cancel that order and ask me to buy them again at a higher price and this time it is now from a different seller (so the say). Now I get to wait 24-48 hours again to see if the ship. This is a GOD AWFUL SYSTEM with no checks and balances from sellers. They can sell an item and if the price goes up say they have none, relist at a higher price and sell again. WOW THIS IS PATHETIC!
This was my 3rd order from StockX and I must say I am completely satisfied. Even when there was an issue with the original seller of one of my items, StockX went and found another seller who had the same item and shipped it right away.
I bought a god of war ps5 disc edition bundle using stockx and stockx authenticator verified my order and when it came in, I recieved a digital edition of the console and the code for the game was not in the box. Almost got ripped off but customer service helped me big time.
customer support was nice and reliable. they responded quick and understood my issues with the order. they approved my refund and everything went well in the end.

I needed some shoes for basketball, and I saw that in this page they were cheaper than in the actual store (Nike), so I thought of buying them fro, m this page but I did not realize that they would charge me for so many things that when I realized it I already had paid and I could not go back. However the shoes are okay, and they are authentic, it is just the thing that they tell you it is going to be cheaper than usual and then it is actually more expensive.
Disgustingly negligent when it comes to data and information. They have not stopped harassing me with marketing emails, despite me unsubscribing numerous times. Troubleshooting this with them has been a nightmare! I begged to be forgotten and my info totally removed. And even now the marketing has stopped. Weeks later I still get constant emails asking me to open stockx and read all sorts of messages they keep sending me such as showing me the data they hold etc. JUST DELETE ME AND LEAVE ME ALONE

Order a pair of Yeezy slide for my son after making several purchases from stock x received and empty shoe box with shoe paper and receipt. Immediately reached out to Stock x and started a claim. Basically was informed there is nothing they can do because the carrier FEDEX delivered the package and mark order as completed. But like I inform them there were no slide inside of shoe box which is unbelievable. I asked for an investigation to be conducted internal as well claim file against FED EX because someone at either facilities are stealing items and delivering empty boxes. I will no longer purchase anything from this company and will be informing family and friends to do the same. Because they don't provide an secure handling of items being sent via mail, customers spend there hard earned money to purchase items that we NEVER RECEIVED, so clearly you all stole my MONEY too I would give 0 stars if I could.
