I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that

I purchased a very expensive pair of Air Jordans on this site. When they arrived they did not fit my daughter so I re-listed them on the site and purchased another pair at the correct size. The original shoes sold and we sent them to StockX. They then emailed us to let us know that the shoes we returned had not passed the Quality Assurance (QA). This was confusing since they had just come from StockX and were in EXACTLY the same condition. After way too many emails I finally received pictures of the 'wear' they claimed caused the shoes not to pass QA. I then asked for pictures from the QA BEFORE the shoes were originally sent to me - they conveniently do not have those pictures. This company is a sham. Do not do business with them.

I have paid 344$ for an air force, while it is in the market for 180$, yet it was fast selling, so I decided to pay extra and buy it from stockX, the order was supposed to be delivered on 13/08/20, they send me and email after I have send 3 follow up emails to the customer support, replying that there will be 2-3 weeks delay because of COVID, seriously! When I paid the 344$ was during COVID as well! By the time I receive my order it will be back in stock in the market, why to pay that extra then! My birthday will be over by then, so what's the point of me paying extra to be trendy on my birthday! Is that professional!

EVERYTIME my item goes to the NEW JERSEY HUB IT GETS EITHER CANCELLED OR LOST. I HAD to buy the item twice now because the New Jersey Hub seem to have serious issues. The seller does their part in shipping the item but New Jersey is to backed up. I've been buying only to get a cancelation that they lost the item in the warehouse for a month now.

Stock X sold me used shoes as new. The shoes I got were too small so I took them to trade them at a reputable in city sneaker store whom notified they couldn't switch them because they were worn. It had noticeable wear and tear on the bottom of my Nike shocks. I felt like I had been scammed. Even though they say they have official authenticators it only took seconds for the authenticators in my city to point out the flaws from them being worn.

Following my previous post. Just double checked courier of my item and DHL confirmed it's theirs not UPS as claimed by StockX. Worst... DHL said my item has yet to be received by them but StockX is more advanced in its selling by confirming Delivery via UPS. Caveat Emptor!

Honestly I've been ordering off StockX because of the fact that you can't get these shoes off nike.ca anymore or get them anymore in stores around me, as well as I love the fact the StockX verifies the shoes are true to what they say they are before sending the product,

I sold a pair of dunks. I have proof of sale, proof of delivery and stock x will not pay me and claims the tracking numbers do not match. My proof of delivery says they were delivered to them.the person who signed for shoes signed covid 19. Stock x scammers

I absolute wouldn't recommend this website. First of all for 160$ shoes I was charged 220$. Then the day the shoes were going to come I was charged an additional 60$ to a grand total of 290$ for 160$. The shoes were also fake.

Ordering shoes wasn't the issue as I ate with verifying the shoes. The quality of the shoes are horrible. Less than 48 hours and shoes are coming apart in simply walking in school. Had to take my son another pair of shoes to school and it's embarrassing.

Ordered Yeezy's from this site in the hopes of expecting my package to be delivered to ME safely. However, I was very very disappointed.
It turns out that my package was delivered to a different address by UPS, not the address I provided. I contacted Stock X to let them know that my package was not delivered to me and instead of helping me come to a solution/ providing some form of reimbursement, I was told to file a police report or contact UPS, but other than that there was nothing they could do on their part. I contacted UPS, but they told me there was nothing they could do and to contact Stock X. I then contacted Stock X once more, and once again they didn't offer any solution. I am in complete distress as I spent over $400 dollars for a package that was not delivered to me. What is even more upsetting is Stock X's unwillingness to help. Do not trust this company, they lure you in with promises of making a safe transaction, but in reality these are just fabricated lies.

It was pretty good timing and everything was fine, but the shoes were thrown in and just fell out. The paper was torn and it wasn't really placed correctly so that was a little annoying, but altogether everything was pretty good.

