I could kick myself for not checking reviews! However, I didn't realize I was on their site! I thought I was in the Padres ticket site but I guess it re-routed me and I had no idea. I ordered the tickets for the wrong date and realized this immediately. I called back within 2 minutes and was told, sorry no refunds! OMG, really! So this was mid January I ordered and the event is on April 4th, 2 weeks away and still no tickets! I have contacted them multiple times and each time, it's the same story, the same canned response, no refunds, just keep an eye on your email!
I have to sell these tickets because I ordered the wrong date and here we are just weeks away from the baseball game and still no tickets.
When I received their email it stated the tickets would be sent on or before April 3rd, seriously one day before the April 4th date! How in the heck am I going to sell them then? I live 3 states over, so it's not like I can go to the game and sell them outside the gates.
Just be VERY careful when ordering tickets, make sure you see where you're at because the sites will redirect you without you even realizing it, until it's too late.
I would buy from ONLY Ticketmaster and Stubhub. Stubhub is a 3rd party seller too but they are up and up, not like this company!
So ticket center tells me I can post and sell my tickets even though I don't have them in hand, or barcode by email.
However, that's not so! Stubhub where I wanted to sell and other websites, require me to state that I will have the tickets on or before April 2nd, because they care that their customers have at least 2 days to get the tickets. Well, with ticket center, I may not get the tickets until Apr 3rd, so I can't post on Stubhub. Because I can't guarantee the April 2nd date and then I could be charged they tell me to provide tickets to the person who bought mine on Stubhub, so it's just a big mess.
It's a $300.00 mistake, and a very good learning lesson! The only saving grace is that I bought these using Paypal and because the email states that the tickets will be to me on or before April 3rd, when the clock strikes midnight on the 3rd, if I don't have the tickets, I will be applying for a refund with Paypal which they told me would be accepted, as long as I have the email stating when the tickets were to be delivered. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU ORDER TICKETS! I really wish I could prevent anyone else ordering from these people!
I tried to not select even one star for the rating, but it was mandatory, one star is too much for a rating, I wish there were negative numbers, that's what I would have selected! PISSED CUSTOMER!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING TICKETS, YOU WILL BE REDIRECTED TO BOGUS SITES LIKE THIS AND BE OUT OF POCKET ON A LOT OF MONEY!!!!
