Bought two shirts for my adult son for xmas. One was perfect the other had a bad printing flaw. Got hold of customer support, shot them a few pictures and within days a new perfect shirt showed up in the mail. The tshirts are nice quality and the artists designs are so diverse you can find one of a kind designs that please both the geeks and jocks. Could not be more pleased with this company that has the foresight and infrastructure to leverage unique artists inspired designs.

Already a fan of the great designs and quality product, but the customer service is also exceptional. I ordered wrong size for my daughter for Christmas (even though website has extensive sizing instructions and guidelines), contacted customer service for an exchange, and they handled it promptly and politely. Replacement shirt was shipped right away without requiring return. Great business all around - will be a loyal customer for years!

I've been a customer for years, their shirts are always made of quality material that stands up well. My last order included 8 shirts (only 3 were presents to other people, 5 were for me!) and one of the shirts had a very off-center and crooked print. I contacted customer service with pictures and within 24 hours they ordered a new one for me and sent it out! Their customer service is top-notch, if there's an issue they fix it without making you feel like you did something wrong. Customer for life!

I purchased two long-sleeve tees for my grandson's birthday. Delivered on time, he was very excited about the designs - one celebrating being 8, the other identifying him as a Lego master builder. How disappointing when I saw the photos. The sleeves of one shirt reached all the way to his knees! When I checked my order, I realized I had mistakenly ordered an adult large instead of youth large.
I emailed TeePublic to inquire how to arrange an exchange. After I confirmed the correct size, they promised to ship another shirt immediately, which they did. TeePublic further informed that as a courtesy, there would be no charge for the new shirt, not even a shipping fee, AND that we need not return the adult shirt, even though the error was mine! I was overwhelmed with gratitude and became an immediate fan of this creative company.
P.s. The adult shirt went to our local church.

TeePublic has the most amazing customer service team! They were able to find an order that never arrived and we're not only willing to replace the missing order, but since my order changed because of a life change, they replaced some items with new items that fit my new situation. They truly want above and beyond to help me and we're so responsive!

Not only that, but everything I've ever purchased from them had been great quality for a good price. If you find it expensive, remember you're also supporting an artist that has very few outlets, so their prices reflect that payment for the artist's time and effort. Even so, they are competitive and fair.

Due to some errors on my part I needed to change the shipping address for my order, so I requested a change. Within minutes I had gotten a reply detailing an effective solution which prioritised the customers satisfaction. There were also some other errors (again, my fault) that needed to be edited so I replied to their previous email and was able to get help from several people from their customer service department who were readily available to hear me out and help in any way possible. Overall, amazing customer service and I would gladly shop here again. Thank you so much to everyone on their team.

I have ordered repeatedly from this company for a few reasons. They have a unique and wide range of popular products and designs that I really like, ordering from TeePublic supports independent artists, and customer service is personal and committed to making customers happy. TeePublic stands behind its products if you have any issues. The only difficulty you're likely to experience is trying to choose between so many cool things on the site!

I have been shopping at TeePublic for years now. They are my "go to" for gifts. The selection of shirts, either ready made or customized, is enormous and you can find absolutely any style to fit any personality. My family and friends love receiving them, and of course, I have to indulge myself as well! I also need to mention that their customer service is amazing! These shirts are awesome! Not a plastic/vinyl feeling image. Material is high quality and comfortable. Sizing charts are a great to find the right fit. Best customer service - helpful and quick.

What an amazing company... I ordered 2 large t-shirts which unfortunately didn't fit. I contacted the customer service department and asked to exchange them for XL. They told me they would send them out asap and not to bother returning the other t-shirts. I now have my replacements and I am very happy with the quality of them. Well done Teepublic amazing from start to finish. I cant thank you enough... just need some warm weather now please.

My son likes rock T-shirts. When trying to find a Neil Young graphic, TeePublic had the best one and what got my attention was The Who one they had on their website. Received the shirts, but noticed they were a lighter cotton weight. Emailed asking if they had a heavier weight cotton shirt. Like so many other reviews, they responded promptly and offered to remake replacements and told me to donate or give the shirts to someone else. I will only be buying T-shirts from these guys in the future. Thanks!

I've been ordering all my shirts from Teepublic for the last few years. My most recent order had a shirt with a small hole in it. After a short and prompt email exchange, they are sending me a new shirt. I always value when there is minimal friction when dealing with customer service. They've now secured me as a loyal customer.

TeePublic not only offers fun and unique tees, they stand behind their products with great customer service. The size of my shirt arrived smaller than I expected and they offered to exchange it with no hassles at all and mailed me a larger size right away. Best part was I didn't have to hassle with sending the small one back. They told me to donate it. I highly recommend TeePublic and will be buying more from them!

TeePublic has become my "Go To" source for cool t-shirts. The quality of the shirts is higher than other company's, and their response to any issues is prompt and courteous. I recently order 4 shirts, and one arrived with a small hole in it. I contacted them about it, and they responded the same day (on a Sunday no less), and issued a replacement! Give them a try, you won't find anywhere better for selection and service.

We have bought 3 custom tees so far, and all 3 were great designs on soft, quality tees. I got the kid size wrong on the last one, and customer service was quick, kind, and generous about sending a new one at no cost, encouraging me to re-use or re-gift the tee, which will be fun and easy to do at the skate park, because the scooter tricking graphic is so cool!

We love our monster truck tapestry... exceeded expectations! I hope the artist of this is proud of their work. Our shipment was sent in plenty of time to get here by Christmas, not the company's fault it sat in a distribution center for 3 weeks from postal service. However customer service was so nice and made up for the delay, even when I didn't ask. It's a company trying to do a little right when things in this world are not always so right. Will buy from this company again
