Horrible company to deal with

My husband decided to order through Stoneberry to get a few extra Christmas gifts for our girls. It's tradition, that they get new blankets every year, and Stoneberry had what we were looking for at reasonable prices. Mind you, WE PAID IN FULL. The first time (yes we did 2 separate orders within a few days), we had no issues. He ordered 1 blanket. The 2nd time, he ordered 5 blankets and paid IN FULL! After he placed the 2nd order, we received an email right away that said 4 of the balnkets ordered were on backorder and wouldn't be shipped until February. Unacceptable. They were Christmas presents. I called immediately, and was on hold for 35 minutes. The woman who finally answered was incredibly rude. I asked her to please cancel this order as they were gifts for Christmas and if it's not possible to get them in time, then I'd find them somewhere else. She told me it wasn't possible and then hung up on me. I called back and was placed on hold again for 45 minutes. The gentleman I spoke with was a little nicer. I explained the situation and he told me that the one that was still available almost shipped and therefore they couldn't refund that but he cancelled the rest. However, I'm not stupid and I know a company that large didn't immediately run into the warehouse and ship out the package within an hour. But here's my biggest issue. The blanket my husband ordered was 13 dollars. Not alot of money, however they charged me shipping for the entire purchase, including the ones on backorder. So the 13 dollar balnket cost me close to 40 when all was said and done. And they won't refund the shipping. And on top of that the first order was placed on the 8th and the 2nd was placed on the 10th of December. I got an email on the 14th that all the items were shipped! And when I tried to track it, it says the shipping label was created and their waiting on the package to be delivered to FedEx. Estimated delivery is the 28th. So they still won't be here by Christmas! Don't deal with this company! Theyre nothing but scam artists.

Don't use this company! They steal your money, and don't uphold their end of the transactions!!!
