I ordered perfume on April 19th. I contacted them when it didn't arrive over a month later. No one could locate the package and after having me call every carrier, had me fill out a insurance form. I promptly filled it out and returned it to them. They assured me within 5-7 days a replacement would be shipped. This all transpired on May 26,2015. Now it is June 30th, I haven't heard another word from them and nothing has arrived. I called customer service and the associate hung up on me. I can't believe this place! Seems like a scheme to rip people off who don't stay on top of things. I strongly warn others about buying from Frangranceshop.com
Ordered perfume on 2 hour click and collect. Couldn't get it for 3days so cancelled it got money back and then 2 weeks later they took money out my account again. Rang them up and got told thatched would not pay my charges because they made me overdrawn and I couldn't get my money straight back. When I said I would put a review on Facebook about these attitude they told me to please myself and hung up!
I wish i could give less, 1 star is a compliment. Gift set for GF's birthday was spilled an damaged upon arrival still in box, empty! As you can see by the image the packaging was undamaged so this could only mean the bottle was not secured! 2 weeks of back and forthing with "Laurentiu U" got me nowhere. After 7 images of every conceivable angle they closed my case. No refund no return no nothing! Thanks for the waste of a time gift, il never shop with u again your customer service is horrendous your process of complaints is terrible and worse still you dont even care! As of this morning iv had to initiate a returns that i will have to travel and go out of my way to send back, because of your messup not mine, im the customer?! I order online, it arrives. Thats how it works, if i wanted to walk about id have gone to a store! Useless utterly useless. AVOID TRUST ME, THEY COULDNT CARE LESS. AVOID!
I ordered and paid for perfume and postage,. I was tracking it online and it said delivered and signed for by household. I know I did not sign for it, so I went to the front door and there was the perfume lying in the porch way.
The delivery box was open the perfume box was crushed but the perfume was intact albeit the top of the bottle was dislodged. I complained and they apologised offering a refund or a replacement. I said I will have the replacement bottle as it was a birthday present and I could not offer the crushed box as a present.
I also complained about the courier lying and said I signed for it, they said they will investigate.
That same day they said they were still investigating with HERMES but will not now be offering a refund or replacement.
Dishonourable company PLEASE AVOID!
Ordered what I thought was Ariana grande -cloud for my daughter. The page clearly advertises the bottle and tbh I didn't look at the details at it looked legit.
It said free atomiser, I thought bonus! Turns out the free atomiser is the perfume absolutely reeks and I am pretty sure Ariana grande wouldn't put her name to a stench like this. Smells like it's gone off. Nothing pleasant about it
I ordered a certain perfume from Fragrance Shop. They sent the wrong one and said theyd post out a return slip. After waiting nearly 3 weeks for this I enquired as to where this slip was. They then told me that they dont send them to international buyers and that I would have to pay for shipping and tracking and it would be refunded when they received the perfume and receipt. They also said that they would send the correct perfume if they have it in stock. I told them I couldnt afford over $50 to post overseas so they then sent me NSW address. I asked if now they had given me an Australian address could they send a reply paid slip. Still they said no. I wouldnt trust them as far as I could throw them so I wasnt going to pay for the return. I have really wasted my money.
I ordered as a birthday present two weeks before birthday and it took twice as long to get my order as predicted (almost a month to get the order) and when I finally received the product there was a bug in the bottle. They did not care about the long shipping time and would not return the shipping fee. They did not care about the bug in the bottle and said it was the manufacturers problem. I will never order from there again. Awful customer service, awful shipping speed, and subpar products. Buyer beware!
I ordered WHITE Diamond, Liz over a wek ago. Order arrived in a short period in brown box with layers of protection, however; when I open and tried it on, it did not smell like the real thing. I went and sprayed the real thing on my arm and sure enough, it was different and the smell was hardly noticed. You could still smell mines after 30 mintues but Frangrance shop White diamond could not be detected after the first 15 minutes. Its a Fake but right now I am not going to worry about it. It's a lesson learned and will not be ordering again. Debra W. 12-11-16.
Do not order from this company. I waited and waited for my order to ship. Called twice; sent to voicemail, with no reply. Sent emails; no reply. I contacted my credit card company about the charge and filed dispute. That's when I got a reply from them saying refund back to card was issued. They couldn't respond until I mentioned dispute. I would not order from them.
