I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that

Middle air bubble in the tounge of both shoes disintegrated on first wear leaving a hole in tounge of both shoes.
Normal = faulty product, return for full refund.
StockX = send multiple emails and photos, wait a week, get told, because the stockx quality tag has been removed and shoes have worn the authenticators final judgment (which is completely outside of local consumer law) is that no return or refund is possible and you can have a $20 discount voucher towards a future purchase.
Why would you think I would EVER make another purchase through StockX.

Sold a DS pair Chunky Dunks to them never have I put them out of the box before, they refused my sell because of some stitching on the tongue which is obviously a factory flaw, yo you guys sended me shoes before that where nowhere in a DS condition, $#*!ed up boxes ripped up lace bags etc... absolut joke! Sold over 18k worth of inventory to them but never again! As well they don‘t ship your stuff back in time as they clearly give a $#*! about customer values and service! Will never sell or buy any stuff there, as there are other marketplaces that know thier stuff...

For whatever you buy a shoe for Sports or not. Everyone knows the natural wear and tear of a shoe in your particular sport or field. I got a pair of Stadium Kobe for $500 & in 6 weeks the rubber was detaching from the sole. (No outside play at all) My kid has basketball shoes that last 8 months to a year. Stock X has put the perfect system in place to Assume no liability or give any real customer service. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. ONLY PURCHASE WHERE THEY HAVE WARRANTYS FOR THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. STOCK X is a RIP OFF!

Besides the absurd fees for selling/buying, I ordered a pair of shoes last week that said they got delivered. Never received the item, reached out to stockx who said they wont do anything unless I file a police report. Now we have package lockers, packages CAN NOT get stolen. Its impossible. But they insisted several times they wont help me until I file a report. I stated mulitple times its not stolen its probably in a facility somehwere and you guys have all the backend info! After over an hour of digging I figured out UPS (they normally use DHL and support wouldnt tell me who shipped it) left a 'note to pick up' slip at concierge and never notified me so the shoes are fine, just sitting in a storage facility down the road from me. The customer service aspect was abysmal. Just stonewalled my requests for info after paying $300 for shoes and absurd fees. I will never, ever use them again and I suggest you do the same

Extremely disappointed, this was my first experience with StockX and I had never heard great things prior but was desperate for the new console. Upon spending over $350 of retail price they also charged $100 for shipping and had, in a statement on their site, that their shipping "is fast and reliable a 5-7 day guarantee" which I had hoped was true seeing that they charged me $100 for it.
However, weeks go by and I find out "oh sorry we didn't notify you but the original seller didn't send your console, we will get you another seller." After doing that I am now almost 30 days from the day I purchased and have no information, not on "my account" on their site nor from emails on the whereabouts of my console.
Just check reviews everyone. This is a scam. They claim they have "customer service" but I'm out close to a grand because I trusted a site that isn't legit and doesn't care as long as they have their money. Pandemic or not, other companies and businesses have notified their customers of shipping standards which I can empathize and be understanding of. However, There is no excuse for lying to your customers and over charging for services you cannot follow through on.
I payed for shoe 6/7/2019 all of a sudden they ship today. 6/11/2019 my shoe was sent out that's 3 days later at the least. That is pass the 2 day minimum. So I feel this is an inconvenience to me
StockX has been holding my payment for a month now. They are using the excuse of the pandemic to slow everything down but they just want to hold your payments and virtually inflate their treasury.
SCAMX! I ordered a pair of $1500 shoes from stockx. I waited 38 days for my shoes to arrive with no word from stockx on the progress of my order. I had to reach out to them to see when my shoes would be arriving and they replied to me that "on further review of your order, we had to cancel it" they also told me that they could have linked me with a new seller at no additional cost to me if the order wasn't canceled (its been over a month since I ordered the shoes so they now cost $800 more than they did when I ordered them). I had specifically wrote that I didn't want to cancel the order, I was simply checking on the progress of my shoes. I have now sent several emails to their customer service email and they are refusing to help me and fix their mistake.
The site is not practical. I placed an order on a pair of Nike for my son, and it didn't give me a confirmation but took me back to the shoe listing, so I clicked on it again, same thing happened. I decided to go to my purchase history to check, turns out I ordered them twice! I tried emailing or find a contact anything, email, phone number, NOTHING! Apparently, this site accepts NO returns, NO cancellation and you CAN'T reach anyone to resolve the matter. Now I am stuck with 2 pairs of the same shoe and spent $300! BE CAREFUL ORDERING ON IT!
I ordered a women's size 6.5 sneaker, they sent me a size 8 and they would not return it. I spent over 2 hours navigating their site and trying to upload pictures for a mistake they made. To no avail, they wouldn't return them. I will never order from this site.

Their server is absolutely not secure. I just had to cancel all three of my cards (2 credit and 1 debit) because some jerk in California hacked into my account and attempted to make 4 separate MULTI HUNDRED DOLLAR BIDS through Paypal. I haven't used StockX in 3 years yet somehow you can still checkout with my Paypal (through multiple password changes since then) without having to re-login! That's right! I never used StockX to actually make a purchase but because I logged in ONCE with my Paypal when I created the account, a hacker was able to make purchases with my Paypal linked cards/bank 3 YEARS LATER. Thankfully I'm broke af and my bank has great fraud protection so none of the purchases went through, but others probs aren't so lucky! DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT SOMEONE TO HACK AND MAKE PURCHASES WITH YOUR CARD/PAYPAL
That is my favourite website to buy what I missed in stores or collections. I have always get originals every time I buy from StockX.

I ordered an item that was supposed to be shipped by Tuesday. It is now Thursday and the item on my buying page says that the item is STILL not shipped. I am requesting an immediate refund seeing as though Josh and Scott like to hold customer's money for as long as possible with zero action on their companys part. IF STOCKX IS SO BACKLOGGED THAT THEY CAN NO LONGER RENDER GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXECUTION WHY NOT LIMIT BUYING AND SELLING UNTIL THINGS IMPROVE? Not doing so makes Stockx appear greedy, ill equipped and unprofessional.

I bought 2 pairs of Jordan retro 12's on June 6. One pair came in on June 11th. I opened the box which was undamaged and had some very damaged retro 12's. They look used, painted, and re-glued! These shoes were a surprise anniversary gift, and I had shirts made to match them. My husband's shoes have not arrived and states that they had to find a new seller. I asked to cancel the order due to getting damaged/used shoes, and they said to resale them on their site. Ridiculous! At this point I'm not even for sure if the shoes are real. It looks like Jordan is making a lay up! We have ordered from this site before, and have received perfectly new shoes. But who has $600 to gamble with. I will never recommend StockX again! The customer service sucks, and it's not right for a billion dollar company to take advantage of their customers. I am highly disappointed and upset! My anniversary gift is ruined! I have a pair of damaged/used retro 12's, and still waiting on some more damage/used retro 12's.
