I ordered a shirt from Teepublic and when I had a question about the order I sent an e-mail. It was promptly answered I n a kind and courteous manner. A few days later I received the item and it was exactly what I ordered and expected. So excited to give it to our daughter-in-law for Christmas. Thank you for being a small business that is a breath of fresh air in our fast paced world.
Ordered at-shirt which turned out to be slightly too small. The service was great / no need to go to the hassle of returning and getting refund and instead they sent me the new size right away and no need to return the original one! Very quick responses and amazing service. Would 100% recommend!
It said 3-5 business days for shipping it has now been nearly 3 weeks and no sign of my package and the website will not let me track it, I tried for customer service and there is no number and I have had no responses to my email. Will not shop here again.
I ordered a TS awareness shirt for my granddaughter to wear for Tourette's Awarness month in honor of her father who has TS. I get the shirt in the mail today and am excited to see it. I open it up and to my suprise it looks awful! For one you can't see the lettering except the words Tourette Syndrome and the ribbon... WHICH ARE IN BABY BLUE! I just spent close to $100.00 on another order the day after this one was placed. I hope they look better then this waste. 100% not happy.
I bought one of the June Woman t-shirts. It is perfect for me. If you like a sugger fit go one size down. The screening is balanced and even. Big plus. The application is done well. AND this is the big one- it came sooner than many orders I've made recently from the big companies! Bonus points for that. I believe in supporting small businesses and this one seems to do that. I would definitely buy again.
I received as a gift from my family of a sweet t-shirt from TeePublic. I loved it, but unfortunately they had ordered me one a size too small. When I called TeePublic about this, they kindly offered to send me a larger one. I was prepared to send back the first one but they said to keep it and perhaps someone else in my family could use it.
When I received the replacement one, it fit beautifully, and the quality of the cotton is great.

I ordered all my tee shirts from there. A few months ago something messed up with my order. [ It was my fault not theirs but they fixted it] They were answering my questions right away and fixing my problem. A few weeks ago I ordered a couple of tee shirts and I got restless and asked after only 2 weeks if they could check in on my order. Of course they were right there ready to help. Of course after I send my email asking where the shirts were they showed up in my mailbox. The shirts are wonderful they are soft and comfy. This is my go to place. Thanks for being a great company.
As a stupid guy, I accidentally ordered women's 2X instead of men's 2X on a couple shirts. Day after Christmas I sent an email to TeePublic asking if I could do an exchange. They got back to me same day, said no problemo, and told me to donate the wrong size shirts! I compare that to some other on line merchants I've dealt with. One took four months to exchange a Chiefs Jersey they sent me that was for the wrong player... and the mistake was on them! Thanks TeePublic for treating people right! -George B, Independence, MO-
I've ordered several shirts from TeePublic now and have had good experiences all around. I've found that they have a large variety of designs available, several different types of shirts to choose from, the pricing is reasonable, and when I've needed to exchange for a different size, they got back to me in a timely manner and the process was really easy. I haven't to date experienced a single mixup with my orders.
I have rarely seen customer service as good as I have received from Teepublic.
I was thrilled to find artwork related to martial arts, as I have been looking for a while.
My order was not received and they immediately, and without question, sent a replacement order.
I received the replacement order last week and the original order came today.
Rather than having me return the duplicates, which I would have been happy to do, they told me to enjoy the extras and to give them to someone who would enjoy them.
I have been pleased to recommend them to some of my fellow martial artists.
I have purchased several times from TeePublic. On my most recent order I had a shirt that came with a small hole in it. I contacted customer service and received a response within 30 minutes. Customer service is sending me a replacement. I have already been impressed with the shirts I have received but I am extremely pleased with the customer service. My whole issue was fixed within the matter of a couple of hours. I will continue to shop with this company.
Update from my last review on the 10. I still haven't received my order. I dont even know if it's been printed yet dont spend your money with company I promise you'll regret it if you do trust me. I tried to cancel my order they wouldn't even allow to! Very bad business! Bad customer service trash!

I ordered a shirt almost a week ago and I still haven't received it or even a confirmation e-mail with tracking number. I'll never shop with them again. If your thinking about using them save yourself the trouble, and go with someone else.
I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your excellent customer service and quick response. I have MS and sometimes my brain doesn't think as it should and gets confused, but you took care of that for me, thank you again for helping me correct my mistake in ordering the wrong item for my granddaughter's 16th birthday.
I had ordered a couple of items. One was too big and the other was defective. I emailed them with my concerns and someone from customer service responded (on a weekend) right away. They took care of everything and are sending out new items right away; no cost on my part. I was very pleased!
I ordered a shirt for my husband on republic. It was to small so I emailed them the day after Christmas about an exchange. They got back to me that day. They told me they would send me a new size and to keep the one I got. That is wonderful customer service. I will definitely use them again!
When I tried on my order, it was, unfortunately, the wrong size. However, I contacted their customer service and they were so quick to respond! They got the exchange ordered and shipped out to me, and instead of having me return the shirt that didn't fit, they asked me to donate it. Very impressed with the customer service here!
We ordered two tees from the website for TeePublic. One of the shirts did not fit. I requested an exchange for size. I was pleasantly surprised by a TeePublic email stating they were sending me a new shirt and that I did not need to return the original. Since we are in our 70's, we are trying to stay home as much as possible so we were relieved we did not need to make a trip to the post office.
I have ordered from Tee Public on quite a few occasions. They have a great product assortment, quality items and excellent customer service. I was shipped the wrong size tee shirt on one occasion and within 10 minutes of sending a message to customer service they responded that they had submitted a request to reship. Highly recommend Tee Public!
I ordered a Yellowstone t shirt in size xl but was sent a 2xl. I emailed the company & within 2 days I received a return e mail. I do not have a iPhone so Jon said he would send me another in xl. He wanted e to take a picture. I received new shirt on xl within 1 week.he said I could donate the other. What great customer service! The shirt itself is soft & of very good quality. I will order again from them!
Order took weeks before it was shipped. It took 8 days for them to respond to my order status request and then the response was basically things are delayed and they don't know when things will ship. This would not be a problem if they didn't tell you that the items ship in 48 hours and that they answer questions and concerns in one business day. I don't think that they know what they are doing. When my order finally shipped to me it only had 2 of the 3 items in the order. Their email to me said that my entire order was in one shipment and then it said that it had arrived. There was only 2 items in the shipment and the packing slip shows 2 items but I ordered and paid for 3 items. All contact from Teepublic has shown 3 items. I've been trying to get a response or something from them for 3 days and nothing but advertising emails. Save yourself the trouble and use any other company to do business with.

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
