I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that

StockX was fast and kept me up to date, on when the shoes were shipped, when they were being authenticated and when they were out for delivery! Great service, I'll absolutely buy from them again!
I got double charged, tried to reach customer service, did online chat for which I had to pay $5, got told I had to deal with the credit card company.
Meanwhile, they keep my money.

I ordered a ps5 for my son on the 11th of dec after reading reviews and researching this company i decided to give it a chance because some of the reviews were unreasonable and you could honestly see what was going on minus a few cases. I know many that said just wait but i dont like chasing things so i purchased from them. By the 15th the seller shipped it. By the 19th it arrived at stockx fior authentication and sat at the shipping dock for pickup. It was picked up(i kid you not) by UPS on the 22nd early that morning. I got my package at 9:36am TODAY Its not even for me but i was ecstatic! I cant wait to see the look on my sons face when he opens it Christmas morning. Thank you to the seller and stockx. Woohoo
Horrible It's been almost 2weeks and I have not heard anything from stock x I ordered a shoe they dry me out the wrong shoe after they said they authenticated I have sent over 100 email and still no reply after I done spent almost 5,000 with them I just want my money back

My account was hacked! Hacker made several purchases with my linked PayPal account totaling in $600. Shoes were shipped to the UK. Thing is, I changed my password several times after the public breach announcement and STILL they got my account, starting to think someone within StockX staff is responsible so BEWARE! Whats worse is If you open a dispute on PayPal they will automatically deny it because they say you authorized StockX to make the purchase luckily I called and they told me this was a "known issue" so I will get my money back. Currently my account is in a Limbo and I cant get it back, simply because the hacker changed my login info, and stockX does not care since they have not reached back AT ALL and 2 days have passed. I NEED TO DELETE THE ACCOUNT ASAP, Use the GOAT app! Don't deal with these CLOWNS the have no regards for securtiy!

They came in perfect condition, with the box and paper still in tact, and arrived to the UK in about a week. Super impressed! My boyfriend loves them!
Awful customer service no customer service department just a third part chatline. I do not recommend any company that you can not get ahold of if somethings wrong
This is one of the sites that changes things constantly. One minute it works the next it doesn't. There is no cart visible and shopping disappears if you leave the site and come back.

As we do not carry an internal inventory you are only allowed to purchase one item at a time, due to each label being processed globally. You do have the ability to favorite items on the site to ensure you get alerts of updates.

I have already spoke with someone about this and no one did anything about it I can see 18 pairs off sneakers using the app and that's it. So disappointing with the web site
Shipping and purchase was quick and easy, the outside box was torn up when received but the layer of bubble wrap only allowed the inner box to deformed, shoes were fine.
Buying off of stockx is always reliable and they make sure to send you your shoes asap. It is super easy and they give you the best price too. I wouldn't order shoes from anywhere else!
SCAMMER SCAMMER SCAMMERS! They lie and say they don't hold your card information but they do until they can find a seller to sell their shoes which can be up to weeks! They lie in their disclaimer that they don't hold your info but they do. They self ordered me some shoes that they told me were SOLD yet I got charged 300 for shoes I didn't even want because I got them elsewhere due to them being sold! Don't waste your time and they're overly expensive for no reason.
I bought Yeezy v700 and it costs $523 including shipping fees. When I got the shoes, I realized that two sides of shoes are not the same (not the size, the appearances and quality). That's why I sent message to Stockx and talked about the problem of the shoes attached with the photo of the shoes. They replied me within one business day and they reviewed about it.
This is their reply "they determined that the issue you are referring to does appear to be a minor manufacturing variance as a result of mass production."
Guys, How come the $523 shoes has that much differences between one side of shoes and another. This is very obviously FAKE. They just said they are warranty about the authenticity of the product but in reality, THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.
So this is your choice to buy from Stockx or NOT. I read reviews here before I buy from Stockx but I do not care about it, now I regret.

Received my collectible and I love it. The only thing bothering me is that the casing is very scratched and it clearly means that the item is not „new" as stated but „used in good condition".
I found a pair of shoes that were listed for significantly less than their original sale price. I bought them with confidence that they were the real deal, and I got a fantastic deal on them.
Bought a pair of shoes that showed up with no insoles. Company has zero customer service and will not do a refund. Will never use again and will write many more reviews.
