Patagonia dirt shorts are above average. The house deal was great and made the purchase worth it. I was a bit unsure about the sizing so have free return shipping as an option would be nice.

The pants are perfect for midwest winters. I like them as winter bike pants. Natural fibers don't hold stink. They're very long, but $5 tailoring makes them custom. 10/10

I ordered skis and binding for my son on Black Friday. After 2 weeks, I attempted to contact The House because I hadn't heard a word. Two chats and no response. One message sent through the website, in which I got a response a few days later indicating they were understaffed (which I completely believe!). After holding on the phone for an hour, I talked to a human. Apparently, they didn't have the skis or bindings I ordered in stock. And rather than contacting me, my order just sat. An awesome employee (Tom) worked with me to get my order back on track, which would go out with overnight shipping. My order was again stalled in the warehouse. After awesome employee Tom nudged them, they got the skis out the door, but 9 days later and I'm still waiting for that "overnight" package. This is my first experience with The House. I just wish their Marketing Department would teach the rest of their company how to communicate. But what I really want are my son's skis, and a month later, I'm still waiting.
