First, I would like to acknowledge every time I've email Stylewe, I've received a fairly quick response. Though I don't always agree with the outcome such as receiving only 20% on a purchase so you don't have to return an item. I personally think I should at least receive 40%. I don't know the cost of shipping overseas. I also think the shipping is pretty pricy from the start compared to other companies. Since I love your clothing, they are stylish and made with quality material, I pay the expensive shipping.
StyleWe website uses beautiful, stylish models to promote very fashionable clothing. Mostly reasonable price. Unfortunately, they don't actually carry normal sizes for the majority of clothing items available for sale. So far, I'm 1 for 6 getting a desired item delivered. Have two orders sitting in the netherworld of being paid and being communicated that the 3 -week delivery notice actually means "Pre-Sale" and once they receive the item, it will be another 3 weeks. In the meantime, they have my $$ via credit card for months. Three other items are available in sizes like XXL. For S or M its an "Arrival Notice" customer relationship scheme, which never comes - after 12 months, 6 months and 4 months respectively - all the while StyleWe continues to show these items on my account and in targeted advertising to my browsers. Very bizarre. I can't imagine nor have I ever seen a credible fashion brand manage their website and sales inventory in this manner.
I find out stylewe from my twitter feed and after saw some items I ordered a items and when I get this item it really made me happy and it was an amazing experience. Actually this site is very useful. If you need to order beautiful dress and delivery within short time then, I highly recommend it.
My husband ordered me a few items, I love one, but the other two didn't fit. He has tried repeatedly to contact customer service about the returns, but no one is responding. I'm worried that the return window will close before we are able to get a refund for the purchases that didn't work.

Style has long wait times and irregular service. I have only kept one dress I have ordered out of five or six. They never exchanged a dress I sent back even though I followed their return directions which are to email them first and to wait three days. You cannot talk to a person live. They do not have a phone number, just online chats which yield mediocre conversations. I will never use them again! The sizes can be tiny, so watch out! I also returned a dress for an exchange and never received the replacement dress. It was a very pretty white summer dress but I never heard from them about why they did not replace it. I had two accounts with them and they were unable to combine the two so I was left without the order number to follow up.

I ordered a large order from stylewe, I like the style and quality of the dresses but the sizes were all over the place, but mostly small. Perhaps designed for the Asian market? I contacted them and eventually got a return address, I sent the order on the 6th Jan and emailed a copy of my ups receipt but am still waiting for a refund. I have sent 4 emails and had no response. I would have definitely given their site another shot but not now. I don't want this hassle every time I need to return things, especially as the sizes are unreliable.

My first order at Stylewe was done with a lot of trepidation. Since then, I have ordered five more items. The quality of their workmanship is impressive. The prices are reasonable. If you want to wait for sales, they also have that. I wait for the free shipping offer when I place my order. I have seen some negative comments about Stylewe mostly from people complaining about the improper fit of clothes they have ordered. You need to actually measure your body to order your right size. Take out a tape measure. Do not order based on small, medium, etc. or USA 4-6, etc. Measure your body. Also, click the "details" section of the item and read the description. It tells you the actual length, the actual material, etc. The last two items I ordered was a bit delayed, but I got a notice of delay from Stylewe, and when the products became available, they sent them express.
I purchased a beautiful blouse - however, it was a bit snagged on the waist - not much but I like comfort - I initiated a return to repurchase the blouse in a larger size. I was pleasantly surprised when I was allowed to keep the blouse and reorder the next size. All I had to do was pay the Shipping Fee for the new order_ I followed the instructions - and received the new size - which fit perfectly as in the catalog. But here's the thing: if there is something that doesn't suit you, or fit, or isn't made well, you are encouraged to go on there website to return. The rule is, you request the return, explain why, and are promised a return within 48 hours. My experience is this: I follow the instructions and wait. 48 hours pass, another 24: I could go on forever. They have NEVER replied to me when I am seeking a return. I don't know how many times you have tried to return, but remember, from a very good customer of stylewe, your changes of getting your money back, even if you pay using PAYPAL, is like never.

An elegant and flattering dress for a summer day. The fit is true to size. Sometimes I have a hard time getting dresses the right length for my 5'1 "height, but this sits just above the knee, so great for work or for fun!
Ordered a dress, that did not fit properly. I have to return it to CHINA! Their return policy should be front and center when placing an order. I suppose if they made their return policy clear, then no on would purchase anything from them.

Our main fulfillment center is located in China. Majority of our clothes are shipped from our fulfillment center. So our return center is located in China.

I have placed several clothes with this website and each time I received my shipments within a reasonable time. For the most part, the clothes are decent and sometimes fantastic quality. Especially for the low price. I have only received 1 item in which the quality was not as expected to tell you the truth, but I would still buy. The quality is better for half the price you would pay. They also always give coupons and discounts. I bought 18 items for a total of $203 tonight and after applying my points and coupon I only paid $153. That's a deal I can come up with!
