5 devices means that the purchased product can be used on up to five iOS/Android devices, and 1 PC/Mac means that the software can be installed on one PC or Mac. If the program successfully identifies the device, it will consume one of the five available devices. However, you cannot delete an identified device.
If you change a new computer or reinstall the system (equivalent to a new computer), you will not be able to re-register your software because the registration code has exceeded the usage limit. Therefore, you will need to re-purchase the software with a different email address.

I recently purchased 4DDiG Partition Manager from Tenorshare and unfortunately, it did not work as advertised. Despite encountering issues, I contacted Tenorshare for a refund within the 14-day window.
However, Tenorshare refused my request and accused me of being uncooperative. They demanded access to files I cannot share because I had to delete the software after finding another solution.
This entire experience has been frustrating. They offered an exchange for other software, which doesn't address my need for a refund since the purchased software malfunctioned.
Here's what went wrong:
Non-functional software: 4DDiG Partition Manager failed to perform its intended task.
Unreasonable Refund Policy: Tenorshare refused a refund despite the software not working.
Accusatory Tone: Their response was accusatory and blamed me for their software's issues.
Unhelpful Customer Service: They offered irrelevant solutions instead of addressing my refund request.
Save your money and avoid Tenorshare! There are other companies offering similar software with better customer service and clearer refund policies.

My phone was blocked and I found this system online to unblock it. Did a mistake and purchased the system for Windows instead of Mac, have requested an exchange straight away (2min after)! The answer was: "please write a review with 5 stars note first, send us a screenshot and then we will do the exchange". I said I won't write a fake review until the service is actually done, but received again the letter asking to write a review first. So here it is.
Fast and effective software along with its team of developers and customer support is beyond amazing! Love the company been OG since day 1!

Having found out about Tenorshare's 4ukey software after over an hour of researching how to get into my locked android decided to give them a shot. I was quite skeptical whether it would get passed my FRP lock that I lost credentials to, but Tenorshare had me back on my device in minutes and I didn't lose any data! I bought Tenorshare software on June 11,2023. On June 12,2023, I canceled it. On June 12,2023, I received a confirmation email from Tenorshare customer support stating that it was canceled. I was checking my Credit card statement this past April 2024 and noticed the Tenorshare charge of $29.95. They have been charging me every month since June of 2023. I contacted customer support on April 25th. I sent them the cancellation notice they had sent in June of 2023, and they have still as of today May 5,2024 have not refunded my money. I keep following up and they just say they are looking into it. Of course I blocked them on the credit card.
I Looked them up to file a complaint on the BBB website, they say the company address in Wilmington Delaware is a virtual office.

I see from my research I am not the only one this happens too. I am wondering what can be done besides spreading the word. What levers can we pull to hold them accountable?
The software does not work, lots of back and forth with support and they will not honor their 30 day money back guarantee.
I will have to file a chargeback with my bank/paypal. Do not waste your time on this, it will not work.

This website is misleading they do not provide the proper description of what each product is for and their customer service sucks. They refuse to refund my money but are willing to send me a free product if I give them a 5 star review. If I could give this review a 0 I would. I'm reporting yall to the bbb as well.
