I'm in Europe and they are working well. So glad that I got these in the U.S. so we were in business as soon as we landed and did not have to spend our vacation time looking for SIM cards.

Easy and fast ordering. Clear and simple web site. Chat option nice but not needed after becoming famIliar with the site and options. Trust activation in UK and use there and in Norway is as easy.

Shopping Telestial was easy, the online help was informative, and delivery of the SIM card was speedy. I have yet to install the new SIM card, yet a similar SIM card that I had purchased from Telestial for an earlier international vacation worked flawlessly. I recommend Telestial for international SIM cards.

Site has very comprehensive explanation of terms and services for each SIM card. Instructions on how to start using it very very user-friendly.

Call and talk to customer service before I called and ordered and they were amazing your chat online was perfect

I haven't traveled abroad yet, but the shipping was quick and the instructions are clear.

I have shipped my unopened order back because I can not use it on my new mobile phone.

I actually haven't tried out the product yet. I will activate around the end of March.
