I Canceled my Subscription last night. Before I could get off the App, someone at Customer Service tried to join 3 Pornography sites paying with my Debit Card. Well my Credit Union. Was flagged and they put a Stop on my Debit Card. I am on 100 percent disability and I can't drive. Thank you for causing me to call a Taxi to go and replace my Debit Card. I guess your Dating Site will do anything for Money. Social Media will know about this Situation, so will the BBB.

The service was quick and easy for me to understand, as well as encouraging and the agent communicating with me was polite and never made me feel guilty for canceling a subscription (which wasn't any fault of the app or the users, just my own). Also they're very understanding and compassionate.

I've stayed up late way too many times thanks to amazing Livestreams on Taimi. It's amazing how they give the LGBTQ+ community such a big stage, such a strong voice. They also manage to innovate, for example I had never heard of "Versus" style livestreams before I came on here. Instead of an individual stream, you have collective streams where it's one streamer against the other.

It is good but need a bit fixings or refining on a few things like sending a message, trying to refind a person you know, knowing if they dislove you, trying to know if they glitch out or just left and if they disappear outta know were on your like list. Hope this helps

To search for someone in the app, you can use the looking glass in the top-right corner of the Messages section. When someone unmatches with you, they simply disappear from your Message list; we don't issue any kind of notifications for safety and privacy reasons.

There are so many different charges so closed app in a about 30 minutes. Also was charged 4 times and the customer team service said they would be providing a refund so I'll see.

Lots of profiles but all we're from Mexico which is not my location. Age range very young matches not quite accurate. Will reevaluate before paying for subscription

It's possible that your location isn't being displayed correctly. The first step is to check if Taimi is allowed to access your location in your device's settings, and then restart the app. That should work, but if after you've done this the issue persists, please, let us know at support@taimi.com and we'll correct your location. After adjusting it, you should get local match recommendations.:)
As for the age preferences, we're currently remodeling the Discovery algorithm, so some of the profiles you see may be slightly outside of your age filters. We apologize for any inconvenience!
The section that lets me find a match is slow its like a delay or something and it won't let me swipe back incase I accidentally skip someone that you like. Also in the notification when I will checkout the profile of someone that liked my profile, it is easy to accidentally click heart or like when I scroll down to see the details in their profile.
I think the developer should add a section that enables us user to view the one that we like or heart. Also you should let us choice a theme or mode like, dark mode or light mode, because other user like me don't like dark theme/mode.

This feature is available to XL users only, but you can earn Rollbacks by spinning the Fortune Wheel if you open the app every day.
