Delays and bad quality

So, I ordered my sword "long claw"on the 30th of August, I was told by the online bot 3-5 working days for delivery, this didn't happen. After 8 days I messaged the bot thing and it then gave me a tracking number, after a phew more days with it still not being sent out I tried using the bot again but that didn't work anymore, tried emails and after 2 days after that I tried there Facebook, got ignored. Finally I got threw to them via Instagram... they said it was being collected that day. Ohhhhhh then shipped to someone on the other side of the UK...
TURNS OUT IT WASNT MY TRACKING NUMBER. So after this they close the order and said it was completed but it wasn't. So after days more I got a new tracking number that said it still hadn't been collected. Sword kingdom insisted it was with them. More days go by and finally they admit there was a issue with customs. "So it wasn't in stock in the UK at all".
After this it finally arrived. 22 days late.

So I opened the box and the sword was a peace of $#*!... only way to say it.
First the blade looks like a grinder was taken to it to make it sharp, the tip has been bent over on the edge to the point/ looks burnt aswell. The leather grip has been rubbed away in some parts and has lost the main outer shine to it, also not even flat in aome parts. Lastly the pommel, well... its been done with spary paint, then added a felt tip to make the lines, no joke felt tip pen... easy to see as it started to run out of ink, also last but not least the top has lost all paint and exposing the metal colour under it as it has rubbed off in the box. I've tried contacting them via email and back on Instagram yesteday and got no response, so today Sent another message today on Instagram and saying its a joke and they respond to that. But all they say is to email them. However I've sent about 6 emails over this whole ordeal and got no response. I've said this to them and they said they haven't received anything but I should try again now... its a waste of my time.

So i advise you go to them for any swords. Don't believe there reviews that are positive on there products, they don't contact you back if they can unless you go to Instagram but there very little help as they keep saying they don't deal with it there...
Just a company that wants you money but dosnt care about there costomer service or quality of products.
