I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that
These clowns at Stockx have you print a shipping label, attach it to a shipping box and drop off the box at ups once your item sells. I did exactly this. Then they tell me on 10/4/22 that the package was delivered to their Atlanta GA facility. Then 6 days later on 10/10/22 they update the shipping and say damage is reported. I have attached a photo so anyone can see this. Now I contact Stockx multiple times and ask where my payout is and they do not provide any answers. Finally after reaching out through the virtual assisstant and then a live person they say the package was lost in shipping and never reached them although the tracking says it was delivered. As I sit here a month later I have not recieved any payout from Stockx and my shoes have magically disappeared at either the Stockx facility or in the shipping process from ups. Both Stockx and UPS customer service is absolute trash and do not fix their mistakes. Seller beware. You do everything right and they do not insure your package so if and when they lose or damage it you are out the money and the shoes.

I bought some retro Jordan year of the rabbit for $450 when I got them they were dirty then when I noticed the bottom looked like it was coming apart so I took them to get looked at and they were fake I'll never buy that bull$#*! again
The services are excellent, but already some orders face some delays, but the best thing that keeps me, keep ordering is the accuracy of product inspection, and I hope they will continue.
They are scammers took my 300.00 for some fake shoes. There is white paper material in which the shoes are made of not leather or anything shoes are made with. And they won't return my money

These are my first pair of UGGS and I'm thoroughly pleased with my purchase. It was difficult to find since these were sold out on many platforms. Luckily, I went to StockX!
I took a chance and paid over $300 for my favorite, hard to find, running shoes. I should have listened to my gut. The first red flag, I received an email saying they were being shipped from China. Second red flag, the shoes I "ordered" were a W9. The shoes that arrived were a Men's 7.5. The insoles of both shoes pulled right out which has never happened with the REAL Nikes purchased from Nike. I've owned multiple pairs of this shoe, Flyknit Vapormax 3 and know the shoe quite well. What waste of money. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I paid a ridiculous price in 11/27 to get the PS5. I bought it there because they said I would have it between the 8th and the 15th I plenty of time for Christmas. It is now the 22. It arrived at their warehouse from the seller on the 11th. They still haven't shipped it. If I wanted to have a PS5 after Christmas I could have gotten one for the retail price. I spent double to get it on time. And, worse yet, I stopped trying to get one from anywhere else. Now it's going to seem like cruel joke as my son unwraps the games he can't play and accessories he can't use on Christmas morning. Their customer service response is just empty excuses about COVID. All the other retailers I dealt with are in the same boat but everything else I ordered is here. Don't trust them.

I wouldn't recommend stockx, I ordered some shoes but accidentally ordered the wrong size so I emailed them and asked them if I could cancel the order that I ordered only minutes earlier but they said they can't do that or returns and refunds. I think thats ridiculous a order you only ordered minutes earlier but they can't cancel it. It can't be that hard to cancel it. It ain't like it was already being shipped to me. They also have horrible customer service.

I recently purchased 2 pairs of Air Jordan's through StockX the first was The Jordan 1 Retro High OG Prototype These came exactly as advertised brand new in original packaging. They are great!
The other pair was the Jordan 1 Mid Banned (2020) and needless to say when I took them out of the box I was less than impressed with the "NEW" condition shoes I just purchased. There is a clear crease in the toe of the right foot. Also the front toe area on the right shoe sounds like a plastic bag crunching when you touch it.
StockX's customer service was very kind and they took the shoes back to inspect them but they claim this meets their expectation and requirements for "NEW" condition, so there is nothing they can do for me, other than they sent them back to me.
Again I will reiterate that the first order was great, this one not so much so just be careful when purchasing off their site, not everything is as advertised.
On a brighter note I guess I don't have to worry about creasing them since it already has one!

Sold a pair of Yeezy 350 v2 "Non Reflective" Black shoes to StockX... came back as "Worn" These were brand new with the tags on them. StockX then sent to previous address; I immediately emailed them to change address. Employee confirmed change of address. Shipment sent to old address. FedEx was required for signature release. FedEx signed for me. Shoes were stolen. StockX accepting ZERO LIABILITY and offering ZERO ASSISTANCE. STICKING WITH GOAT FROM HERE ON OUT.

Wowso bummed i didn't read the reviews here before I recently ordered for the first time ever from StockX and got ripped off for over $200! I bought a pair of shoes and then they actually processed my order twice and charged me twice, but only got one order notification... so when I got the 2nd pair of same exact shoe and size i immediately emailed themFirst HUGE clue they are shady: there is no phone number to reach them! And they sent me a ridiculous reply: "We are not a store so we don't do refunds or exchanges, but you are welcome to post and sell on our website"! Seriously ripped me offI am still fighting this and based on these reviews may take things further with an attorney as it really does appear that stealing from their customers is a regular business practice for StockX #classactionripe
Their haulers steal your goods and replace them with stuffs of the same weight, no inquiries, robots on phone that hanged you after 45 minutes waiting, no response on mails... AVOID IT!
