I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that

Sold a pair of shoes via StockX. Unfortunatelly UPS lost my package and StockX was aware of this matter. After my shoes got lost (probably stolen) by UPS StockX charged me 15% fee for not sending the shoes.
This is the perfect example of how automations are destroying a company like this.

My advise, stay far away from StockX, use other platforms to sell your items. If there goes something wrong, StockX will not respond to you.

After waiting a month for a pair of shoes to be sent to your warehouse to be inspected you guys still send me the shoes with significant damage. As soon as I opened the box I noticed a scratch along the outside of the shoe that tarnishes the $450 sneaker immediately. After chatting with their staff for a week they offered me a $40 discount on MY NEXT PURCHASE. Thanks...?

I have been ordering sneakers from Nike, Footlocker, Flight Club, Kith NYC along with multiple main outlets for all my adult years but my far worst experience is with STOCKX. I have previously ordered from stockx and recommended them to friends overseas but here is where it stops. My Wife ordered the Air Jordan 3 Desert Elephant for my Birthday in the excitement and the reliability of checks I had faith in relacing I realized the left pair was defective, unfortunately I had already moved the Stock X verification Tag. But even presenting the Serial numbers on the Sneakers itself my claim was null.
Having placed an order with the company I realised the delivery address was incorrect - attached to our UK address (we are currently in America). So I immediately ended up sending 4 separate emails through different pathways regarding the order, the delivery address and the $40 fees attached for international shipping!
They are so adamant to not refund a single penny that they will ignore you till its apparently 'too late' to do anything about.
Someone did get back to me but clearly had sent an automated response and not really read what I'd written. Then they said it was also too late to change the shipping address as the goods had been dispatched.
This was a lie.
I then received confirmation that the order had been dispatched at about 4pm, the following day.
When i complained they simply referred me to a third party to resolve - UPS. However, this would not refund the extortionate fees and in fact would have meant that there would have been an additional shipping fee - back to the US. This in all meant I would have spent more than double what the product was worth just in fees and then the cost of the item on top.
Penny pinching, money grabbing, unhelpful and inconsiderate. Do not use this waste of time and money company because they will take your money and leave you high and dry.
STOCK X IS BOGUS. I ordered some Jordan spizike from this company. The description reads they're new, I get the shoes and 2day later I try them on. When I put them on I walk from my bedroom to the kitchen and back the soles on both shoes start to crack. So I give them a further examination and I notice the shoe is also coming apart at the bottom. I try to contact STOCK X and I can only do this by email. I couldn't send pics because they needed to be In Jpg format, so any file I sent was too large therefore I couldn't send pics or talk to anyone live. Very inconvenient, and when they did reply to my email. They said it was too late there was nothing they could do and this was all within the a weeks time period. I wish there was some way I could leave pics for this review. Wait I can, so y'all know I ain't lying no

I tried to buy a par of Jordans but unfortunately after I paid the sneakers, I got a email telling me this: " Since the payment method(Ideal) you selected works through a third party, it takes longer to process and send to our ordering system. In that window of time, a new buyer was able to secure this same product for the original Ask price you ordered. Because of this, we were forced to cancel your order. You will be refunded within 24 hours". It was a little bit strange because after I refreshed the page I still got the same price for the jordans also till today its the same price. So, I waited 24 hours to pass by to get my money refunded but nothing. Besides I also could not find any more info on this matter or if someone has also experience this and actually got their money back. I tried to contact stockx customer service and after few days I got an reply and their were very helpful and understanding and ready to help. When also posting this review that I did not got my money stockx also contacted me via sitejabber message to help. Thus to conclude eventhough I had experience cancelled order the way stockx handled it was amazing and this is why I would recommend then even after experiencing a cancel order because after all I received my money back in 7 days.
I was not happy because I had an issue with an order but couldn't reach out to customer service. You can only send email or check the FAQs. You need to allow direct contact with customer service & not chatbots.
Eventually my issue was sorted out, but it was quite frustrating throughout it all as I couldn't reach out to someone to sort out my mess

