I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that
The customer service is severely lacking: extremely delayed responses, my first inquiry submission was never even replied to, I had to write to them twice! They do not fully answer your questions and divert blame back onto the customer.
They grossly overcharge for shipping and then use a shipping service that will charge you again almost double what you initially paid!
Their website is deceptive: they list CAD as prices yet actually it's USD and they surprise you with the exchange rate on your credit card statement.
There are so many issues ordering through this website that I will NEVER order here again.
AND my order took TWO MONTHS to arrive!

I am a seller on Stockx, never had problems. Sold about 200 items on Stockx. Now i sold a very rare item, i dropped it at the upspost office and followed it true the ups tracking, it says delivered. Now stockx says item never arrived, label has been compromised. They cant do anything for me, so i called ups and have been to the ups drop store and the said to me that Stockx has to contact UPS and let them do a investigation, i cant start an investigation myself because i am not the buyer of the send label. But STockX is doesnt not react on my emails! This is the worst customer service ever. They took a lot of money from me when selling items and now somethings goes wrong they stick there heads in the sand and ignore me. I will never buy or sell anything anymore on STockx and i will get this solved. I think someboy stole my item at stockx! They also removed the tracking of the order, really dirty.

I've attached the same pictures I sent to StockX on the 24/09/20, asking them why they have sent me such a poor quality pair of trainers and I'm still waiting for a response. I understand on the Covid BS, not you cannot tell me that someone actually checked these trainers. I paid over 25% more than the retail price for them and they look like a dogs dinner. THANKS STOCKX for not doing your job!

I ordered an off-white sneakers us Women size 8 and when I received and tried it it was big!
So I did my research and realised they sent me the wrong size and also they verified that wrong size and shipped it to me!
On the description it says US women size 8 but the off-white is based in european size not the us size
I thought they convert the european size to us size and put it in that description
So I contacted them couple of times and they denied to make a return for me!
I contacted my bank and tried to dispute hopefully it will be dispute and I can get my money back….

Paid asking price for a pair of foamposite "swoosh all over" and received them in about 10 days. Open box and shoes are in new condition. Not a thing wrong with them. Shoe box was in good condition. Really bad 'customer service'. I bought a pair of Nike AF1's and they have all kinds of factory defaults and the sneakers look worn. They really look 'factory second' / B-grade. All kinds of glue stains, imperfections and deformations. And I paid a lot of money for it. I already contacted the 'customer service' on 6-6-2020 (same day of delivery) and they asked me to send pictures so that they can investigate why these passed the 'quality' control. After that: NOTHING, complete silence, they do not even respond to reminders. Really bad that they treat longtime customers like this and let them hanging in the cold with a pair they can't wear and CAN'T sell. No customer service at all, they don't take returns or exchanges so that way you need to sell the item you can't return and of course you need to pay fees for that, that way the just make more and more money, they don't even answer the BBB complaints, buyers stay away of this place, just go to goat.
You think you can make a quick sale. Payouts should be instant after verification. You will be told you need to verify something new every 3-5 days. I opened my profile and filled out everything to the T. Made a sale for $684 that pays out $591. My package shipped and they got it 2 days later. The following day it was verified and said payout pending. 5 days later I contact them who tell me I need to verify my payout and they will send an email. First off I had an active payout from the beginning and never was prompted to verify anything. So after that they said I'm supposed to be paid in 3-5 business days again after choosing PayPal payout which is instant. Then I said I'll just cancel the order because I sold for hundred cheaper just to find an emergency. They said I can't cancel as the payout has been processed. That ain't the case considering I'm not paid and PayPal is instant payout. You're better off taking less money on Facebook marketplace or Craigslist or apps like Mercari and eBay then selling an item here and not getting paid for it. You've been warned.

I have a good experience with StockX. The only two times where I had a problem was mainly with the shipping services. The first time it was mainly my fault because of the address I sent it to. But recently I was thrown off by the shipping service they used. I never heard of TForce before and already I had a bad experience with them. I did receive my package but I asked StockX to please see if they can only ship my packages with either USPS, UPS, Fedex, or Dhl.

Shoes arrived in perfect condition and on time. Box had small dent but nothing to be worried about. Also included protective covering to keep package sage.
Know how much you're actually making after shipping, taxes, and fees they take out. It's usually $20-35 less than the listing price you put up. I have no idea how people make that much money off it.
