This is the second holiday in a row that I have ordered from Threadless. Last year when I NEVER got my order their reply to my inquiry was "Oh no! It looks like the following shipment from your order accidentally got placed for warehouse pick-up. We had tried to switch it to Postal shipping back on 12/4, but it looks like a technical hiccup from the switch from warehouse pick-up to postal caused your order to fail in reaching the shipping process :( " This year I placed an order three weeks earlier, and even then did not get my package two weeks after they said it had shipped. When I inquired where it was their reply was "Unfortunately we have some bad news about your recent Threadless order. Your order was mistakenly packaged inside another customer\'s shipment." I would like to say that their merchandise is worth this hassle, but no merchandise is worth this. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
The site offer cool designs, but the t-shirts they print on are not worth the money. The shirts are cheaply made and tissue paper thin. After a few washes I'm sure it'll fall apart.
Really good site. A little on the expensive side, but the quality is excellent, so I guess you're paying for that. Would recommend and i'll certianly use them again.
My daughter and I have had trouble with the website both times we have ordered. The website said that my credit card was declined but both times it took the money out of my account. There is no phone number to contact someone immediately, you can only "submit a ticket." For this most recent order, we tried to order a shirt several times each time their website system said, "the card was declined." Ironically, each attempt generated an order, even though the card was declined, and multiple amounts of money were taken out out of my account. I found a phone number to their warehouse but received a message that stated they don't receive phone calls for "Threadless." I did get a faster response for this ticket than the previous ticket when I was having trouble getting the shirt ordered. I was told in the return response that the money that was taken out of my account may not be returned for up to a month, which is ridiculous since none of the merchandise had been shipped yet and the extra orders were cancelled. I think the company need to update their ordering system, resolve issues right away, ethically return money right away, and update their customer service. The shirts are cute but I don't think it is worth the aggravation, all of the trouble with their website, and the inability to resolve problems immediately.
They look cute but they are VERY VERY thin. Like see through them thin. Might as well use a kleenix because it gives about the same amount of protection. Sent all of the ones I ordered right back.
They delivered all of my mask orders on time! Good quality, soft, and fun art! Both the premium (black elastic) and regular (white elastic) are good! And the artwork is cute!
This website is crap. They take months to send items and then if you try and get an exchange they make you repay for shipping both ways. What is that! Horrible Service and rude people.
THERE IS A NO RETURN POLICY APPARENTLY, THOUGH IT SAYS YOUR SATISFACTION IS IMPORTANT TO THEM THE TEE SHIRTS ARE TRASH AND THE DESIGNS ARE WORSE. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AND WILL DO MY BEST TO WARN OTHERS ABOUT THEM. DON'T JUST TAKE IT, REVIEW IT ONLINE AND HIT THEM WHERE IT HURTS! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO SGUT IT'S DOORS AND REMOVE THE SITE. RIPOFF! SCAMMERS!
Unique t-shirts by people just like you - Threadless isn't just your typical custom graphics clothing company its concept is much broader than that in that it is built on user interaction: users purchase, design, and vote on designs. If you have an idea, you download the template, submit your design, users vote on it, and if it gets enough votes, your design is chosen for production and boom, you get $2000 (and your name goes on the clothing label).
The result is some funny, clever, and definitely quirky designs that you won't find elsewhere. They sell t-shirts (for adults and kids), and onesie's and hoodsie's (for kids under 2 years old) of good quality, the prints last a long time, and it's a nice way to support aspiring artists. Their prices have gone up a bit over the years, but occasionally they have $10 t-shirt sales. All their designs are limited edition, so if a design you like is sold out, it's probably gone for good unless you can get a bunch of other people to ask for it to be reprinted too.
My favorite designs? I hope they reprint this someday, but one is a design which says "If you can read this, make me a sandwich. "

When adding an item on the site, it says this: Free Shipping On US Orders Over $99. See checkout for details (excluding Shoes, Skateboards, and some Wall Art).
I go, cool! Add three shirts, add a shower curtain, none of these are on the items that are excluded. Go to checkout, price before tax + shipping is over $99, put in US address, annnnd the shipping is not free. What? Since I don't have social media, I then text their support line since I thought it would be pretty fast with responding, although it does take them a few hours to respond to our back&forth conversation. Which is ok! I don't blame the support.
They say it's because I had TWO orders, since their shower curtains ship from a different facility it counts as a second order, and they also state that they mention this on the website. Just light scrolling through the website I don't see ANYTHING about this, and the banner literally says to 'see checkout for details', which I did: and after you input your address, billing info, etc., it THEN states all the way at the bottom of the screen that it's 'discounted shipping' and that it only applies to the first order (which, it technically should be one order, even if you ship it from two different facilities that's on you the company?). Why is this so hard to explain during the process; so that I understand why the shipping fee is there? They didn't offer to comp the shipping or anything, which was really frustrating since I did want to buy these things for my friends!
Anyways, I wouldn't bother if I was you. There are loads of other t-shirt sites out there, and I wasn't given anything other than incorrect info. I do NOT blame support, however it should be very clear and easy to understand why you aren't getting a special discount that they clearly advertise when you try adding an item on their website.
It is NOT my fault you guys have two shipping facilities, and I should NOT be charged for extra shipping just because you have to go to a different facility for your shower curtains vs shirts. Unfair, and it doesn't state that on the website unless I go maniacal and click on every link in your site to eventually find the answer I'm told is apparently there.

We got our new shirts in the mail it came in good time and my partner had a previous shirt from threadless same picture so we decided to buy the same one again as he loved the design when we got the new one it was the total wrong colours used in the design so we took a picture of the old and new one together and said we wanted it the same coloures this did not happen as i have just opened brand new parcel with same print dark and not the same, may as well not have a print on the shirt as its so black am not happy as these shirts cost alot WILL NOT BUY FROM THREADLESS EVER AGAIN!
I PLACED MY ORDER ON DECEMBER THE 7TH, NOTHING HAS ARRIVED YET. I WROTE TO THREADLES 3 TIMES FOR INFO WHERE MY PARCEL IS, AND NO ANSWER AT ALL.

GREAT tee's at awesome LOW prices. And they're the carrier of MineCraft Tees! I LOVE MC, so, they're my go to. I wear their tee's about 5 days a week. Haha

I ordered a shirt, and shipping was supposed to be "5-8 days" It's been 2 weeks since i've ordered and I still haven't gotten my shirt.
The cut of the shirts could be different, but the art work is truly beautiful. It's my favorite site for shirts because the designs are so different.
Threadless is a great place to buy really original tee shirts. I just think their prices are way too high.

Answer: I bought clothing in July. I've been going back and forth through email with someone named Nick Etheridge. It's October and I still don't have what I paid for around $85. At this point I don't think I'll get a refund or the merchandise.
Answer: Having the same issue but it's been past 5 days and the super unprofessional support emails can basically say they don't care.
Answer: Threadless doesn't care about customer value, the marketing and constant sales really puts a hole in our pockets. While I feel they need to be sued
