I got a bike from the house website an it was shipped fast a& easy. I had a small problem with my peddles not being shipped with my bike so i call & talk to somw one a bout it & they fixed it right away

Bought a pair of Volcom and RVCA boardshorts... got em for a good price in the size i wanted, they came earlier than expected, and fit great. Id highly recommend this site for purchases. They always have good sales and the product selection is great..

Shopping online was easy, i was able to find the items I needed quickly and I received them shortly after at my front door. I always look to thehouse to get new snowboarding gear. Always an easy task with them!

Everything fit correctly and of great quality. Got alot of compliments on the jacket. The design is pretty cool. The pants withstand all the falls i took the day i went snowboarding and the did not rip.

We had a last minute idea to order a snowboard for our son. The pricing was AMAZING and it came with a free bag! We ordered the board on December 20th, paid the additional overnight fee and had it before Christmas! He LOVES it and we will definitely be back to this site! Great customer service and products!

I like the site and the products but the delivery was terrible. Supposed to be delivered on dec 3rd then there was an unexplained delay in delivery and then no word at all in the tracking process until
Package was delivered on dec 11th. Was beginning to wonder if I was even going to get the package.

Last September I purchased a snowboard from what I thought was a reputable Minnesota Company, The House. I attempted to return the snowboard that I had already paid for in full, The House rejected the return (bummer, but whatever) -- they are now refusing to give me merchandise back and will not refund the money. So they get the cake and get to eat it too.

I bought the Giro Whynd Bike Shoes and they look great, are comfortable and are made well. I've worn the same Shimano biking shoes for both indoor and outdoor biking. But, I wanted to try something different and more comfortable for mountain biking. I like the way these shoes look, but I haven't added the clip on or tried them out. Hope I'm not dissapointed.

Major shipping issues, arrived a week late, scratched, and damaged. The-House didnt honor thier own coupon that was sent minutes prior. Requested thier Costomer Service contact me and they wont make a effort. REALLY CRAPPY customer service...

My bike is awesome. It included a bluetooth headphones set that has good quality.
The bike is beautiful, the shipping packing was perfect. I only regret they did not include neither FRAMED BIKES nor THE HOUSE stickers.

Im an Alabamian who took my first trip to Colorado, and the jacket was perfect for all occasions from casual wear to skiiing to snowmobiling to a sleigh ride. It was perfect for my January trip in the snow. The pockets available and compartments are like icing on the cake! Thank you!
