First, I would like to acknowledge every time I've email Stylewe, I've received a fairly quick response. Though I don't always agree with the outcome such as receiving only 20% on a purchase so you don't have to return an item. I personally think I should at least receive 40%. I don't know the cost of shipping overseas. I also think the shipping is pretty pricy from the start compared to other companies. Since I love your clothing, they are stylish and made with quality material, I pay the expensive shipping.
StyleWe website uses beautiful, stylish models to promote very fashionable clothing. Mostly reasonable price. Unfortunately, they don't actually carry normal sizes for the majority of clothing items available for sale. So far, I'm 1 for 6 getting a desired item delivered. Have two orders sitting in the netherworld of being paid and being communicated that the 3 -week delivery notice actually means "Pre-Sale" and once they receive the item, it will be another 3 weeks. In the meantime, they have my $$ via credit card for months. Three other items are available in sizes like XXL. For S or M its an "Arrival Notice" customer relationship scheme, which never comes - after 12 months, 6 months and 4 months respectively - all the while StyleWe continues to show these items on my account and in targeted advertising to my browsers. Very bizarre. I can't imagine nor have I ever seen a credible fashion brand manage their website and sales inventory in this manner.
I often buy clothes from this website, the prices are great for what you get, I only had to return a shirt once because it was too big. They refunded me the day after I received it, which is good considering it says up to 9 days for the refund. Some clothes are not as good as the picture shows, but if you check the reviews first, some show customer pictures and then decide whether you want to buy the clothes or not.
I came across this site while searching for a gift for my girlfriend. I simply fell in love with it. There are so many wonderful brand to choose from up here with great designers. The prices are reasonable as well. They provide a wonderful shopping experience from browsing to delivery.
I returned an item over one month ago and have been unable to get a refund. At first they told me they cant find the return package. Then I sent them the shipping tracking information. Now they dont return my inquiries. I am out almost $80 and have nothing to show for it.
I just received my first (definitely last!) order which is a blouse that is the smallest large I've ever tried on! When I logged on to the website to enquire about sizing, the chat box never loaded. Me thinks there is a conspiracy here. No more online orders from unknown resources for me!

I have been shopping with this website for the last 2 years and I have had nothing but positive experiences, it is an incredible online fashion website that offers clothes, accessories, shoes, etc. at reasonably affordable prices, and there is something to satisfy everyone's taste in style with the great selection of styles they have. The clothes are made of high quality material and usually fit perfectly, just like the accessories and shoes I have bought in the past.
It was really fun browsing through the items at StyleWe online shop. All the clothing items are great! But what catching my eyes is their dress collections. They do really have professional designers and it reflects on each dress they sell. I ordered two mini dresses and three maxi dresses. All are in floral designs. All dresses are in high quality fabric. It truly is what-you-see-is-what-you-get colors and designs. I will surely make another transaction with them.
I ordered a jumpsuit that was supposed to come with a belt of the same fabric. After a month of back and forward with Stylewe asking me to send photos of the order tag, item, shipping label, etc, they will not send me the missing belt, which makes a huge difference on this jumpsuit. They still offer the item online, so surely they have other belts that could replace the one they never sent, but they refuse to send it to me and rather lose a client.

Great Product: The quality of the fabric and stitching was excellent, as well as the price. My outfit received so many compliments. Stylewe is definitely a company I would recommend to family and friends.
There is only one constructive recommendation, which is the return process, I had to inquire before anyone worked on it and refunded me. Other than that, the product and services were excellent.
Taking a Chance
Fast service and great quality! I have a great weekend. I placed the order a few days ago and my dresses arrived today, 11 days after the order. You may not think this is amazing, but it is an international shipment. Usually it takes more than three weeks to get something here so I'm very happy. The quality of the dresses is equally impressive. Thanks heaps!
Never never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service. They never answer their customer service phone number with a rep but ask that you leave your phone number and requests and never call you back. I returned a few items for an exchange to China at a cost of $26 four weeks ago and have had no response! Forget this company.