CAUTION! Authentication process does not exist. Of the last three purchases, two were contested. A pair of fake and reimbursed Yeezy Sesame after endless exchanges of emails with the support... I have restored confidence in StockX and I have purchased other Yeezy desert sages that have obvious defects such as orange stitching on the center of the upper, which are not eligible for sale because only for the defects they present (if they were not fake) CANNOT pass the Adidas quality control nor the StockX authentication control (which obviously does not exist) For these shoes I still have a dispute that will turn into a PayPal complaint from day 04/20 Furthermore, when you reply to their justifications, customer service responds arrogantly and with threatening tones.
TO AVOID DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME.
I got the shoes and they don't fit the only way to get a different one is resell them. Which sucks now my daughter is out shoes for school because we spent 140 on these and the r just sitting here

Shipper takes long to ship shoe it should be a deadline or refund after 3/4 days the shipper doesn't send cause waiting 3 weeks for a shoe is actually kind of crazy.

Exactly as advertised. Factory sealed, fast ship time, and properly authenticated. Faster than I thought it would be and they beat their own estimated delivery time.
So I spent over $10k on a piece of art. It was packaged poorly by StockX, thrown into a box and damaged en route. I opened the box and IMMEDIATELY sent an email with pics and videos, filled out all necessary requirements on their site to get this escalated and STILL waiting on someone to respond and resolve this. Their site says if you file a credit card dispute without them trying to resolve an issue, they'll ban you forever. At this point if doesn't matter because I've lost over 11k with taxes and shipping with a broken sculpture.

I ordered a pair of shoes on August 11,2021 and it's now September 18 and all it says is en route the StockX this is ridiculous and u don't have any customer service to even give me a answer I already ordered 4 shoes from them but this is looking like it will be my last time smh

THANK GOD! I was really desperate and bought from this site. I read all these bad reviews, but I decided to trust the sites "verified" purchases. I made a purchase for some Nike's that were $125 on this site. Everywhere else had them for about $200. They are limited edition and sold out, and of course my son said it was the ONLY thing he wanted for Xmas. Of course, I didn't want to get him only ONE thing and I also really didn't want to spend $200 on a pair of shoes for a ten-year-old. So, I took my chances. I heard you can't get a hold of anyone from customer service, so I emailed them as a test. I asked a dumb question and they responded about a day and a half later. (That earned them one star) The price was great! (That's two). So, I ordered. I used PayPal and deleted my bank account from pay pal immediately after- in case of fraud. The shoes were verified 2 days later (3 stars). 2 days after that (today) I received the shoes (4 stars) and they were perfect! (5 stars!) In box, brand new, and had a little verified key chain attached to them! No additional funds have been charged to my Paypal account. It was an excellent experience! I'm sorry to everyone else who didn't have the same. Weird but it was great for me!
Always a good experience. Twice the sellers canceled on me but my money was refunded by StockX in days. I typically get my orders within two weeks and one order I got in 3 days.

Shocking company with extremely useless and rude customer service as well as lying ‘authentication team' ALL size conversions read a UK 9 = a US 9.5 not a US 10 which they claim is the correct size and are refusing to pay out the £420 they owe me. Ordered two separate orders, first one was great. Second one didn't pass inspection and so a new product was found and shipped right away. So far I am impressed! Will be coming back for more buys!

I purchased an order of Yeezy Calabasas track pants on 6/3/20, it is now 6-19-20 and I have yet to receive my track pants. I created multiple cases about this and have yet to receive a response from customer service. This is such an inconvenience I ordered these pants for an event and now I'm waiting well over two weeks and STILL don't know if I'll ever receive them or a refund! DO NOT DEAL WITH STOCKX. I even tried calling the customer service number and of course, its disconnected as well. It's like impossible to get in touch with them.
