This company is terrible. They said they sent out my item. I called the post office (locally) and they stated they do not have any shipment with that tracking number on it. TeePublic has my money. I tried to email them, they stated would take 7 to 14 days to get back with me. Yet, I have read other reviews that people have emailed them several times and no response. Luckily I paid with paypal and stated that I do not have my item and I want my money back. It is truly sad that people are taking advantage of other people any time, but especially during these times. Shameful business practices. Take better care of your customers, or if you do not, you may not have any customers with all the bad reviews.
I've ordered many items from this site and everything has been amazing. I just recently ordered a few items for Christmas and their CS team reached out to me to see if I needed it by Christmas because I didn't specify! Such great people! So pleasant and kind! I will be placing many orders with them! Truly a pleasure dealing with this site!
I originally found this site when looking for specific designs for tee shirts for Christmas. The price was great and the designs were done exceptionally well! I ordered again and am very impressed. You can choose from so many designs and colors! The customer service is top notch! Anytime I need a shirt I will go to you first. Great work!
Terrible customer service! Not only would they not give me a partial refund on the item I ordered after it went on sale 24 hours after I purchased it and prior to me receiving it, but they also don't accept returns! Unbelievable never my life have I dealt with such terms and conditions and horrible customer service. Stay away! Scam artistic.
I ordered Bee Happy Tshirt for a female friend. Size Medium. Was excited to receive the item but found the Medium was a bit small. Contacted TeePublic and wanted an exchange for a Large. The shirt I ordered was kind of small for me. I am very happy with the way the customer service handled my issue. It is the way every business should follow- putting customer interest before their own financial gain. I will definitely will order again and will recommend this company to my friends. I ordered a shirt for my girlfriend but I initially put down the wrong address! After a week of the package being stuck in limbo I tried to get the issue fixed through UPS, but it was impossible to figure out. I emailed teepublic with my issue, and they promptly responded, and corrected the problem! Thanks teepublic, you're doing god's work
I ordered what I thought was a shirt for my son and accidentally ordered a adult size m instead. I contacted customer service and without question they are sending me the correct size no cost no issues. So happy with this as it was my mistake not theirs and now I'm going to have a very happy boy. Thanks so much!
Ordered on 5/16. Today is 6/18 and they did NOT even shipped it yet. I emailed them 5 times and absolutely no response... I thought it's a scam but then saw other people got their order. So I guess it's just very bad costumer service. Put your money, time and effort somewhere else and stay away from those guys.
I had some sizing issues with my order. Even though this happened twice Teepublic was willing to send out new hoodies at no charge to me. They answered emails within 24hrs and we extremely nice. Will buy from Teepublic in the future!
One month later an my "in stock" tshirt finally shipped! Unbelievable, very disappointed. Was purchased as a present three weeks early now it might arrive two weeks late. These people wonder why Amazon has most of the online business. Reliability and customer service and Two day delivery. What on earth are these people thinking?
What a great experience using TeePublic! The options from TV shows, movies, colleges, and more were exceptional. Their customer service was top notch too! I got an email saying because of Covid 19 it might take longer than normal to get back to me on a question I had - but not at all! I heard back right away and they made things great! I am generally pretty cautious when purchasing things online but when I needed to swap out a jacket from TeePublic this company demonstrated great customer service and a commitment to meeting the needs of customers. The jacket I wanted to swap was a little too small on me so I requested an exchange for a larger size. Not only was my request responded to very quickly but I found out that I could keep both jackets. For a company to value the customer's convenience and shopping experience over financial gain is remarkable and not found in any other company I have interacted with. I highly recommend TeePublic and they always have my business going forward.
I ordered a couple of tshirts, it took them about 3 weeks to get delivered. But even worse was the intens rash I got all over my body after wearing a shirt. They must use be using some really bad chemicals...

I used some funny/clever Star Wars reference as a design (which isnt interfering with their policy at all lol) and they just ban you without any reason. While there are millions of active designs that are violating copyright. Stay away from this $#*! hole site.
TeePublic are truly an outstanding company that has restored my faith in the existence of customer service. For a long time I have been experiencing it as an etherial, ghostly entity that was from the past, that we will never see again.
TeePublic have made my experience of buying things, making mistakes and needing different sizes etc. wondering if I am actually having delusions of a helpful company. However, it is real! They quickly and easily responded to my request for a change of style and size a breeze, bunching two separate orders into one delivery charge, and even letting me skip a return. Yes, it is real! Actual people answer your requests ultra quickly, simply, without going through endless hoops. The t shirt, although too small, was perfect also.
Just buy from this company with absolute confidence, you really can't go wrong!
My first order at this wonderful company will certainly not be my last. I do not think i have ever experienced better customer service. I ordered two tshirts, and they were shipped promptly. They were beautiful, but unfortunately there was a sizing issue (completely my mistake). I contacted customer service and they promptly and respectfully handled my issued. New shirts were shipped out the very next day, and this was over Thanksgiving. It was absolutely remarkable. Wonderful company to support!
I was impressed with the sale price, shirt selection, and quality. Had an issue with a size and TeePublic handled it timely, personably, and politely. On that note, it would help if others were more patient and polite, as everyone is doing their best during this time, and kindness doesn't cost a damn thing. Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
