First, I would like to acknowledge every time I've email Stylewe, I've received a fairly quick response. Though I don't always agree with the outcome such as receiving only 20% on a purchase so you don't have to return an item. I personally think I should at least receive 40%. I don't know the cost of shipping overseas. I also think the shipping is pretty pricy from the start compared to other companies. Since I love your clothing, they are stylish and made with quality material, I pay the expensive shipping.
StyleWe website uses beautiful, stylish models to promote very fashionable clothing. Mostly reasonable price. Unfortunately, they don't actually carry normal sizes for the majority of clothing items available for sale. So far, I'm 1 for 6 getting a desired item delivered. Have two orders sitting in the netherworld of being paid and being communicated that the 3 -week delivery notice actually means "Pre-Sale" and once they receive the item, it will be another 3 weeks. In the meantime, they have my $$ via credit card for months. Three other items are available in sizes like XXL. For S or M its an "Arrival Notice" customer relationship scheme, which never comes - after 12 months, 6 months and 4 months respectively - all the while StyleWe continues to show these items on my account and in targeted advertising to my browsers. Very bizarre. I can't imagine nor have I ever seen a credible fashion brand manage their website and sales inventory in this manner.
This is honestly the worst site i've been to. The dress i ordered was the wrong color, material, was extremely itchy. And the kicker? The tulle "hemline" looked like it had been cut by a child with scissors! It was completely uneven and had jagged edges! I knew going into it that this might be a scam, but c'mon. This $65 dress CLEARLY only cost $3 to make. (Also, their customer service is nightmarish at best.)

Contacted them twice and both times they gave me relevant answers and were responsive. I had issues with some of the models and the sizes. At the end it all turned out well. Next month I will make new purchases.
I ordered a dress from StyleWe this week and really not sure what to expect. Waiting eagerly to get my dress delivered. This will definitely help me decide whether to shop next time because the dresses online looks really beautiful (not to mention very expensive) and I am looking forward to shop again if I'm highly satisfied with my first purchase. :)) )). I'm giving 5* for my excitement.

I order these dresses for my daughter's wedding and grandson's graduation. They were way to small. I always order a size 10 and these were suppose to be 10-12. Now I am having trouble returning. I have sent emails requesting the information and label but they keep telling me to use the button on my order. This has not worked. I've e-mailed them 4 different times and the same response comes. This was an order over $350. I am frustrated to say the least.

Very satisfied with all my online purchases here. If someone is a little worried about buying on the internet, I can understand that I was too, but since then I have ordered many clothes and Im a very satisfied customer.
When you first go on the site, they indicate trouble free returns. I had to request a return label 3 times and they indicate that my item came from China so I'll have to return it there. It would cost me $32 to return a $76 dress. This company indicated they would give me a 20% refund if I just kept the item that doesn't fit too small. I'm still waiting to hear what this company will do for me.

I am editing this review after I posted negative review for StyleWe! Because I returned my package and after 5 months, they told me they haven't received it! And I was very disappointed! But finally today they sent me an email and did the refund... I found out that it is not their fault! Sometimes packages ship to China stuck in customs...

The clothes are cheaply made, and not as pictured. They are the wrong color, length, style... WRONG! They require you to pay for the return shipping to China. It cost me $60. I'm only getting $126 back... that's IF they ever return my money. I shipped it 4 months ago and have still not received a refund. This is a SCAM! Do not buy from this company.

This website first appeared in my browser and I have been buying all the cute clothes from them ever since! They have so many things that are my style, and they are always very good prices, free shipping! Total victory.
The service is exceptional. The representatives take a personal interest in assist you with your needs. However, some items can be hit or miss. Although I ordered a size up, the items were still too small and short in length.
I found clothing here that are not found in any store where I reside.

I ordered an XL size just in case these styles were made more for the Asian woman. I was right, it just about fits (a little bit tight on the bust, I'm a US size 12.) It took 15 days from placing the order on 9/7/16 to receiving it. It is suppose to be silk but it does not feel like silk... more like 100% polyester. I will not order from this company again due to size, quality and the reviews of other customers.

