I recently bought shoes in this store and was very pleased with the service and quality of the goods. The shoes are comfortable, stylish and match the description. I will definitely buy here again!
I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that
I had trouble ordering the item that I wanted. I got an error code each time I clicked submit. With each time that I tried again I got and error code again. Turns out I was charged for 13 pairs of shoes resulting in more than $2000 in charges. I tried to call the company. There is no working customer service number. I tried the live chat with no success multiple times. I had to work with my bank and paypal to stop the charges. After more than a day, I finally connected with an agent through the live chat who told me that I would have to accept charges on all of the shoes. 13 pair of the same shoe in the same size! Ridiculous! She told me that if I wanted to get my money back I could try to resell them. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth for sure!
After making a purchase I waited 10 days and realized the seller never sent the item to StockX so after reaching out to StockX they cancelled my order because the seller could not fulfill my order! After 12 days of making the purchase. They cancelled my order which left me to re-purchase for the holidays and pay over $100 more for the item! Shame on them they offered me a pitiful discount code, which I used and still paid more than $60 over the original order. They care more about he seller then the buyer. I will NEVER use them again.

Purchasing a PS5 on stockx was very difficult. I have purchased sneakers on here before with no issues. Because the payment kept getting declined, the PS5 price went by the time they where able to resolve my issue. When I first attempted to buy the PS5, it was $742, by the time stockx was able to resolve the issue, it was $790. Someone should make that right in my opinion.

Take screenshots of of purchase time and day. Although the charts should be able to help with price history.

Something needs to be done about these company if you can even call these place I company! I try multiple times to see what's its the hold on my payout payment and still no money the 5/10/2020 be a month and still haven't got my money
I ordered a pair of Dunks for my kid. Only to receive them with a authenticity tag on them from STOCKX. The side of the shoes were visibly wavy and the stitching was messy. I tried to sell them back to STOCKX but they could not confirm the shoes were real even with me leaving the original authenticity tag on the shoes that they applied. Long story short they will sell you a fake product and turn their back on the customer. Stay away! Oh yea, they offered to send the fake shoes back to me free of charge! Thanks!

You have to give them your credit card number before you can see the price of item you buying. And then their surprise there's a lot of fees of any kind. Impossible to contact customer service to remove your credit card information. They have it forever

This was the 1st time I used StockX and I have to say I'm impressed. I chose to bid on my item and to my surprise it was accepted within a few days. The seller shipped the item very quick to a StockX facility for inspection which I must add I love that part! I was also impressed with how quickly I received the item! All around great experience.
Most unprofessional business i have ever dealt with! Their customer service does not exist! I sent them shoes and they kept saying i did not send them anything and then they cancelled my order after i sent them shoes 5 days ago. I sent them like 5 emails asking them to help and explaining the situation and still no reply so now i have no idea where the shoes i sold them are and im out of money! These guys are the absolute worst! Don't ever deal with them they just steal from you! Just a bunch of thieves!
My only issues came with the delivery of my item. I kept the option to sign for my delivery yet my item was left at the front of my house with no notice. No doorbell was rung. The house has a spot to the side of the door where the item would at least be hidden from public view. UPS,Amazon and Fed Ex all leave the items there when they have to. Yet DHL always drops it right in front of the door so anyone can walk along and snatch it.
Better pricing and verification.
Love buying from stockX the product always come safe and legit. One thing i do want to note is that It'll be best if stockX can put the authentic stickers of the back of the brand new sealed pokemon boxes and ETB's, some people just want the sealed product as a collectors or art piece for display.

I could tell from the first look at the shoes that were worn before! It's not a manufacturing issue someone has worn the shoes and there was dirt and scratches on them. I paid a very high price because I thought the shoes were going to be NEW.

