First, I would like to acknowledge every time I've email Stylewe, I've received a fairly quick response. Though I don't always agree with the outcome such as receiving only 20% on a purchase so you don't have to return an item. I personally think I should at least receive 40%. I don't know the cost of shipping overseas. I also think the shipping is pretty pricy from the start compared to other companies. Since I love your clothing, they are stylish and made with quality material, I pay the expensive shipping.
StyleWe website uses beautiful, stylish models to promote very fashionable clothing. Mostly reasonable price. Unfortunately, they don't actually carry normal sizes for the majority of clothing items available for sale. So far, I'm 1 for 6 getting a desired item delivered. Have two orders sitting in the netherworld of being paid and being communicated that the 3 -week delivery notice actually means "Pre-Sale" and once they receive the item, it will be another 3 weeks. In the meantime, they have my $$ via credit card for months. Three other items are available in sizes like XXL. For S or M its an "Arrival Notice" customer relationship scheme, which never comes - after 12 months, 6 months and 4 months respectively - all the while StyleWe continues to show these items on my account and in targeted advertising to my browsers. Very bizarre. I can't imagine nor have I ever seen a credible fashion brand manage their website and sales inventory in this manner.
OK I, had a serious return issue, and I had extended communication/email problems.
The company successfully handled all of my issues when we finally got it together communication wise. Getting to that point was absolutely painful, HOWEVER stylewe handled my issues with professionalism, and with a happy end result. Their clothing styles are amazing, and the price points are terrific.

I ordered 3 dresses. They will give me no joy and I probably won't be able to wear them as they don't fit even the XL. I'm usually a size 12. The patterning is all wrong- very narrow shoulders and upper arms while the skirt must be a size 16.
I think Style we has a great internet platform but the products don't come close to anything of the quality that is projected on the shopping platform. And the dresses are very poorly patterned so they just don't fit.
I am also annoyed by the fact that whenever I browse the net, I am confronted with more exposure to the good website showing bad dresses. Hope you guys go away soon. I'll chalk it down to a good learning experience about the pitfalls of Internet shopping. I'll stay away from them for ever and will not even try to return the bad merchandise as the refunds seem not happen, based on other reviews. I'd just waste more postage money.

I have twice now had unfortunately had an package containing my StyleWe order to go missing and both times they were so easy to contact and get a response from to resolve the situation. Both times they either resent the order or credited me back to my account the amount if the item had been out of stock afterward. Also their returns are SO easy. These reasons and many more are why I shop on this site more than any other and they have such a wide selection of clothing/shoes how could you not shop here!?
Once again, I have a return to make, because the size chart is WAY off! I have contacted the customer service department twice to ask about returning my item, and have not heard back from them. It's been a week now.
I must say, the first time I had a return, they replied within 36 hours, giving me the return address (note to StyleWe: This should just be included) and once I emailed a picture of my return package, I received my refund within 3 days. This time is much worse. Perhaps, they're bombarded with returns.

Since my daughter is tall with a slight accent on the chest, she always wants to wear A-line silhouette. The skirt was able to accentuate her appeal. I am not a shopping freak and so was doubtful about it, but also wanted to get something special for her. When I saw the blended, solid, blue, mid-weight, non-stretchy midi skirt on Stylewe, it was as if made exclusively for me. I am happy and satisfied with their service.
I purchased 4 dresses for upscale events and was VERY pleased with my purchases. I received so many compliments or all of the dresses that really stood out in a sea of same ol same ol. The dresses were of high quality and very well constructed. These dresses would be found in upscale boutiques and department stores at 3 to 4 times their prices. The only thing to be aware of is sizing as not all sizing is global - if they have your size buy the dress. I was very impressed and extremely happy with my experience.
I ordered a dress on 7/31/18 and still haven't received it. I have emailed them twice and they just say it's being made in bulk and will be rushed out soon. I bought it specifically for my friend's wedding which has come and gone and I'm worried that when I receive it, it might not fit. They have emailed me back in a timely manner, but I'm just very frustrated. We live in a world of two day shipping with Amazon and it makes everything seem like a lifetime. I still hope the dress will come soon.

I have been shopping here for more than a year and I love it. Every time I receive an order it is in perfect condition and it comes very fast! But the best part of this brand is the customer service team. Whether it was a size change after you placed an order or in my most recent case, they ran out of the item I ordered. This is my first time ordering from StyleWe. I ordered 3 dresses for my wife on the recommendation of her sister. Overall they have some great deals and the concept of a site for a diverse group of designers is pretty cool. Many styles and fashion options to satisfy the fashionista in your life! Everything fit as expected and probably the best aspect is you have many unique looks you are not going to find in the big box stores. I would and have recommended the site to our friends.

