We have been a two year user in our one small company and decided to roll out to the others. We love this product for it's breath of features but most importantly the amazing customer support by an educated, english speaking, well trained work force.
When TCW works, it's fine. The reports aren't exactly customizable, but I can edit them. However, quite often I do not receive clock in/out notifications (even though I have that setting turned on and did everything the support agent told me to do). Also, support agents are unhelpful. Several times I've been transferred multiple times just to end up with the same support agent... while waiting for a SINGLE response from ANYONE for over 15 minutes (being left on read, like I'm being ghosted after a bad date). I really don't recommend TCW at all.

I needed to simplify our managers current time sheet review process. Today she helped me find three ways to customize reporting depending on what we're looking for. She's simply a reporting Ninja! I should have made this call months ago. Thank you!
Love it! As an Administrator, the tool is very useful, especially when I'm traveling between our stores' locations. I can easily make edits through my phone, update notes, and locate employees via the GPS feature.
The ease of use is absolutely wonderful! When I worked with this product, I was amazed that payroll and time tracking could be so easy and fast. Being able to update things from home because of the Cloud feature
This app is amazing, it makes payroll an easy transition. My workers can clock in and out at a job and it tracks them whenever they leave. Great app, must use for new small businesses handling their own payroll!
We have had great support, from on boarding, to implementation, to answer the questions as things come up. It has made my job as a business owner much easier. Especially when dealing with my employees' money, it's important to get the details right!
I like the Mobile App the best, the ability to track time on the job site is nice, but the best feature is that it instantly sends to your supervisor. No worries about paper here. Also their support is really great, I called in with an issue and they fixed me right up. They are a great team
Pretty easy to use as an employee. My company is just using a pretty basic setup, just tracking hours on jobs. I can use this mobile app to clock in and talk my time during the day. Don't be too upset if your company is making you use it, it's pretty slick.
Like other Intuit products (e.g., QuickBooks Online, TurboTax), hits the "sweet spot" of ease of use, affordability, and functionality--much more so than competing products which I had limited time and ability to review. Also greatly appreciate being able to use immediately, rather than having to schedule a series of demonstration and implementation calls which other HR software/vendors require, making it difficult to evaluate quickly and simply, and cancel or choose another product easily. TCW is easy enough to use, with customer support always a convenient phone call away, for the 30-day "no hassle" trial period that one can truly evaluate it quickly and painlessly.
I'm a small general contractor with 5 full time guys. I was having difficulty billing customers with the paper time sheets my guys were filling out. This app Literally saves me thousands every year in lost time or undocumented work. Not to mention the documentation I can hand to my customers showing them the punch in and punch out times for my employees
Super easy! I really like this app for work. Easy to use and navigate. Can easily switch job tasks during or after shift. Editing is easy. Actually enjoyable to use and see the hours you've accumulated that day/week/pay period as well as the vacation/sick/etc time you've earned
Easy to enter time in from anywhere I never have to worry about getting my time sheet to the office in time. The only time we've ever had an issue has been input error on either the app side or in the fields set up by the back office and that can usually be fixed almost immediately.
Highly recommend using Time clock wizard for desktop or mobile time keeping and it syncs well with QuickBooks. Don't be intimidated by adding a third-party app, especially this one, to make your time clock, employee reporting detail or payroll detail more robust.
After 16 years of running my business, I was about to throw in the towel and I started to open an Indeed account to go work for someone else. This past year of owning my business I noticed there was a lack of performance, and it was starting to impact my profits. Let me say Time Clock Wizard has spent hours helping me directly on Screen Sharing and on the phone every single time I need help. They have not directed me to outside sources to get me up and running. I learn best with hands on explaining. Their staff is amazing. Today alone representative spent time helping me organize my jobs and getting my timesheets set up properly. He was so kind in being patient with me too.
Researched several different time tracking platforms before choosing time clock wizard. My suggestion is to do your homework. Don't just make a decision based off of reviews. Call the vendors and talk with them. Trust me, once you call and talk with TCW, you won't want to work with anyone else.
We've been using Time Clock Wizard for a few years now, and the scheduling for nearly a year, and we are fans! I called the customer service agent this morning and received top-notch customer support to resolve my issues
My overall experience has been great with TCW. I especially love the customer service. Whenever I have a question, the team is readily available by chat or phone to assist me with my needs in a short amount of time.
Love being able to track tasks into different time allotments! Clock in/out & submit time sheets notifications are a definite bonus, along with being able to edit time in or out when I forget or miss the notification!
The hardest part about Time Clock Wizard other than the 100 minute thing is getting the employees to understand this is just about keeping track of time. We are not tracking everything they do or every place they go. Some employees seem to think your just sitting at the computer tracking them all the time.
I do some engineering and design work on the side. This app made it so much easier to keep track of time. The first day I used it hated it... but that's because I forgot to clock in. Ever since it has been incredible, and I've remembered to clock in.
Before - Our workers filled out paperwork with their hours. Every single week it was a headache - they didn't turn it in at all, or they put the wrong codes or they messed up how many hours they worked - or what the project name was. It was a real NIGHTMARE! Now with Time Clock Wizard - it is so easy for them to enter it on their cell phones and I have very few problems. If they do get something wrong or forget something, it is so easy to fix!
I have been using TCW with my team for about 8 months now recommend it to everyone! Any time I have a quick question to ask, someone is right there to help. No long waits on hold AND you chat with someone directly online.
TCW is an great time tracking systems for employees who work on multiple projects in the field. Our company has found it to be a great asset to recording time for employees and verifying that they are in place when expected. We also like the variety of reports it is able to generate for ease of information.

I do consulting and bookkeeping for building contractors, and Time Clock Wizard is the only time tracking software I know of that can handle their unique needs. On top of that, they have the best customer service of ANY company I have ever worked with. I love Time Clock Wizard!
