I love purchasing from TeePublic, as they have a huge variety to choose from, and the quality products received are second to none. Above all however, their customer service is excellent! I recently had an issue where I ordered a couple of shirts, and frankly, they ran a little small. After sending a quick email to their customer service, they immediately wrote me back, and had a replacement shirt for one of the sizes sent out. I am a repeat customer, and will continue coming back!
My one Xmas gift to myself was lost in the mail because I moved even though I forwarded my mail it never made it to my new address. Email customer service, they asked what my new address was and no more than 5 minutes later I had a confirmation that a new "fetch the bolt cutters" sweatshirt was on its way. I lost my job in the restaurant biz so this act of kindness that saved me having to pay for another sweatshirt was greatly appreciated.
Let me just say that I am already a satisfied customer. I have purchased Tees from TeePublic in the past and had every intention of doing so in the future. Happened to see a shirt that I knew one of my grandchildren would love but with limited knowledge of female sizes I asked the females in the family what size? They were wrong. Contacted the company via email to make a size exchange. Immediately received notification that the size I requested was on the way and keep the smaller shirt to give to share the happiness. A stand up company with a great selection and reasonable prices. I'm all in!
I ordered a tapestry on the site, and it was printed incorrectly. However, after emailing the company they quickly replaced it with a perfect product free of charge. Will order from teepublic in the future!

I HIGHLY recommend this company for both the quality of the t-shirts, as well as the fantastic customer service. I ordered 12 shirts for my family for Christmas. We are going to a lake on a vacation in June and I wanted matching shirts for the family with some sort of image and/or name of the lake so we can get a photo take while we are there. The image I chose was so appealing to all the age groups who are going. (ages 61 down to 9), and everyone really liked it. The shirts are made of very durable material---not cheap and thin. I got everyone to check the size chart to make sure I ordered correct sizes, but despite that, we still had 4 that didn't work out after we tried them on. I contacted the company and they immediately ordered the new sizes for me. I expect to get them in the next few weeks. I ordered 6 shirts and they are so soft, nice sleeves and well designed. The print quality is great! At first, I only wanted to order one shirt. Then I saw they had so many shirts for They Live (1988) and Predator (1987) that I had to order more. I am really happy with the customer service. Tri-Blend shirts immediately de-wrinkle when wearing them for me. I will be back to buy more shirts. Probably some V for Vendetta, plus The Matrix.
I ordered 2 t-shirts and they were smaller than I wanted. My son also decided he wanted a different color. When I reached out for an exchange, they wrote me back < 1 day later and just me new shirts. I did not even need to return the first ones. They were very kind and easy to deal with and I was impressed.
I have ordered with teepublic a few times now and have been very pleased with my products. Ordering on line is so hard at times if you don't know how the tee-shirt runs. Usually they are right on. I order a different style than usual this time as it was for my sister and not myself. It ran very small. I emailed them with the problem and they are sending a new one out right away. 1st time ordering from teepublic. Ordering was easy, price was good. They strongly suggested ordering a size or 2 up when ordering a women's T & it was spot on! I received email updates (order, delivery), suggestions ("is something wrong" & what to do about a return) etc. after my order. I even got my order 2 days early! Loved the message on the outside of the package! Will definitely order thru teepublic again!
I bought three t-shirts and was delighted with the quality of the shirts. I made the mistake of not trusting the recommendation to size up on my choices and when they arrived they were too small. Despite it being 100% my fault, when I reached out they were extremely helpful and responded within an hour! They told me they were sending new shirts and that not to worry about sending the shirts back just asking me to pay it forward by donating the shirts or whatever I wanted.
I was blown away! Not only did a get great shirts and amazing customer service but I also got to see what kind and genuine people work for this company 10/10 would recommend.

I placed a last minute order in a rush and didn't pay attention to the fact that google auto-filled an old address! I noticed a day later when I checked the confirmation email. I reached out for support via chat and it was corrected right away by a very friendly rep! My t-shirts arrived to my correct address a couple days later!
TeePublic has been my vendor of choice over half a dozen online shops that I have tried for my personal designs. If you have just started using them you know how easy and efficient their interface is and the great selections of SWAG they offer. However, you should also know that of the very few post-production problems I have encountered (>1%), they have supported me with perfect resolutions, making the task of meeting my customers expectations, and ultimately mine, by 100%.
I ordered a particular light sweatshirt to wear at a basketball tournament. I ordered a size that just ended up not fitting right. When I contacted tee public for a return for a different size, they made sure I got a new size and let me keep the existing sweatshirt. I'm sure i'll be able to find someone who can wear the smaller size, but it was just so nice not to have to worry about sending the first one back and risk not getting the new one in time for the tournament. Will definitely order from here again due to the great service.
I ordered 5 tshirts(Christmas gifts). It took me a while to even open the package once I received it. But, upon opening, I loved the shirts. Two were entirely too small. Was totally dreading having to deal with trying to exchange them.

I live outside the USA right now and many companies won't ship here. TeePublic sent the package very quickly and the shirts are great and match the photos and descriptions on the site! It's great to know I can count on TeePublic!
When the item I ordered arrived (within the advertised time scale by 4 days) it was too small. My fault as I should have checked the size chart. I contacted Teepublic who immediately arranged for it to be exchanged for a larger size. To my surprise I then received an email saying that I could keep/donate the original item as opposed to returning it. The replacement item arrived within 2 days of being arranged. Both items were of excellent quality and I will definitely be ordering from here again.
A few of the shirts I ordered were way too small. The sizes seem to run smaller then normal. But these guys were so quick to correct it and send me out larger shirts. I was super impressed with the customer service
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
