I ordered a GPU for $2,222.48 using Affirm Loans on June 4th 2021. My StockX account says "delivered successfully on June 9th 2021" but I never received my package. I filed a claim with them and was told because I no longer have access to the email address they had on file, I can't file a claim. The email they had on file was an old email address connected to my Facebook which had been hacked 3 years prior. They then asked me to provide information related to my account such as my billing/shipping address, my phone number, name, card information etc which I provided. I went and updated my email address on file for my StockX account and they responded saying my billing info had been deleted (which I never did). I offered to verify my identity through any other means possible such as bank statements, pictures of my Driver's License and credit card statements as well as utility bills which they refused. They have scammed me for over $2,200 and offer no recourse.

Tip for consumers:
They do not require signatures when sending you packages worth over $2,200 and will not refund you if they lose your package.

I waited 2 weeks to hear that my order was canceled because the seller sent me the wrong size! I was pretty upset because I was really excited. But hears the thing, It happened twice after I waited a month for the size I wanted to be reposted! I give a 2 star and do not recommend it. The refund was very fast, coming in the next day. Good job on that.

Purchased a pair of True Blue Spizikes from StockX. Once received I look at them in the box and put them up. Decided 3 months later to wear my shoes had them on for maybe 2 hours and the whole shoe fell apart. The Jordan logo fell off of both shoes, the sole came completely off of 1 shoe and you could literally scrape the "paint" off the shoe. I contacted customer service who took no responsibility at all or tried to offer anything to make me whole. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them.

I made my purchasing bid on StockX for a new pair of Air Jordan 11 Retros.
Being the cautious purchaser that I am, aside from the shoes being authenticated by StockX, I conducted my own research of authentication with the assistance of my loving wife.
Needless to say, I am very relieved and satisfied to confirm that I have invested in genuine Air Jordan 11 Retro kicks!
One thing I disdain is fraudulent products and being ripped off. StockX has not disappointed me. Thank You StockX and the StockX authentication team! I love the original 96 box and original sole! If anyone reading this review is looking for a trustworthy online marketplace, StockX is for you!

My first time using this type of site, and I ordered $300+ shoes to gift my fiancé. I thought the shipping and ordering process were simple and quick, which was a plus. But, the cons were the shoes had defects. There were chunks of what looked like dried up glue or something like that along the rim of the tongue part of the shoes and overall I'm just disappointed they weren't what I specifically paid for, which specifically were BRAND NEW shoes. I was excited the shoes had to pass a "Verification" process by the businesses actual people, but after getting messed up shoes, I don't see the point at all. Super disappointed, and I'll take the L, bc it's whatever now, but I personally won't be spending my money here again.

Just don’t, but if you do take photos of everythingggggg and leave an honest review if you after.

Received my Nike air max zephyrs. They were legit and right size but damaged the air bubble in the sole of the left shoe was popped. So I reached out to see what my options are as far as exchange because I want the shoes even tho they have the same shoe same size on the site for sale I was told that I would have to be refunded which only the leaves the option of rebuying at a higher price so I ordered from flightclub. Still waiting on instructions to return the shoes for my refund. Terrible experience first time buying from them may be my last I've never had issues with flight club and I've used them for years.

Shoes I ordered for $89.00 were deemed not Authentic, now is see the same shoe back for sale for $100.00 more than the previous price. Bull-crap they did the bait and switch, or bait and increase the price.

Stockx is just another ordinary scalping website. I'm trying to a ps5 for Christmas and as everyone knows, those things are extremely difficult to find. I resort to stockx thinking that they have a reasonable price there console is $885. Stockx is supposed to be a legit spot, hell no it ain't

Data breach in addition to scam and horrible customer service. I had to call my credit card and replace it, because you CANNOT close your account OR delete your CC from stockx. I got ripped off by buying on stockx.