I like white T-shirts, which do not look like T-Shirts. It helps me to conceal my troublesome areas. Try it and I am sure you are going to love it. I do not buy many clothes online because of the cheap quality. Nevertheless, you cannot go wrong with this one. StyleWe, like always never let you down. On time delivery and perfect quality is their hallmark.
This clothing site does amazing sales. I compared items and prices across many. This worked out more expensive... But I was pleasantly satisfied by the quality of the items too. This is something I really look for in clothes. As I make an investment, I want those to last... After several washes already the items are still in the same shape.
I received my three dresses within 2 weeks of purchasing and the dresses were gorgeous! Unfortunately however, the waist was a size to small, and the chest size on each dress were at least two to three sizes too small. If you are an "A" or a "B" cup you should be fine with your order, however, I do not recommend purchasing certain dresses if you have a larger chest. I measured each dress and the dimension chart was a bit off for all three dresses. I would purchase from this site again, if the dresses are not form fitting, (too much room for error.) I just requested a return, so let's see how that goes. From what I hear, the processes is awful... we'll see?
Dear Angela, sorry to hear about the clothes do not fit you, we checked there are 3 items you have requested return, 2 of them owning to the problem being too small and one is too big. We noticed that the bust measurement on our site for both the items you complaint being small is about 37" and the too big item is 39". So it is better to choose the size according to the size chart.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the colors and patterns used in the dresses by this designer BUT I purchased one and found that the "silk" was stiff as cardboard. Didn't get any less stiff either. Has anybody else had a different experience? I wanted silk that had some slink and sway rather than standing out from my body like a box.

I have never owned a sports bra before, and this was my first purchase from StyleWe. The Wine Red Push up Stretchy Nylon Wearable Sports Bra is beautiful, and it is of good quality. The fittings are great, and I am happy with the delivery schedules. It fits me well and gives me more support. Earlier during my workout, my breast used to hurt but not anymore!
After reading so many terrible reviews about customer service on returns etc I expected the worse when my 2 dresses arrived and were too small. I was so wrong! I left a response on a thread on the STYLEWE Facebook page on my thoughts of the product (runs small)... in no time at all I received a private message on FB from MAX of customer service. He made the entire process so smooth that it was actually a better experience than doing a return on AMAZON.
As for my orders, the quality is amazing for the price! The sizing can be a bit challenging as I have a very latin shaped body... but I have found that by ordering a size up I can wear just about anything from the catalog. I have ordered 3 new dresses since and LOVE them so much! So chic, so stylish.
Just be sure to take your body measurements and see to it that it fits to the measurement of each size. If you are top heavy you may need to order 2 sizes up.

I love StyleWe... shopping is always fun and easy. What is NOT fun or easy is attempting to make a return or exchange. Nobody EVER returns the email. There should also be an option for Federal Express quick deliveries.

My midi dress
When one of my friends suggested Stylewe, I half-heartedly logged into their online store; because I never heard of Stylewe and hence was skeptical of their collection and quality. But to be honest I was literally impressed, when I saw the A-line silhouette with polyester material, crew neckline, and floral print casual midi dress. It was an unbelievable experience. I had my dress delivered on the 4th day of my purchase. I am certainly looking forward to making some more such purchases.
I ordered my dress about two weeks ago for my bridal shower. I went to track my order and could not find the standard tracking info associated with orders. I emailed StyleWe and I was sent tracking for a Russian courier to find out that it has been sitting in customs for the past three days! Had I known it was coming from Russia, I would have not ordered the dress. When I emailed StyleWe, their response was that they will try to do better next time. No apology at all. Do not buy from this company... not enough transparency and poor customer service. Who knows what the quality of the dress will be as I have not received it yet.

You claim you can't find my package without a return mail confirmation number. What about the order number. You are a horrible company and you have no integrity. You should have granted me a credit or a discount after the fact. You took advantage of this opportunity to keep my money. I can't imagine how many times you do this. That's why Amazon is billion dollar company and you are not. I will constantly write reviews denoted your lack of ethics and integrity as a business.

I had ordered several things that luckily, worked out. And then... I ordered a skirt that looked cute in the picture, but ridiculous on me. The return process is off-putting, to say the least! I was offered 3 options, NONE of which was returning the money. It's not a great business model to alienate the customer! I have never had to take a picture of my return shipping receipt send it in order to get the return processed!! Fine, I'll just spend my money somewhere else.
