Be careful when applying. If you don't fit their ideal look (code: race), they'll reject you and call it "plagiarism". Learn from my mistake—after spending several hours composing three 100% ORIGINAL articles required in the application, plus handing over all my personal info, including my license photo, they held me in suspense days after the promised "12 hours" only to reject me. There are several others out there, so take my advice and skip this one, for they'll be exposed and out of business soon.

They never care about Tutors at all. Any appeal by a student is approved almost automatically. Am among the first tutors at Studypool and still working with them but men, they are the worst ever. I've worked with other sites in the past but I should say Studypool has the most incompetent support team. They always favor students (where the money is). Their response is pathetic. They respond once or twice after you wait a couple of minutes but will ignore you completely there after. Over 70% of the work I've done is from repeat customers but to Studypool am as good as a new tutor. First chance I get in another site, I'll be gone. Honestly, it is frustrating.

I applied to be a tutor and was accepted overnight. Then they asked me to do a knowledge quiz. I answered 3 science (mostly medical) based questions. I submitted 3 academic papers written with reliable sources such as many highly respected medical journals. The grammar and punctuation was flawless and the information was accurate. But it would seem many doctors and surgeons holding both an MD and a PhD are below the standard of Studypool. This leads to two assumptions: either applications are fake, or they are rejecting applicants at random. Please, explain.

I bought the 9.85 uick Question monthly package. Most of the tutors on this website are trash. They don't show their work, they give bogus answers, etc. You can give a low rating, which is supposed to prompt a "review" by Studypool, but they never do the reviews, take forever, and then your monthly subscription ends and they take away all your remaining credits for questions that you have remaining on the account. Do yourself a huge favor and use Chegg instead. Much better quality of tutors. Also, you can actually speak to someone in support, unlike Studypool where the support hides behind a "chat" room and only types to you. Total scam of a company!
