I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that

It was easy to find to pair I was looking for. And afther i bought it, processing on to the delivery it was all done by the pro´s and I felt at ease knowing my pair was going to be legit and absolutly new in box deliverd to my doorstep. Perfect.
I have been selling & buying on Stockx for kver 6 years & have had pretty good experiences minus some minor hiccups.
This last time I sold an item ( a Bape shirt still new with tags & original packaging) I gave it a once over then shipped it to Stockx fully expecting to be paid out. Well, a few days go by after the shirt arrived to Stockx with no update. I reached out & was told that my item failed because of a hole in the shirt. I was sent a picture & there is a big noticeable hole right in the middle of the shirt. Why would I put a hole in my own item then send it to be authenticated knowing it will definitely fail? Makes no sense especially given my great selling history.
Of course they had to pass the issue around to different departments so it can be "investigated".
Even after sending the receipt & a picture of shirt that shows that it did not have a hole, I finally get a message stating that my item failed due to use or manufacturer defect.
I am now being charged a 15% fee, my seller percentage fee will go up & I have a damaged shirt all because someone there mishandled it & somehow put a hole in it.
And of course their decision is the final word. After years of selling & buying with a good record, I am pulling my items from being listed & probably will not buy from them again. But they will not care.
My issue was passed around until it got to the correct department. All of my interactions were passed to the department looking into my issue and took a couple of days each time to get a response.

The back heel tab has yellowed quite badly for the shoe purchased. I did some research and found it was common even though the shoe is only 2 years old. Everything else was as expected.
Stock X is terrible they denied all my shoes and there brand new! I never wore them before. And then they charge me a huge fee. Ridiculous! Don't sell your shoes through this terrible site.
Well I was out of town and missed my delivery interesting, my shipment goes back to stockx, then they sent it back, no issues. Not much communication along the way but I got the shoe.
I am very unhappy, as I was promised a refund and it says I got refunded but there is no money in my bank account. I am not happy with this at all so someone better get back to me ASAP!

I bought a PS5 my order said total price $755.33 so I purchased it on June 6th 2022. 10 hrs. Later I get a call from my banks fraud department so I checked my account. They charged me twice for the Item at $755.33 costing me over $1500. 00. Their customer service number is always busy and you can't get anything taking care of through their sight. It just tells me I can't return the items I can only resale them so they can make more money. I have reported them to my banks fraud department and I will be filing charges and getting a lawyer to sue them for FRAUD! If they were a real company they would answer their customer service phone line and take care of their customers. DO NOT BUY FROM ANY OF THESE COMPANIES ESPECIALLY STOCKX!

I was told that a refund would be issued for a item that I purchased so I reordered the product but never received the refund instead they sent me the item any way.so now I have two of the same item and I'm not happy about this at all. In the past I've ordered 3 to 4 items that has been cancelled by the seller but as a buyer you say I can't cancel I've been a good customer to your company but I feel like I've been treated $#*!. So from this last ordeal I'm really going to have to rethink the way I order from your company!

I've purchased about 5 or 6 pairs of dunks of StockX... NEVER AGAIN. They sent me a pair of UNC's from "hong Kong" with a chinese label that was obviously fake attached to the shoe that would never be on a real pair. Now the pair of Orange Label white/navys I bought are no longer available after purchasing them about a month ago. I had to go on the website and ask for an update in order to get any type of response. Now theyre telling me the shoe is no longer available at the price I bought it at and I can't buy it anywhere else and they want me to wait 3-5 buisnnes days for my refund? After waiting a month for the shoes? I think I might just call my bank and dispute the charge. If they want me to remove this review they better give me my money!

StockX is one of those businesses that are not legitimate nor honest. I ordered a Supreme cosmetic pouch. The shipping was $14 and was sent via UPS. The item never arrived though claimed delivery. It's a $60 pouch and I wasn't going to try to scam a business over 60 measly dollars by lying about not receiving it. Honest to God, contacting StockX and telling them your item didn't arrive will just lead you to a dead end. They replied to me and said "please contact UPS". Living in NYC my whole life, I can guarantee a customer contacting their post office or UPS does nothing. StockX should be the ones responsible. They should've insured the package and also contact the carrier for the customer.
In a failed attempt, I contacted UPS and of course, they told me that StockX has to file the claim as they were the ones who created the shipping label and shipped the item out. Just like another reviewer said, StockX refused to help file a claim with the UPS. When contacting them again, they told me to file a police report. For a $60 item? Really? Conclusion: Don't order from StockX. They don't care about their customers. If you don't get your item, then it's automatically your problem and you basically waste your time and lose money. Complete joke as they refuse to take blame for anything. Also, judging from this scenario, they probably ship items out to customers without any insurance or signature required. No real business does that. They can't even cover their own asses but never want to admit they're wrong.
Being charged $115.00 for duty and tax... notified the morning of the day it is scheduled to arrive. I have a couple more packages due and can only expect more of such..., and with the no refund policy and nonexistent customer service there is literally nothing I can do except be charged potentiall up to half a grand that I was not aware of until 10 days after purchase. I understand that the charge is on the customs policies cross border (I live in Canada, near the US border), but upon calling DHL (which I never even chose as the courier mind you), they notified me that the hefty price was due to the package being originally shipped from China, when I was under the impression it was being shipped from the US. Furthermore DHL is charging me a separate "service fee" despite me already paying a "delivery fee" at checkout, but I guess that's on DHL. Still StockX should be more transparent, starting with the fact that they could get back to customers who are risking a good portion of their livelihood on these pricey products. Please act like with professionalism as a company if you want to be seen as one. Judging by these other reviews it's not looking like you are among the general public.
They intentionally confuse customers with duplicate listings of the same item, have no return policy, and practice unethical bidding that pumps up pricing... the list goes on and on

All purchases are coming from different sellers located in different areas globally and could be going to different authentication centers.
When making a purchase or listing an item for sale it is always best to search the item by the style code and reference the photos. Searching an item by the style code will ensure that you are purchasing and/or listing the correct item, as brands such as Jordan do have multiple releases of the same product.
Due to the anonymous nature of our live market, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or swaps of any kind - including if you ordered the wrong size. The good news is you can always resell with us if you no longer want your item.

If I could have given then a Zero, I would have. I ordered shoes for my son, they came from China, and were too small. I paid over $300 and when I ask to exchange for a bigger size, they refused. They were not helpful at all. My only option is to resell them on Stockx where they can earn ANOTHER 15%. THEY ARE A FRAUD AND ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!
