My husband tried to suprise me with a beautiful dress for Xmas and guess what we still waiting on that suprise... he placed the order on November 19/2021 and today is January 10/21022... yes its a new year and no dress yet. Same as every other bad review on here, they take long to get to your email and it's always the same $#*!. "Hot item, we need 5 more days, please don't worry, be patient blah blah. How many reviews will it take to put this site down an out of ripping people off? Like who handles this type of $#*!? You already are robbing the world of so much and here we dumb $#*! keep supporting you! If you read these reviews and still go and purchase then you deserve what you get, just saying not trying to be rude but if the shoe fits. Reviews need to start with 0 as 1 star is to dam much...
I have fallen in love with the dresses at TB Dress! I only wish I knew about this place earlier. However, they take forever to deliver the items. The shipping time allotted for every item is very long but the items are worth the wait.

I purchased two dresses from this site, they are pretty nice for the price, but they do take a little while to arrive and they were quite a bit wrinkled, which is why I give it a 4 star. Overall, I am pretty satisfied though.

Five star reviews are people from their company. Cheap and ugly. Expedited shipping is a joke. Wrong color. They won't accept a return. They offer 40% of store credit. They do not disclose that on the site. Do NOT buy from these people. Chinese company posing as American.

This is a really friendly app. I was in dire need of what to wear to a birthday party and I was low on cash then I decided to scroll through on tbdress app. Lo and behold I saw beautiful outfits that were really classy and at the same time very affordable. I placed an order and it got delivered with no hassle whatsoever. I would recommend this to anyone

I am a very unique person and I like to stand out. After shopping other sites and getting no good vibes, I came across this site and I was stuck. So many of the styles represent my uniqueness and this will be the place for me to shop from now on. I love the selection and I found my size in everything that I liked! I would recommend tbdress to anyone as a result of my experience with them. I saw a very nice pair of green sandals on their facebook page and i couldnt resist placing an order. I made the payment through PayPal. I did receive the sandals after one week.

I ordered a headpiece for a wedding. It did not arrive and weeks later, it's still not here. I messaged customer services and they responded ages later and said they responded "don't worry, will tell you the tracking number once shipped out, thanks", as if that was ANY help to the situation. I had to go and buy another headpiece for the wedding. Customer service is a joke. Do not rely on this business.

Dress arrived much smaller than the advertised measurements, and was not cut for a woman, even for a woman with a small bosom! Dress also arrived with a musky, mildewed smell, and was poorly made. No inner lining whatsoever.
Return process has been a headache, and bases on other reviews, it looks like I won't be getting my refund.

I was really nervous purchasing a dress for my date on this site, not knowing what to expect. Especially having to purchase it in a larger size (24). I chose the colour red. Wonderful! Very beautiful. The dress is really well made. Exactly the same as buying a dress from a local store. The stitching is very professional and the rushing is simply amazing. I would definitely purchase from tbdress again. If your nervous about buying from tbdress, don't be!

I ordered a wedding dress for my daughter. It is so short that it doesn't come to my crotch, the sleeves are too short and the quality is very poor! On a $173.13 purchase, they want to refund me $50 and have me take it to be fixed. It can't be fixed because there is not enough fabric.
Tip for consumers:
The quality is poor, they will fight you on a partial refund and REFUSE a full refund, they are in China so returns cost a lot, it took over a month for the dress to arrive. I will NEVER order from them again and would advise everyone to not buy from TBDress!

Dresses are not like pics material is almost halloween costume like that cheap polyester type of material although pictures show a cotton like material and sizes are way off. I reviewed their dresses on website and gave them one star with pictures of actual dress and they deleted my reviews but here are the pics and the dresses

My first thought about TBdress.com is that it has an extensive range of dresses that I could choose from. From the gallery, I saw a lot of dresses that impressed me. I was not so sure if this was the same in reality. I decided to give it a try just to check out their services and reliability. I bought the grey long sleeve cross-over waist bodycon Dress for my mum and she absolutely loves it. She really liked the polyester material so she could wear it outside during the summer and remain cool. It’s really a casual style dress and could be worn in almost any type of setting: formal, leisure, running errands, etc. Some other reviewers complained about the long shipping time, as well as the foreign sizing measurements; while both complaints are understandable, people should realize that tbdress is based out of China. Thus, one can’t expect fast shipping (if you’re outside of China) or sizing listed in the measurements of one’s own country. Given my own experience, my mum was a happy customer. We have ordered a few other products from tbdress because they offer a very high-fashion look and high quality material, all for a fair price. A lot of my mum’s coworkers have asked where she got her dress and are typically surprised when they find out she only paid around $20 for it.

To be honest, if I had a choice of giving no stars I would have. I brought a bracelet it turned out to be plastic ( I wish I didn't throw it in the bin so I could take a picture). I was peeved. I brought a two piece suit. The suit looked like my 9 year old made it. It had threads sticking out of it and looked really cheap. I brought a black jacket and it looked like someone who was drunk cut the pattern out. It was such a waste of money, I can't tell you how disappointed I am. On the plus side I brought some shoes and they were exactly as shown on the website. Besides ordering shoes (and that's out of desperation) I will never order from this company in this life or the next life. Ps. I do question whether ALL the good reviews are real. Do not waste your money!

Excellent customer service IF you can catch them on live chat. Emails or messages aren't returned. The product quality is good and the prices are fantastic. Slow processing and shipping times. Placed order 12/11/14 at 12 am... still haven't received 2 of the items and they were supposed to be Christmas presents.