Customer service online & the service in store was absolute rubbish. I bought a perfume for £135 and received a welcome discount of 20% which covered the membership and a further discount, I changed my mind a few days later and decided to exchange for a different perfume £10 cheaper but in store for some reason I was charged an extra £17. I came back in to query this and was told I couldn't have 20% off the exchange so had to pay the difference. Then was also told I could had to use my 2nd 20% voucher on the exchange but I wasn't given this option when the exchange was made (also how does this make sense if it's an exchange). I also messaged online customer service (a girl called Kate) the most unhelpful customer service ever in regards to helping me with another problem as I couldn't log in or register to use my online account membership. I was never emailed back when I asked to speak to a manager. Absolutely disgusting service and an absolute con! Never use this company or get conned into the rubbish membership
Ive just bought an aftershave from the their store. The Price was good and the packaging looked legit but as soon as I opened it you can tell it looked off the colouring of the aftershave and the products itself was slightly wrong and the lid didnt fit well after spraying it wasn't the right smell at all just smelt cheap generic aftershave they also wouldn't let me return the product. Avoid at all costs its a scam
On Nov/2017 bought Some Hugo By Hugo Boss Colognes and Oil, 10 days later ask, demanded to cancel these order, guys answer fast as lightning, apparently don't know the definition of customer service, they don't give nothing for free plus who knows about returning money?
Ordered two items. Chanel and Issey Mikake 8m eau de parmum. According to website there's free atomiser with the latter. Items came Issey Makae apparently missing, free cheap plastic atomiser there. No phone number on website found on Google. 40 minutes to get through to someone who tells me the Issey Miyake is in the free plastic atomiser? Maybe that's true but how do I know? Smells like it but could be fake and the packaging is cheap and horrible. Customer services told me its clear from the website it comes packaged like that- I checked IT ISN'T usual glass spray bottle shown. I now have to give a gift which looks fake and cheap. Wont be using them again will be reporting to trading standards
I ordered two bottles because it was an excellent price, but as soon as I looked at the contents it was a light purple hue -- NOT the vibrant blue of Lacoste Essential Sport. I decided to try it just the same, and can DEFINITELY say that the fragrance is NOT the same product available in stores. It smells similar, but scent disappears immediately -- no staying power like my department store purchases. I would be very careful with this site.
Buchanan Galleries (Glasgow) Store: I am a young oriental man, went in today to the shop as i saw a good offer on Ralph lauren aftershave. I got in to the shop and was greeted by a good looking young female (cashier) with short dark hair, i replied Hi, (there were 2 other females customers in the shop till (mother and daughter) at that moment) finishing paying for their goods assumed. I continued questioning her about this offer. This shop cashier/assistant did not have a clue what i was on, and its not my english/ communication problem! May be to her i just look like another "foreigner" in Glasgow (i have live in scotland for 15 years). She ignored me completely as if am a yellow brick wall! I dont know whether its my appearance or maybe she is a new staff or maybe its not her day today and its nearly "home time". Luckily another female (long dark hair) staff who helped me out & resolve my enquiry. At the end, i got the item i wanted however it hits me of what experience & treatment i just went through when i stepped out of the store. Overall, i will not/ think again before i stepped into the shop next time and maybe use another shop. I rather pay extra £20 more in another store rather than getting treated like today.

Placed an online order for same day delivery to Oxford street store, which was meant to be at the store within a few hours, however, when I arrived at store the item was never deliver
Placed to the store, I was advised that to buy the item again in the store and the store would request a refund for me which would take 5 day to appear in my account. Well if you've read any of the negative review you can guess that did happen, after numerous email to customers service, who would just give me copy and paste answer from, please contact the store, to did you buy it online, when I already mentioned it was an online order! I eventually got a my refund, but I wanted to make a complaint regarding the poor service I received, I told TFS does give any form of compensation, I said I want to speak to a manager. I have been told at least 10 times that a manager will call me back, but no call. Before I pursued my complaint I hadn't read the negative reviews and by the looks of it I'm lucky I even got my money back!
I signed up for the membership, and I reakon cancelling is going to be a drama!
