First, I would like to acknowledge every time I've email Stylewe, I've received a fairly quick response. Though I don't always agree with the outcome such as receiving only 20% on a purchase so you don't have to return an item. I personally think I should at least receive 40%. I don't know the cost of shipping overseas. I also think the shipping is pretty pricy from the start compared to other companies. Since I love your clothing, they are stylish and made with quality material, I pay the expensive shipping.

StyleWe website uses beautiful, stylish models to promote very fashionable clothing. Mostly reasonable price. Unfortunately, they don't actually carry normal sizes for the majority of clothing items available for sale. So far, I'm 1 for 6 getting a desired item delivered. Have two orders sitting in the netherworld of being paid and being communicated that the 3 -week delivery notice actually means "Pre-Sale" and once they receive the item, it will be another 3 weeks. In the meantime, they have my $$ via credit card for months. Three other items are available in sizes like XXL. For S or M its an "Arrival Notice" customer relationship scheme, which never comes - after 12 months, 6 months and 4 months respectively - all the while StyleWe continues to show these items on my account and in targeted advertising to my browsers. Very bizarre. I can't imagine nor have I ever seen a credible fashion brand manage their website and sales inventory in this manner.

This review is to help several others who might be skeptical about ordering from StyleWe just like I was at first due to the numbers of negative reviews. I had to take the chance and ordered my wedding dress and honeymoon swimwear even when friends were against it but to my amazement the dresses delivered were just want I wanted; slick and tender on my skin, the wedding dress.
Now I can't wait for the said date to come.

Now I have over $400 of product I do not want which they will not take back because I missed the 30 day cut off, which I did not miss except for their lack of response. Still working on it. Still looking for a phone #. Would be happy to recommend them if the had better customer service. If you notice, every response is the same. Incorrect grammar and spelling all over website should tell you that all of this business is happening in China, and they do not have qualified English speaking people to help with customer service to English speakers. I will be plastering this all over Facebook if not resolved.

I knew Stylewe for a long time and was hesitating on purchasing from them after read some of the negative reviews. But the clothes on the site are too beautiful to walk away so that I ordered two items giving it a try. It came perfectly on time, I received the shipping notices on time, the quality of the clothing are great. It actually turned out way better than I expected. I guess some of the negative feedback were about their return practices. As long as they can have that improved, I'm sure it will be a trustworthy affordable trendy chic site for all women!

I like the style and price in website but when I ordered I received my items very late and some Item missed. Based on their return policy first I should specify which Items and for what reason I'm returning and 24 - 48 hour after an email from stylewe will come that has return address on it and after items were received at stylewe, the items would quality control if it's ok or not and then customer would receive his money back! In my case I keep sending return request from 3 weeks ago and I never get respond back!
The sizes are not standard. I ordered Small but the items are very big in size. I completely disappointed by it's customer service and It will be my first and last purchase from this site. I'll let my friends know too unless I receive proper customer service and support within 48 hours.

I requested for return and send customer support several emails but I never heard back from customer support!!!!

I receives several adds from this site and, when I take a look to website modeles and color of cloths were beautiful and exciting also, it has good prices too.

Worse quality fabric. Expensive return policy. $70 in postal fees to return $100/5 products. One sleeve on a dress was 4 inches shorter than the other. They make it very cumbersome to return items and shipments take several weeks only to receive a VERY disappointing product.

Tip for consumers:
Don't do it!

None. Too expensive to return. I lost my money.

I have made a total of 3 different online orders with this boutique on the internet and I have never had any problems. Clothes are as described and returns are quick and easy if you select shipping insurance when placing your order.

This is amazing online shop! The selection is very smart but it's well curated and priced fairly. The sales associates here are very sweet and welcoming. I found the cutest Buttoned Stand Collar Mini Dress which is wonderful. Just bookmark on my browser to by again.

Considering that it took over a month to received my entire order I am not impressed with the service. I had to call two different times just to get tracking numbers and date items were mailed. I will not be ordering again.

The gentleman that I spoke with was helpful and he agreed and apologized for the fact that I did not receive a confirmation email concerning any part of my order because everyone was very busy. You need to improve your service, if you plan to survive online.

Ordered 2 dresses, one came with 3 defects around zipper and second dress idem it's inaccurate design not stretchy and super extra small and listed size L. Customer service don't offer any option and I'm waiting for 3 weeks! Do not buy! Cheap Chinese dresses! Beware!

Stylewe is a fake company. They have no live customer service. They posted items on their site that they don't even carry. Their shipping take days. And forget about returning and refunding. I warn you "STAY AWAY". Find yourself another clothing company.

StyleWe is now my favorite brand. Their designs are unique and the quality is really good. They offer clothes you wont be able to get on the high street clothing shops, which makes them special. Delivery time and customer service is also good! Highly recommend them.

Sizing is difficult to judge so you need to send things back to swop out sizes - and postage just takes far too long - between ordering - sending back immediately and waiting for replacement one item took a month to get right. Products are OK - a bit on the expensive side for what it is.

I ordered $632 worth of clothes and everything is beyond classy. Materials look very expensive. Will order 18 more on Wednesday. My first order came in in 5 days, Christmas eve. The sizes I ordered are a bit smaller in size, so I'm ordering it large or XXL, my US size is 6-8

The clothes in this online boutique are of good quality, exactly as on the website, the colors correspond, the sizes are consistent. The only bad thing is that when placing an order at my house the shipping took longer than expected, because I live a bit far away, but it is worth it.

My items came in and did not look anything like the photo or description. Very cheap looking and had style details that were not shown in photo or described. These style detail ruined the entire item. I tried to return per the card instructions and no response. I tried online and they lied several times in chat and refused to take item back. Too bad. Several years ago I bought 7 winter poly jackets for family and friends that were wonderful looking. Even then other items in order were cheap looking but they at least took them back. Don't try buying from them. You will be sorry.

The items were packed very nicely, but didn't work for me. There is nothing in the package regarding return address. I sent and email and received a quick response that I would be contacted within 48 hours. It's been 5 days and no one has responded to me. I just sent another email asking for a response. We'll see how long it takes. Very disappointed it should not be this difficult to return unwanted products

I bought this dress for my daughter's wedding. I needed something classy, elegant but yet fit for summer. (As it has been so hot out and the wedding was outside) As well as something I would be able to wear again in the future. The dress arrived quicker than I had anticipated. With in a week, which was nice because it gave me time to match my accessories. After reading the mixed reviews, I ordered a size large because I was worried about the size fitting smaller. (normally I wear a medium) I am very happy to say it fit perfect and I got a lot of compliments on the dress. I absolutely love the dress and will buy from Stylewe again.

I received a message that my wife's Valentine's Day gift was sent 5 days prior but it never came. After contacting Stylewe, they informed me that it takes them 2-5 business days for preparing the order and 7-12 business days for shipping. Do not trust this company to stand behind their word or product. They will do whatever they need to get your order booked but it may never arrive.

Their quality very from 1 item to another. I bought 8 items and only two were acceptable. The rest were garbage. Moreover, they lied when saying we will handle your order in two weeks. It took them four months and I still didn't get 6 of the 8 the items. I spent more than 600 US dollars and got nothing in return.