Unfortunately, I have spent so much time dealing with this site. Ladies, firstly, it took a month and a half to receive the items, now i returned 4 out of 5 dresses back, because sizes did not match at all! I am of 8 size, I ordered everything in XXL sizes, forget about that, they are made for dolls, not human.
And now i have sent several requests in order to get my money back, but still waiting for them to process that request. It has been 10 days since they received all items that i have sent back to them, I have a prove. That's funny how quickly they charge you, but there is a total silence when you want YOUR money back. Bad Bad Bad, i will wait for another 5 days and if they don't send my money back I will do everything in my power to make everyone know that they are unprofessional team of liars.
Really sorry for this transaction, hope you understand mail service is really not what we could control, but as checked, you placed this order on 30th No. And you received your package on 16th, it is a little later than expected, we shipped your package by dhl express to shorten the delivery time. As for the return, in fact, it is quite easy, normally we do not want our customers to wait for too long. We process refund in advance before we get return package, just simply need your return tracking number or a copy of the receipt. If neither you have, you could just take a pic of the return package.
Ordered from stylewe and didn't look at the return policy (bc most places allow you to return for free)- the sizes were all a little small. I had to return them on my own dime ($24 shipping for 3 dresses and 1 coat). Love the style but given the return policy I will never buy from them again. I can't afford to take a risk on something not fitting or looking like I hope because it comes out of my pocket.

I have a very good experience with this company so far... ordered 3 different types of dresses 2 fits perfectly. You have to look at the sizing very carefully though, like one dress was way to small didn't want to return it for it would cause me more trouble than its worth! (Order it in L because I love the dress) I normally wear small in most brands... but have to order M and L as experienced buyer with this company

The dress i received was too big. I have been trying to get a return authorization since 3/28. All I got back was an email that customer service representative will review my request and get back to me within 48 hours. I am just not happy at this point.

Product was good and delivered on time. However, it was a problem with a customer service. Before my order was shipped, the price on one item went down by 40 %.
I was looking for Price match, or store credit...
They were dragging time, sending me generic e-mails, promising to do something. But no solution. At some point, I realized no one cared about that business. Bad sign! No matter how good your product is or how talented your designers. It comes to a customer service.

My wife ordered a dress. Cost £75. It was sent from the South of England to us here in the North. The material felt cheap and it was badly cut. She wanted a refund.
First, you have to email to get the return details. Second, when they sent us the address for returns IT WAS IN CALIFORNIA! Yes, that's right, California.
I've just posted it. The cost was £15.
Basically this company does its best to deter returns. We would never shop with them again.

We only have one return center which is in California, the US. The order was actually sent from China and it was taken over by Royal mail after it arrived in the UK, so the address on the package shows UK.

EDIT 09/10/2018 I bought two dresses but one of them did not ship on time, so I got a refund for it. I still haven't seen the refund in my bank statement yet, but it's supposed to take a couple days. So I will wait a little longer. The other dress has finally arrived but it took about a month to come. The website says shipping should take 10-17 days but know that your package will probably take longer to arrive. The dress that came seems to be pretty good quality, so I am happy about that at least. Overall, the shop is okay but shipping and processing takes way too long.

I was so excited to finally purchase beautiful and unique clothing while supporting upcoming designers. However, XL does not mean size 14 or even fit my my daughters that wear size 8 down the line. I wear 12 to 14 depending on the designer (American) and what store I am ordering/shopping from.
I am now worried about the refund system... I would recommend holding off until most of the designers are American or European rather than Asian due to cut of clothing and the presumption of what XL "means to them" vs what the reality is.
Orry for this, we are now working with the designers on this, we will trying to give a more accurate sizing direction on each products. Customers are recommended not to use the size guide only, it is better refer to the size chart.

I ordered a sweater from this site which advertises as independent design, but is really just imported garments from Asia. Shipping took 10 days, garment is not of quality for the price. Sizing is way off according to their charts. My item didn't have specific sizing listed, but was available in s, m, l. I order based on the size chart, a size up. The item arrived and measurements are a full 2 inches smaller. When I go to site to initiate a return, I see the sizing on the item is now listed as "one size." I requested free return shipping, was asked to send pics, and just told I can't receive it because I followed their size chart. Not good business practices to change item description and not honor return shipping. Avoid this site.

Pls do remember to check the detail measurement for each dress before ordering. Each designers size varies. The size guide is just a reference for all the items, which is not as accurate as the info of product details.

Great shop i brought things from this shop like 6 times now. Never had any negative experience with them and yes the product quality is standard and price is reasonable. Highly recommend them to give a try.
Based on initial shopping experience, decided to order more. Realize the clothes are made in China but so is much I buy in the US. Considering that returns are more expensive than initial order plus shipping, this was not just disappointing but also a total waste of money. Sizes are all over the place. Dress 1, ordered in large, had a top in size 0 and skirt in XXL. Pants 1 ordered in L were x-small in waist and didn't have pleats as advertised. Pants 2, also ordered in L, were S in waist. Dress 2 is so flimsy I can only wear as nightgown. Vendor said I can return but must pay full shipping, etc. Offered I can keep at 20% money back. I elected that option. Fortunately, all products were cheap enough that I won't cry when I donate them to charity. I liked the funky styles but nothing lived up to advertising.
Considering that I used StyleWe' s size chart, it was 100% unsatisfactory that nothing matched their own style guide. Also, by offering a % store credit or 20% back of price, this company is conducting a scam.
