First, I would like to acknowledge every time I've email Stylewe, I've received a fairly quick response. Though I don't always agree with the outcome such as receiving only 20% on a purchase so you don't have to return an item. I personally think I should at least receive 40%. I don't know the cost of shipping overseas. I also think the shipping is pretty pricy from the start compared to other companies. Since I love your clothing, they are stylish and made with quality material, I pay the expensive shipping.

StyleWe website uses beautiful, stylish models to promote very fashionable clothing. Mostly reasonable price. Unfortunately, they don't actually carry normal sizes for the majority of clothing items available for sale. So far, I'm 1 for 6 getting a desired item delivered. Have two orders sitting in the netherworld of being paid and being communicated that the 3 -week delivery notice actually means "Pre-Sale" and once they receive the item, it will be another 3 weeks. In the meantime, they have my $$ via credit card for months. Three other items are available in sizes like XXL. For S or M its an "Arrival Notice" customer relationship scheme, which never comes - after 12 months, 6 months and 4 months respectively - all the while StyleWe continues to show these items on my account and in targeted advertising to my browsers. Very bizarre. I can't imagine nor have I ever seen a credible fashion brand manage their website and sales inventory in this manner.

I ordered almost $500 in dresses and sweaters. I am 130 pound size 4-6. Was so excited to receive items. They are actually a US 12–14. Very disappointed customer. You also have to pay to return items.

Tip for consumers:
The do not have an actual small or size 6

Size of items from different designers differ. You need to check the garment measurements in size guide and compare them with your clothing's measurements when choosing size. They are true measurements.

Made of poor material, description and pics are misleading and the sizing was way! Off. I have yet to receive the last item I ordered and paid for?! The last package I received was 5-6 weeks ago and the first was weeks before that. This company is a scam. Please look into any catalog purchases on any website you order from especially the return, exchange, or refund policies. A lot of these webs tell you that your responsibility to return the product to the shipping address. Some are located in places like China. Don't ship anything because you'll end up with nothing.

Tip for consumers:
The pictures and description don't match the items received if you're lucky to receive them. The sizing is crazy. A medium is honestly large enough to fit a 160-180 lb. full figured woman. Do yourself a favor and shop Walmart.

Products used:
Neither the tent.oops I meant shirt or the dress which was very large as well and also made of stiff material that would melt if ironed.

Every day my sister and I wait for emails and see what clothes are available for sale. We regularly buy and save many full retail prices. Christmas, birthdays, anniversary gifts, everyday living items that we buy from here. Good clear photos of items for sale with descriptions, simple method of purchase, add to cart. Amazing notification and communication of when items should be delivered.

I bought several times from this site. The first impression they make is the way they pack the product! But unfortunately delivery takes between 5-6 weeks. In my opinion, this is a very bad service. They should think about better solutions. I also purchased shoes from them, very poor quality. I waited a month to receive these shoes, I could buy the same quality at a cheap shop in town. I am considering giving them one more chance (i am still waiting for my last items) if they will not improve the service unless I will delete the site from the computer there are Million sites for clothing!

The abstract knitted long sleeve elegant two pieces midi dress was my first ever stretchy outfit that I purchased online from Stylewe. To be frank am extremely satisfied with the garment, and it is the best outfit to wear during both winter and summer seasons. Being a plus size woman, I like the stretchy part that makes the dress fit perfectly on my body.

I have tried to obtain a phone number to speak directly with a Supervisor about my situation via email via talk on Style website to no avail. Can you provide a phone number for
Me please. My Dad passed away on September 27. My order was received September 22 and none of the items, unfortunately, fit me. Looking to return all for credit. Please help me with this. The email and talk on line said I did not meet the return/exchange policy, which I understand but hoping for an exception due to 24/7 care with death of my Dad. TY - Jeanne

Always a great experience!. I love shopping with this website. I never had a problem and the clothes are always so cute and very affordable. I can understand why many of the other reviewers are upset about the returns because I was a bit discouraged at first when I read that, but I decided to take a chance and don't regret it once! You just have to decide if it is suitable for you before buying

From the initial order, I was very impressed that they kept me up to date every step of the way, I received an email from one of the girls confirming that my order was already delivered, what a service!
I loved the fast delivery and the excellent packaging too.
It makes me feel good to know that there are still online retailers who care so much about their customers!

Silly me. I thought the return shipping would be similar to what they charged to ship it here. Imagine my surprise when i found the shipping back to china was $23! (half the cost of the pants).

So... unless you are SUPER POSITIVE absolutely you're not going to want to return, I'd say do yourself a favor a shop somewhere else.

"one size fits all" if you're a size 2 or 4.

Can't find my order to even request a return label.

This website is a great facilitator of a variety of clothing styles. The quality is good in and of itself, so it's really about getting what you pay for. My orders have always arrived on time and I have never had a problem with them. It is also incredibly affordable. Highly recommended.

I have made two purchases online here I have not found any problem. Both items (a pair of sandals and a business style dress) were as described and arrived on time. It is cheap but without losing quality, so I am happy to recommend it.

It has been 4 weeks my package still not arrive yet!
There is not customer service number to call.
Awfully bad experience.

It's June I still don't receive the dress, neither a refund, spent hours and hours trying to get hold of them, I would give their customer service a negative rating if there is such an option!

I ordered two dresses from StyleWe and ultimately decided they didn't fit as I wanted. Identifying a return address is impossible - and now I see why. After reading the other reviews, I have no desire to send the products back to China. Are you kidding me?!?! This is ridiculous! I will not purchase another item from this company.

I have been trying to get information about ordering a dress from StyleWe for about a month. In looking over the reviews on sitejabber it is clear some if not most of the positive reviews were not written by real customers, most of them contain critical errors in language or context. They seem company written and fake. I wish my experience was better... I like some of the items in their lineup... I just do not trust the company. Also, the sister company, LinkShe, seems about the same.

I've asked 7 times for a return address so I might return my purchase for credit. Everything must be done via email: no phone number. I get an email stating they'll get back to me within 24 hours. Good thing I'm not holding my breath.

As many people have said here, the products are sized smaller than clothes in the US; Look under "Product Details' to check your measurements for each item you want, and you should be all set. I made the mistake of just ordering the same size I fit into in US stores, and had to make an exchange for a larger size.
The exchange went smoothly, they responded to my emails promptly, it was one of the best customer service experiences I've had with an online company. The dress I got looks as advertised, and is very cute. So I had a good experience with this company so far.

Being an avid online shopper, I was delighted to find this site that not only offers great prices, but clothes that are not the norm. I bought golf clothes for myself and my daughter and have been getting compliments every time. I must say that the quality is also excellent. I have not had problems with shipping costs. My packages arrive in good condition and on time. I will continue shopping with this site. It's way up there with my favorites now.

It is impossible to return items. The print is so small on the label that 4 of us have failed to read it despite a magnifying glass. Poor quality fabric and odd fit complete the terrible problems. This site is in China and there is no phone.
After using SiteJabber, the company has sent me a larger label. I shall keep you posted about whether the money is returned to me.

It took about 3 weeks to get my order. They don't disclose the merchandise comes from China. The skirt set was 4 sizes to small, even though I ordered an XL, not to mention shabbily constructed (seams not even) I then had to bear the expense of shipping it back to a site here in the US, even though the error was clearly on the company's side. I believe this company has individuals/employees putting in good reviews in an effort to balance out the bad ones.

Everything I ordered came after 2 weeks. There were no missing parts and the stuff I ordered (various dresses and coats) are really good and fit me. Talked once with customer support to ask several questions about my order and they were helpful. Cool website that I frequently visit and will buy more stuff from.
