Returning items that did not fit:
It was very difficult getting and signing in and so I contacted the rep on Facebook. This trip was excellent continued to answer my questions and walked me through signing in etc. wow it took a while finally we got it done.

I ordered a dress on 1/21 and the shipping was delayed until 2/4. When I saw the dress, it was far from what was described: the quality was inferior and the size was way too big. Also this company dose not respond soon enough. I have sent back the item on 2/22 and emailed them the tracking # and a copy of the proof. They promised to refund within 3 days. I tracked my returned item and it was delivered to them on 2/27. I emailed them several times but no response. I am thinking of opening a dispute in PayPal. They are making so difficult to make any transactions hoping that their customers would give up.

I ordered several times from the website. Quality of work and materials are great. One of a kind, beautiful unique outfits. I highly recommend looking into it if you are a fashionista. Delivery time could be a concern if you look to get your order by next weekend.

These people asked me to take the measurements of my bust to prove that the blouse they sold was the wrong size. I wear a US xl size, and they sold a blouse with US xxl that is clearly small. Instead of checking the order and reviewing the fabric, they are looking for excuses to refuse return or get me to pay for their error. How unprofessional, meanwhile I sent them a picture of myself wearing the blouse. I will never purchase from this people again! Horrible experience. I spent $200 for a heart ache and hours of writing.

I ordered 2 times from this website, fabric is very poor quality. Tailoring work is very inconsistent... look very ugly, nothing like the model on their website and it took them two months to send my order... stay away from them, I think they are originated in China

I placed an order on this website recently and found that the sweaters are of good quality and with a matching description. In addition, they are sent on the scheduled time, well packed, without problems. I don't understand the other negative comments, they definitely can't keep everyone happy.

Please beware. The quality is a joke. I bought dress for an event and it looked like homemade experiment using tissue paper. Customer service only wanted to issue store credit. After finally agreeing to refund, I sent dress and now they are refusing to issue refund. Serious fraud.

I ordered two dresses from StyleWe, They were shipped and delivered immediately. I honestly could not believe the beautiful quality of these dresses. They were worth what they cost and four times more. They are truly designer quality. The sizes do run small so make sure you use their measuring chart. Mine were a little to small, the company was more than happy to let me exchange. But instead I am going to give them to a friend and order more. Completely Happy!

Quality is a word that's thrown around loosely these days. Especially on sites like this. But my experience here is a "quality" one. Quality first and foremost in the products, but also, and equally importantly, in the quality of the service. When I had questions they were answered promptly and courteously. No beating around the bush. No being sent to an FAQ page. The quality of their delivery was also very impressive. Accustomed to the usual two weeks plus -I was happily shocked when my order arrived in just 10 days. Now - that's quality!

Very happy with this site. I'm typically a Bloomingdales/Anthropologie shopper and I'd say StyleWe is comparable. I've bought about 10 garments and kept 5 (I tend to buy more than I intend to keep). The return process was easy. The dresses are very high quality--lined, with good zippers, buttons and fasteners and careful stitching. The fabrics are unique, with patterns that fairly unusual. I think the prices are more than fair but I'm typically willing to pay a lot for clothes.

Do not purchase from this company. You will only get your money back for items not delivered if you used PayPal (thank god I did) but from what I have read now, the quality and sizing is so poor that you should not purchase from them. I sent many emails about my purchases, got the run-around, they said they were in transit. For six weeks. Dont do it. I think it is the same company formally named Ezpopsy and they too were terrible.

I ordered the black flared pants by Irina Miro. I was so impressed by the cut, quality, and look of them that I immediately ordered another pair. I visited a friend that afternoon and she complimented them and decided to order a pair herself. They are so fashionable. The size chart was accurate, too, which I appreciate. I am so pleased and will continue to purchase items! Thank you also for the quick shipping time. It's thrilling to think that a package can arrive in just a few days from Singapore. Many thanks. One of my friend suggested me this site. This online store has collection of unique dresses with all variations, reasonable price. I'm very pleased from this store & want to say that StyleWe is very good site for overall shopping for women. There are plenty of offers that makes you happy. So I would highly recommend this online store for shopping. They can improve shipping a bit but overall great.

Lots of options and styles! Coat prices very reasonable. Shipping was longer than anticipated, but I should have paid closer attention to/looked for the guidance on shipping times. The coats have deep creases that I will probably need to steam to get out, but overall very happy with the products received.

Nice style (geometric fashion pant) and fit but I was dissatisfied with the fabric which I feel I would sweat in. I did not expect the fabric to be shiny and like a lining fabric. Order takes awhile (1 month 2 days to Canada's east coast) but nicely packaged. I don't know how to do returns but will follow instructions enclosed and get it done.

I bought a dress on 3/11 and the status on the order was "Processing". On their site it said it should take only 3-5 days to process and then they would notify me when the order shipped. I contacted them and I got an automatic email back saying they received my request and that they would reply within 48 hours but I've gotten no response and it's been over 48 hours.

I don't know about the quality of their dresses but I know horrible customer service.
Just order from Mod Cloth, at least their customer service responds quickly and helpfully. I've gotten 2 mod cloth orders within the time it's taken them to not reply to anything.

UPDATE: Stylewe has finally contacted me back and given me a tracking number but it looks like my package is in Romania? I was not notified it would take this long to arrive and I'm still waiting for an ETA.

I don't remember how I came across this boutique, but it's so cool that I buy almost all my clothes from there! The same designs that you would buy in the store only have a cheaper price. Shipping is great, I never had a problem. You also get coupons for discounts!

Be prepared never return the items and get your money back. I was ordered Knitted Turtleneck 3/4 Sleeve Dress With Coat. The size was not as expected. I wanted to return, got confirmation letter and that it. No more information from them. In the end I present it for my friend.

They are not paying for return shipping, trying to offer me 30% refund, declined and send the item back over a month ago. Very frustrating and extremely bad service. Not to mention their clothes are not what you see online! Bad fit, the cheapest quality and the worst cut and fit ever! Do buy from a reputable site and definitely avoid them at all costs!

I am with the Dark Blue Breathable Polyester Stretchy Sports Bra. It perfectly fits my body shape and augments the contour. The standard sports bras are not adequate for me, as I would always need a little more coverage on the top. This bra does it in a better way. The material is very much comfortable, breathable and gives 100% coverage to the fuller chest.

Before I was skeptical of ordering from here. I had a chance. And it was worth every penny. Although the clothes are reasonably priced, the quality they offer is amazing. Sometimes, although there is a delay in shipping. Therefore, you must be patient, but customer service is very friendly and helpful.

I recently came back after trying a few different brands of clothing on the web for the past 12 months. Not only is their product better than ever, but their online service is 10/10. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and made the online shopping experience tenfold. I think I'm back forever!
