I purchased a one month subscription to Tenorshare Reiboot to correct an issue on my iPad. Could not connect to my iPad. I've been working with their support group for 4 days and can't resolve the issue. I've given up and have asked for a refund.

Perdi acesso ao meu notebook a qual fiz a assinatura pois deu problema na placa, entrei em contato para poderem me liberar o acesso em outro notebook e como fiz a assinatura vitalícia e ainda tinha acesso a fazer não viria problema. A princípio disseram que não poderia e insisti respondendo o e-mail e depois me responderam me chantageando que liberaria o acesso em outro notebook só depois de eu avaliar o serviço com 5 estrelas e enviando uma captura de imagem da tela. Lamentável, perdi o meu dinheiro mas não vou fazer nada ilegal.

After complaining about not being able to properly test their software because of the limitations in the free trial version, they offered me a free registration code if I would give them a 5-star review. In one word - scam.

DOES NOT GIVE REFUND AS PROMISED. I HAVE BEEN TALKING TO THEM FOR AT LEAST A MONTH NOW. THE SUPPORT TEAM SUCKS. DID NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM AND DID NOT REFUND THE MONEY ALSO

Dont recommend. Their product couldnt solve my issue and they didnt give a refund. The customer service is also very rude and unhelpful.

I had an issue with the software where I was given a new computer, but not able to install it when I reached out they offered assistance, but only if I would leave a positive review. They ended up charging me more than I was supposed to be charged when I disputed took away my access to the program on my computers.
The program did work OK it was not worth the charge, especially since they require you to connect their servers every time to use it

It only seems to do what I need it to do and it's a great time to use the software in the people are great too I will always use their products over any other products and just take it back to me as soon as they can and it's been like done fixing my phone

This is amazing and I absolutely love tenorshare! Hopfully I can continue to work with this program I have never been more pleased with a purchase online then I am today with this product!

OMG THEY ARE THE WORST TYPE OF SCAMMERS ---REALLY - "If you do not mind, you can submit a 5-star review of our services at this link and send me a screenshot, which will be appreciated. After confirming the validity of the review, we will provide you with a new license." UNBELIEVABLE

I recently purchased 4DDiG Partition Manager from Tenorshare and unfortunately, it did not work as advertised. Despite encountering issues, I contacted Tenorshare for a refund within the 14-day window.

However, Tenorshare refused my request and accused me of being uncooperative. They demanded access to files I cannot share because I had to delete the software after finding another solution.

This entire experience has been frustrating. They offered an exchange for other software, which doesn't address my need for a refund since the purchased software malfunctioned.

Here's what went wrong:

Non-functional software: 4DDiG Partition Manager failed to perform its intended task.
Unreasonable Refund Policy: Tenorshare refused a refund despite the software not working.
Accusatory Tone: Their response was accusatory and blamed me for their software's issues.
Unhelpful Customer Service: They offered irrelevant solutions instead of addressing my refund request.
Save your money and avoid Tenorshare! There are other companies offering similar software with better customer service and clearer refund policies.

Utilizo os softwares da ternorshare a aproximadamente uns 3 anos, desde então nunca tive problemas e sem sempre contei com o suporte que é ágil em respostas e soluções de qualquer eventualidades, quero deixar bem meus agradecimentos e um feed Back positivo para a equipe tenorshare e em especial, ao atendimento da Priscilla, profissional muito eficaz!

My phone was blocked and I found this system online to unblock it. Did a mistake and purchased the system for Windows instead of Mac, have requested an exchange straight away (2min after)! The answer was: "please write a review with 5 stars note first, send us a screenshot and then we will do the exchange". I said I won't write a fake review until the service is actually done, but received again the letter asking to write a review first. So here it is.

Fast and effective software along with its team of developers and customer support is beyond amazing! Love the company been OG since day 1!

Works perfectly. I had a few questions initially, and their support team got right back to me with a solution. Definitely worth it!

Love it. But if you can fast reply. Fixed my problem with no problem. I will definitely continue to use these products. Product was ok but support great.