I just had the worst customer service experience EVER with this company! I've never purchased product from this StockX so I had some questions after I bid on some sneakers. I was the only bidder and they had no lowest ask price. I filled out TWO support tickets but never got a response. Tweeted the confounder but again never got a response. My bid finally expired after I change it twice and STILL. No response. Glad I learned now because I'd probably be waiting forever to receive the sneakers if they seller would have taken my bid price. And I'd be trying to contact them again but yeah you guess it. No response! I'll never try to purchase ANYTHING from this company again. Customer service is critical when buying products online and they failed horribly. I'm letting everyone I know to avoid this company at all cost! Reviews will be posted EVERYWHERE!

I have read a lot of very negative reviews about this company, and for the most part they are all concerning sneakers. While I have never ordered sneakers from them and have no opinion about their sales in that category, I did order an Xbox Series X from them. This was a first time order from StockX. The experience was a little nerve wracking since it was an expensive item and I was not sure if they would come through. My experience has been very positive. I received the item in great condition and exactly as they promised. It was scheduled for delivery on the 20th of the month and I received it on the 8th. I could not be happier with this experience. I have tried since November to acquire a Series X and just got tired of waiting. The cost was abou $170 above retail but in my opinion well worth the investment.

I sold a pair of Nike SB, pretty much expensive, above 1000€ to Stockx, send them as usual with their regular UPS label and wait for my outcomes. A few days after, i received a message from them telling the box arrived empty! The package was opened and sealed up again with only the empty box in it. I guess UPS steal it or even worst Stockx steal it.
Whatever, i thought they have a good assurance for this kind of situation and they're working for their clients. Actually NO! Stockx didn't care of their clients, they simply don't give a F***! They just closed the case without further investigation and i lost my money. I have no trust in these thiefs anymore and i recommand you NEVER sell anything throught them anymore. I know it's UPS fault but Stockx is even worst for not supporting their clients.

Never use Stockx.

I can share the chat history, it's real :) I put a "buy" order (not bid) on yeezy 350 half month ago, I assume that means I bought this shoes and wait for ship. And I got nothing, people bought that shoes after me, already got that shipped(they bid with the highest price for sure :) ) what customer service told me is return the refund. Ahhhh, so basically seller can always ignore your request and only if your price is much higher than market :) "buy" option is useless; you should always use "bid" and bid for the highest lolll :) Sorry, GOAT is much better. I will never use this xit.

StockX is only for demonstration purpose, not buy; If you truly want to buy a shoes with a reasonable price, GOAT it is, and you are welcome :)

StockX claims that all sneakers purchased usually takes 7-12 business days not including weekends to be shipped. I ordered the Air Max 90 Reverse Duck Camo on 3/26/2020 and recieved an email notifying me that the shoes were in route to StockX for Authentic Verification with an expected delivery date of 4/6/2020-4/8/2020 and I emailed them 4/8/2020 to see what was the hold up and recieved a generic $#*! response on general shipping. I emailed them again on the issue 4/13/2020 and have yet to recieve any updates or feedback regarding the shipping issue.

I was quoted 13 days for my shoes. Didnt get them. After waiting several days for customer service to finally send me an email they basically told me to keep waiting. If I'd known it would take longer than they quoted I simply wouldn't have made the purchase. Then they told me they couldn't give me a refund but as soon as I opened a claim with PayPal about 10 mins later I got an email saying they can refund my money but they are flagging and suspending my account because they "don't want any more disputes from me." If they were just honest I wouldn't have to make a dispute to get my money back because I simply wouldn't have bought the shoes. This was a whole waste of my time to be back in the same place looking for these shoes.

Bought some shoes from stock x and they were considered, "Authentic." Then tried to sell them and they were sent back to me as fake or unauthentic, also stock x took a 15% fee from my sale. This company is a scam. They also don't have a phone number to contact them. I shouldn't have to say more.

I guess this is how they make money. Big money. U sell an expensive sneaker on their app then theyll say it doesnt match with their retail version. Bam 15% in their pocket! No explanation and you dnt know where the money actually goes. Buyer doesnt get compensated also. Avoid the scam of this company! Read other reviews.

Any site that has no way of contacting them seems shady. I ordered a $165.00 pair of jordans for my son got no confirmation email and doeant ahow purchase in my buying sexrion on rhw website. But it shows up in my bank statement showing they got paid. But cant contact except through frequently asked questions. And cant even get the chatbot on there. So would be leery about purchasing from this site.