Bought a pair of triples claimed as NEW. But,
1.the shoes come with torn box, 3/4 edges of the box is broken.
2. The pair of shoes are totally different from each other, 1 has significant sign of defects, the tie color of two shoes are 1 in white and 1 in blue. On sides of shoes the leather is soft and old, on the bottom of the shoes there are obvious sign of usage and sign of washed.
3. What is the biggest JOKE is if you put the shoe on a flat table, the shoe is unbalanced.

I was recently sold a pair of what the Jordan 4s. Well where should I start. The box is smaller than it should be the tag is questionable the inside tags are terrible and the upc is above the production date. Not how Nike/Jordan make them. The quality was bad to say the least. Overall problem my last purchase with the company.

I am very dissatisfied with stockx. I have made two sales that have both been cancelled by stockx. The first sale was canceled due to an incorrect shipping label. I was given no further information or help from the customer care department. Just that it would be canceled. The second sale was canceled due to the same reason; an incorrect shipping label. I had to become rather aggressive to find an answer as to why they can't seem to create a correct shipping label for me. Turns out they use the billing address not shipping address to create the labels. My billing and shipping addresses are in different countries. There is no explanation of this on the website. Also, instead of helping me figure out a solution to this problem they just canceled the sale. There is no assistance or even an attempt to help their clients. I will never use this website again and would actively discourage you for using it as well.

I placed an order for shoes. I paid too much but thought ok if there're real, new but no longer in stock I'll treat myself. Well it took 4.5 months of them repeatedly telling me the ones they received did not get verified. Three times this happened. When they told me the 4th pair was verified I was excited. When I received them they were fakes. They told me I couldn't return them. So wrong. Don't bother getting scammed.

I purchased an XBOX series X console from Stock X and I am aware of their shipping requirements. I have sold shoes through them and have been well versed in the very specific shipping requirements they employ. So I was surprised to receive the XBOX in a huge box with 6 inches or more of dead space on 2 sides with absolutely zero bubble wrap or any other protection. I can almost guarantee the item is broken, I mean banging around in transit for a week with no protection isnt great for an intricate electronic item. Furthermore, although they advertise customer service 7 days a week when I used the "chat" function on the website I was told immediately it would take a few days for them to respond via email. That means no replacement by XMAS. No help, no quality customer service, and a broken $900 item to boot. I will never use StockX again, for anything, ever. They are a FRAUD!

I'm still waiting for the amount deducted on my paypal account. Once it will be back on my account, I will give another feedback. I hope you work on this case. Honestly, I'm disappointed with the service of StockX nowadays. Most of my orders have an issue. I ordered jordan 1 low bleach coral but it has only one shoe tree. I ordered union jordan 1 low ajko sail leather but the extra lace was used already. Lastly, i ordered, jordan 1 high gorge green but the box was damaged. You need to improve your quality control and checking in order your customer to be satisfy. Last year, all my orders doesn't have any issue. Only this year. No issue regarding the authencity of the product here in stockX. I can say that all of my purchase were all original and not fake. I hope you improve everything!

They responded quickly but still I'm waiting for amount of refund for my order. I hope you work on it asap! Thank you!

When I put my bank details for bit I received a message saying you didn't collect your parcel you have to pay 2 $ to redeliver and then I wanted to pay 2$ and the bank send me 300$ for paying from chemist!

Bought yeezy 700 v2. Came in. Definitely fakes. The quality is so bad & cheaply made. Glue sticking out around the sole. Just Horrible.
I just bought the yeezy boost 700 triple black from yeezy website and I compared them. Huge difference in the quality.
I sent pictures & they won't refund my money and say they are real. I don't think they authenticate anything. They just place a tag on it.
They just rob people. Beware if you purchase from them. They will not accept returns no matter what. They don't follow through with what they try to say about standards & quality. If everything is real they would be taking returns but the fact that they are fakes they don't take any returns.
It's not right they are scamming people and getting rich because the sneakers are not cheap!
Save your money because your practically throwing it away buying from this website.