Every time when you click the size "S, M, L"etc,it will show the corresponding detailed measurements for the specific size. Then you can check. I like to buy here since they always have a good special offer of clothes. My last purchase went very well for me, I bought many products online, they always process my orders promptly, they were delivered mainly on time.
I usually don't like ordering online from companies I haven't previously ordered from because the sizes are all wrong but I just loved a few of their dresses so I took a chance and I am so glad I did! The shipping was faster than I expected and every one of my dresses fits perfectly. Their size conversion chart is spot on! I will definitely be ordering from them again, such cute stuff at great prices. Love love love them!

Fast online transactions and great clothes. The pants that I buy here are my favorites among all. They are very comfortable to wear and fit my butt perfectly. I have not found a similar website as good as this one.
I ordered 4 dresses that looked amazing in the pictures. They arrived a week later and were very disappointing. The fabrics were thick and blanket like, and the workmanship was terrible. I emailed them asking how to return them. They wrote back with a return address, asked me to take a picture of the return package, and the refund will be posted in 2 days. I did as instructed and paid $35 for shipment. This was 10 days ago and still no refund. I've sent multiple emails inquiring with no replies. They received the returned merchandise 2 days ago, and still nothing. I'm contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges.

This is simply the worst experience I have ever had shopping on-line. It is fraud. Their financial goal is clear: It is a bait and switch. Clothes are very poorly made and totally misrepresented on their website to include American and European models. The sizing chart is also not followed. Thankfully, Pay Pal and Chase are investigating and supporting me. The return to China is such a hassle (and they tell you that when you try to return merchandise) that they offer you a percentage (not all!) of your cost for the junk you get as a preferred option instead of returning to them. They don't want it either. We have to stop this scam. Thieves have no honor.

We have double checked with our warehouse and we can not find the return package. We can only issue full refund once the return is well received.
This company does not like to refund your money. Unless you know for sure your item will fit do not purchase. I had to pay $19 to return my items and they charged me the shipping costs for returning them. I will not be ordering from them in the future.

What struck me the most was the quality of the clothing. I have ordered an elegant dress from StyleWe because of its captivating design, which proved to be even better than on the pictures when it arrived! The delivery was exceptionally fast, which I did not expect after having shopped with other online retailers - within about a week's time, StyleWe had delivered my dress.

I visit Stylewe site because the clothes are fashionable and interesting. When I saw this top, It immediately grabbed my attention. Then I saw that it was on sale. I had to buy it. When it arrived, it fit perfectly and looked great. I'm so very happy with this purchase.

StyleWe has a beautiful website that claims and portrays all an intelligent and well-informed consumer would seek; however, when it comes to resolving an issue and seeking assistance from their customer service representatives, it is NON-Existent. The merchandise is of poor quality, poorly made, ill fitting, poor quality of materials, unresponsive, and do not refund as the website claims to do. This has been the worse shopping experience in my entire life. I have shopped all over the world, and have had to return items through the mail services in other countries, but returning anything to StyleWe has been terrible and certainly unethical how they do business. They should be put out of business and fined huge fines from the state's attorney general for robbing the consumers through their website. They should NOT be getting even 1/4 of a star! NO STARS!

I ordered a dress on Stylewe. I am a UK 10 and usually things fir perfectly. This dress was a disaster. The bodice was cut 6 inches too short so it had an Empire waist, and the skirt was all puffy, not at all the A line of the photo.
The worst was, when I tried to return, they said I was responsible for the shipping back to China and I would only get the refund in 4-6 weeks once it was processed.
Definitely do not shop with Stylewe!

I've ordered three beautiful expensive blouses and have not received not even one. I needed them for a wedding abroad. Europe. I've reached out to the company asking for their phone number, and all I receive it's "we are sorry for the delay" your items are being created! I am extremely upset, there's nothing I can do. This company is in CHINA and of course, they have no phone that I can use to communicate to anyone. Does anyone knows their phone number?
