I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that

Stockx is not telling the truth about having original shoes. Their shoes are poor copies. The return policy sucks. You have to get a buyer to return the fake shoes they sold to you.

They keep my money for 2 weeks and then cancel my order for the first time. They keep my money for 1 week and cancel my order for the second time with no reason. Dont buy anything from this StockX.

I bought a pair of yeezy 700 Wave Runner and they was fake fake fake, I email them with pics and they gave me the bull $#*! about mass production, so I just put in a claim with my bank and hopefully I can get my money back, but guys please do not shop with StockX you will be disappointed

They have a system to increase the prices, they charge you, then refund you, then double the price of the product.
I guess they now how to take advantage of their buyers.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use it. They will charge you, then the seller won't sent it and the price of the product will be doubled.
That's a fraud to get rich on the buyers' money, who do they charge immidietly while not delivering, then the sellers keep on offering the same product double the price?
For me, I'm done with this website. That's a fraud to be honest.

I would say StockX has no customer service! I have tried for two months for StockX to fill out the paperwork from UPS. My package was lost by UPS. All I needed was StockX to fill out the UPS paperwork. I would then get my money back from UPS but they still to this day August 11 two months latter NO HELP! Do not see with StockX!

Worst, i lives in canada and bought my shoes around 130$ and shipping from US and they charge me 65$ custom duties, WTF man its coming from US to Canada. Dont buy if you re in canada, You will only notify this price, when your product Shipped and on the way..

StockX is only about taking your money. They DO NOT CARE about YOU as a CUSTOMER. They do what they want. I ordered from them and not even 5 minutes went by when I noticed it was the wrong size. I tried to change the size and there is no option to do so in pending orders. They have charged me and sent me the wrong size, after I told them they were wrong and not to send them. STOCKX is a horrible company and I WILL NEVER BUY another thing from them. I will make it my mission so that no one else does either. STOCKX is a crap company.

Can't cancel your order, doesn't matter the situation. Extra fees. Product to deliver 14-30+ days. Out of all the 5 legit websites that sells stuff online other than Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, Best Buy. StockX is probably the last place you want to visit if EVERY store shut down. Your paying double the price of one item and will receive it within 14-30 business days and get the wrong item. Welcome to StockX.

If your looking for authenticity this is your website, but your waiting for a good 20 days of delivery. Along with being unable to cancel any order purchased, cannot contact seller, and they sell products that are not even out yet. For example, scalpers that are selling PS5 consoles double or triple the price $900-$1,500 USD. The company or website gives the seller a good 7 days before a deadline fee. So during those 20 days wasted of your life waiting, you could of bought it somewhere else. The website doesn't notify or have good features to explain much about them. Which frustrates many new people that are in rush like I.

I sold 3 pairs of shoes at stock x on Jan 23,2022, till today they havent made any payment to me, they told me they sent the payment Jan 28,2022, When I called my bank never any incoming fund from stockx since Jan 28,2022 till today. When I asked them to send me the proof of the payment, it showed they didnt sent to my bank account but for someone else account, I told them I never had that account, how did transfer to different account under my name. And also on Jan 31,2022 i complaint to them why payment informatiom and shipping change to their recipient stock X GA (information based on shipping label from them),

These guys have so many glitches in their Australian service, then when you can't get it shipped due to glitches, the customer service is in American time-zones, is slow and doesn't respond to your actual question effectively so you run out of time. Then when you step it out and explain to them your problems what you've done etc they give you generic messages back not actually addressing what you ask. Terrible app in Australia.

What happened: Shipping label generated without a label, you get 2 days to ship. I contacted them and they responded 2 days later, sent the label and extended my shipping for 2 days. I shipped it on the morning of the 2nd day. I get a cancellation email 6 hours before my "time was up" item was already shipped. I assume they are operating on American Timezone not Australian. I've contact their support and round and round in circles we go "you didn't ship in 2 days" generic responses even when I set out a timeline and explain all events and refer them to prior tickets with my extension. My last desperate attempt 10 days later, you guessed it, ignored everything I said "you didn't ship in 2 days"… they have crazy glitches and are built for America, their support is also based there and operate on their time zones. Absolute thieves.

Use eBay or a local reseller these guys are sooooo bad

Shortly after my Supreme Raiders hoodie arrived for inspection I received an email stating it failed verification due to being worn. This was impossible as the only time the product had been touched was when I confirmed the size (as got more than one of the item), re folded it, and shipped it out. After complaining to the StockX representative and requesting proof, a follow up email stated that the item was not folded improperly and did not resemble that of a Supreme factory fold. The representative stated that it was 100% authentic and was not worn, but due to the fact that it wasn't folded correctly, it failed to pass inspection. I have sold on StockX multiple times before and was not charged the 15% "inspection failure fee", however the entire situation is complete bull$#*! considering that they are known to allow fake shoes to pass through. I am not sure if I will continue selling through them, although I haven't found a good alternative for streetwear (other than ebay). I hope this informed anyone wondering how hypocritical and redundant StockX can be.
