I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that
This company is amazing I used to have a ps5 once launch day hit. But I ended up selling it for reasons I will not get into. Any how I tried out stockx for a ps5 just to see. They authenticated the ps5 and gave me a tracking number and then immediately shipped it out to my house in literally only a week. The Ps5 came in brand new everything in the box spotless. Even the new buy smell. Everything is perfect. Great price great place I definitely recommend it to anyone.

Wanted to cancel a sell and waited over 3 hours to talk to someone in the chat and they told me they couldnt gaurentee if there would be a fee or not 15 bucks 15% or none and my account could be banned. Guy had no idea and im sure thats not his fault but the policy makes zero sense. The item has not been shipped and shouldnt have been an issue to cancel. I will not be using stockX again.

I bid on shoes and it was accepted. StockX kept me in the loop through the entire. Seller shipped the shoes to StockX for review. It met the conditions agreed upon and StockX shipped the shoes to me. I received the shoes the shoes in a few days. Overall the entire process only took a week and I was completely satisfied with the transaction and product.
I discovered StockX via Google. They seemed to be legit as a consignment service provider so went for it.
Wish I would've read all the reviews before my order. Ordered my watch (including Processing and Shipping fee) -- my first ever purchase on Stock X, received delivery estimate and confirmation that the seller sent the watch to StockX. A week passes by, no updates and all of a suddent I get an email with "Order Delayed". No further details, no information. Good luck trying to get to chat with someone to get more information... you're left in the dark with the money taken. I would expect a lot more transparancy on "high value" purchases - ~500 dollars watch. The "contact" chat is designed to keep you in a loop of preset questions and answers to have you give up and not try to contact them.
I will contact my Bank and start a dispute on the charge. Hard to belive that such a "middle man" company can function legally... Would not recommend, will not use anymore! Once and never again!

To be avoided at all costs. Bought the Yeezys at 390 USD, the package arrived with 190 euros of additional taxes, which I refused. Now they tell me that since I refused to pay 190 euros in taxes, the delivery is considered abandoned, so I lost the 390 USD of the purchase. The first time in my life where goods purchased via e-commerce are not refunded. They are real thieves to be avoided at all costs.
First pair was legit. Second pair came with the box crushed, paid 400. Emailed sent pictures. Got a reply the shoes aren't damaged. Third pair legit but slow shipping. 4th pair legit but again slow shipping. 5th pair was bought not knowing that now your shoes can come from across the globe. Was supposed to come ups- dhl is deliverer. Something went wrong with customs and the shoes are delayed. By the way I paid 225. Emailed stockx and told them I am not happy with the transaction. Also not being told that my shoes were being bought in the U. K. there is nothing that says before where the seller was from or even a way to find that out. Stockx also does not have anyway of calling them or leaving feedback whatsoever. These guys are a joke. There is a obvious reason you cannot call them or leave feedback. By from somewhere else.
Got my shoes fine, but 2 were purchased accidentally. I tried calling for a week and no response, I tried chatting about 4 times and I tried emailing and not response for over a week. My problem was finally taken care of and I just thought someone could have responded sooner.
I bought a Jordan. They delivered with Fedex and was delivered to wrong apartment. I submit all claim and proof ( with photo) that I did not receive.

I can only recommend StockX based on the numerous purhcases I've made there. Great communication on each stage of the purhcased item's journey and generally very quick shipping. The fees can be a bit steep but there are still some awesome deals out there!
I made a purchase almost two months ago, and they sent the wrong shoes. I told them, and replied that to get refunded I needed to send back the shoes. Which I did, and they never refunded me, and no longer reply.
The nerves, what a joke.

Alot of people give bad reviews but I have to say that I am very happy. I ordered a ps5 from stockx did not know what to expect at all. Yes over paid $700 bucks not to bad. But I must say I got my ps5 with no problems at all. And knowing that they verified the ps5 gave me a bit of calm. But overall awesome!

The shoes were new and in good condition but came from a smoking house. As soon as you opened the box you could smell the smoke in the box and on the shoe. We do not smoke and it was for my child. Pay too much to smell like smoke.
I would suggest NO ONE buy shoes from STOCK X. You will not be able to return them or exchange them. If you sell them on Stock X you will most likely lose most of your money. They also charge you a lot of additional fee's. Doing business with the Nike or Adidas stores is your best bet.

Nothing they do is for the benefit of the customer. The spike the prices extremely high, no returns or exchanges. Your just stuck with the shoes.

We requested a size 13 zeezy shoe after it was purchased it said that I ordered a size 5. I tried to correct it but it would not allow me to cancel. I tried looking for a way to contact stockx but there is no way to contact them. I find it Unbelievable that I could not make a correction 30 seconds after the purchase. I will stick with EBay in the future

I have just completed my 4th purchase with StockX and each purchase strengthens my confidence in them. Each purchase I've made was smooth and received flawlessly. I will continue to do business through StockX.
Shipped a pair of sneakers to StockX for them to broker to another buyer. Once my pair of sneakers arrived at StockX (Confirmed with UPS). It took them 10 days to "Receive" the order for processing... 10 days after they arrived, another 7 days for them to determine that the pair of shoes had been worn... Even though they have been sitting on display at my shop since day 1. It's now been 5 days since StockX has said they would ship my product back and it has yet to be picked up by UPS. AVOID.
The shoes have been great but the box they came in was complete broken. The top was ripped and the flaps broken. Might as well wrapped the shoes in a paper bag. Really disappointed in the shoe box. It was that bad that I might never buy for the site again!
I ordered a men's size 9.5 and received a women's size 9.5 tennis shoe. I have contacted customer service twice with no response. Their authentification process obviously failed. I will never purchase from them again.
Your team did not verify these shoes! No way no how! There is a clearly visible damage to the shoe near the laces on the left shoe the left shoe is also visibly curved wrong then when i put the left shoe on there is like a piece of metal poking me in my ankle area on the right side of the shoe!

I've been shopping on stockx for a long time and typically don't have too many issues. My order was delivered pretty quickly.
My issue is when buying all the additional fees. You charge a processing fee that changes based on the price of the shoes. Processing should not change in cost because resell is higher on a shoe. The processing says its for "processing and verification" why would it be $9 dollars on a 300 dollar purchase and 30 dollars on a 1000 dollar shoe. The amount of work stays rhe same but you are charging a % rather than a flat rate. Also shipping of 20 dollars is higher than ebay. Ebay also doesn't charge any processing fees. You will lose alot of business to eBay with all your fees.
So bad experience with this plataform. I used twice one ran well (ralph lauren backpack), and then I used it to sell one louis vuitton belt. Shipped inside a bubble plastic inside one box with original box, dust bag and the receipt. Left it on UPS office, some days later I received the confirmation that item arrived at Stockx Warehouse and 4 days later received one email saying that I sent empty box without item. They sent 2 pictures from box, someone stole the box and the belt leaving the original invoice from Louis Vuitton. Contact customer service and already passed 5 days and no answer from my last email.
