First time hiring tasker. Wanted someone to pick up food from a specific place I'm familiar with that doesn't deliver, and deliver to a friend. I know these people and confirmed my order before tasker picked up. He delivered 1.5 hours late, and STOLE some of the food! I'm sure he thought I'd blame the restaurant for forgetting an entree but I know they didn't. I called customer service and was on hold for 30 min. The guy who answered wasn't nice and said they'd look into it. That's it. He said they don't do refunds but I'll get an email if they want more info. What?! The tasker stole part of my order, and I paid for delivery!? Interesting that the site says to call asap if you feel uncomfortable with a tasker or unsafe- ONLY TO BE PUT ON HOLD FOR 30 min! Lol
This company is a joke. Terrible customer service and some sketchy taskers!
Answer: Mine responded and loved to chat. At the end, he cancelled the appointment. What a waste of time. Very disappointing.