My 12 year old purchased Nike zoomx vaporfly next% 2 siren red smoke gray shoes from StockX around Christmas. He wore them one time and the sole is separating from the shoe. We both tried to figure out how to request a refund and contact StockX because the shoes were damaged after one wear. The website says that you cannot request a refund if the shoes are not returned within three days. He did not even open them up for Christmas until more than three days. There is no way to communicate with StockX. My son wrote a letter because the address was the only listed contact information. We are both very frustrated that there is no way to communicate with StockX and that there is no way to obtain a refund given that the shoes are defective and damaged. Over $100 is a lot for a kid to lose, especially given that he did not receive the product that we paid for. I would never buy some thing from StockX again!

They penalize you if you don't see shoe within a specific time limit but they are weeks behind maybe even over a month behind in processing orders. Using COVID-19 as an excuse. They are still taking orders instead of trying to catch up. In route is all you will get for weeks even they have product within 3 days of customers shipping the product.

I sold a bag which is authentic, and it is unused with tag, but not a brand new. I guess it was shown on the store too long time. StockX returned it to me and it is very good to the buyer.
I placed my order Nov 23 and since then have had to get in contact with stockX to update my package 3 times. Wasn't alerted of a mishap with first seller so had to get new seller. Now my package is expecting even more delays and hasn't updated in over a day again. I wanted thes shoes by a specific date and trusted stockX. I will never again shop there.
There's been a problem with my shipment.
Customer service didn't bother to offer any resolution.
Their carrier had delayed shipments.
My shipments weren't delivered as scheduled on multiple occasions.
Customer service would not accommodate me for the inconvenience and refused to accept returns.
When I received the box it looks like it's been opened and I am afraid for my item to be replaced with a replica.
I am currently looking for a place to get the item authenticated at my own expense.

I ordered the shoes for st Patrick's day and ordered them 2 weeks ahead of time. The order was confirmed then the seller never sent the shoes. A week later another seller was found by stock x. That seller took their time on sending the shoes. The shoes just got verified and sent out the day before st Patrick's day, 2 weeks later. The tracking says it will be here on 3/22,5 days after st Patrick's day. I was worried earlier this week and bought the same pair through FlightClub on 3/13. I received the pair from FlightClub on 3/15. So thank goodness they were able to get the shoes to me before st Patrick's day. I was not able to Ely on Stock x and I will be returning the shoes when I receive them.

Absolutely Horrible! I purchased a pair of Jordan Retro 12 lows. They have been worn 3 times---- 1 time for maybe an hour to dinner and 2 other times for maybe 2-3 hours max. So these shoes have 4-6 hours of super light wear on them. On the 3rd time wearing the shoes are falling apart, the sole has come away from the shoe. You can see the were glued a few times...
These shoes are 100% Fake. I emailed for a refund they denied- The response they gave was these shoes were a dead stock item? WTH. But no where on the site does it mention this.

I bought a nike shoe that changes color but it came with a defect the right one changes and the left one does not, so I went to request the exchange for another one and they will not authorize it because I took the tag, but of course I went to use the shoe there is no way for me to know the defect before I remove the tag, horrible service I never buy at stockx deception

All great from beginning to end. The StockX website is clear and easy to navigate. The purchasing was simple and problem free. The communication concerning the parcels location and delivery day and time was excellent. Parcel arrived in perfect condition, all happy here!

I ordered a pair of shoes on 6/11 and its almost been a MONTH. It's been saying "item received at Stock X" for 2 weeks and the agents I talk to have reached out to the authentication center but the center just isn't even replying back and I'm clueless as to what's been going on. I really feel like I'm being ignored and I keep thinking when will my shoes arrive after hearing how others get their items in just a couple of days!. It's so frustrating and this is my first time ordering on Stock X too. I just want some sort of validation that maybe things are just going a little slow and not that I'm waiting a month+ to hear that the only thing I'm getting is a refund.
Horrible CS, they are not use full. Tried canceling my order before it was shipped or I thought. They will not update you on your order status and will not let you opt out of the purchase by canceling it before it is even ship out or anything. Supervisor will not take your case, when requested for a supervisor. Representatives type down whatever $#*! is being shoved up their $#*!.
