Although I received my ESA approval and documentation quickly, I do not appreciate the lack of transparency in the ordering process. First, I was being offered $99 for the process, but then it went up to $134 because I opted to pass along a $35 discount to someone else. Okay, fine. At least I could see the price differences when I toggled through my options. Except for the middle option, which is something about 24/7 customer service etc. But wait...isn't that part of the service? When I clicked the radio button for this option I did not see my price change (above), so I went ahead and selected it. Wrong choice. An extra $8.99 was tacked on to my bill, which was not revealed to me until *after* the transaction went through. A bit of a scam, I think. ANY AND ALL PRICING SHOULD BE VISIBLE DURING THE ORDERING PROCESS. FULL TRANSPARENCY IS ESSENTIAL.
My experience has been great except for lack of transparency in the cost. I had no idea I was being charged over $100 until I saw it come out of my account. That was a bit disappointing.

This was the easiest experience I ever had in getting things accomplished. I really needed my dog to be ESA, due to my conditions. Thank you so much for making it so easy.
It's very simple to purchase and everything is easy to follow. The process was quick and I was always kept informed about what step of the process was in. My only request is that everything can be offered to buy from the beginning versus in different stages of the process.

All I had to do was answer the questions and fill out pertinent personal information including myself and my dog, pay, and then I was done. I was able to order a few extras as well like a dog tag that will identify my pet as a service dog. This was so easy I wish I had done it sooner. I will be using this for our next move as well.
The entire process of getting and receiving the documents was seamless. They were fast, simple, and easy to retrieve. I am looking forward to enjoying the new freedom of having my ESA with me everywhere I go!

When I joined I was charged 3 times on my charge card. I did not receive a confirmation number at that time. On the online system I did send an email. I would rather have solved it immediately by speaking to customer service. It was very frustrating trying to find a phone number for your company. For better customer support rather than having to wait for a online response, you might want to publish your phone number to establish faster service.
I had been overwhelmed trying to find a site that would work with my ability to obtain ESA and PSA that was legit, legal and with the turnaround time frame it was very easy and eased my anxiety about the whole process. I didn't like how I couldn't see how much I was paying up front. Thought I was paying under $100 and it was well over. I have used another site before to register my dogs and it was WAYYYY cheap and get the same stuff. I thought I was saving $ doing this website and I hurt myself financially but my dog needs it.

It was not the price I expected on the ad Said $89 first year for free. Then after that it was going to be $100 a year. The cost is higher than what you guys said. So no I'm not happy. But yes I got my card. I just wanted it so I can get a new apartment

It was a very easy process, the documents came faster than the 48hrs. I am going to go one step closer and the PSD course so my doggie is a true service animal.
