We have been a two year user in our one small company and decided to roll out to the others. We love this product for it's breath of features but most importantly the amazing customer support by an educated, english speaking, well trained work force.
When TCW works, it's fine. The reports aren't exactly customizable, but I can edit them. However, quite often I do not receive clock in/out notifications (even though I have that setting turned on and did everything the support agent told me to do). Also, support agents are unhelpful. Several times I've been transferred multiple times just to end up with the same support agent... while waiting for a SINGLE response from ANYONE for over 15 minutes (being left on read, like I'm being ghosted after a bad date). I really don't recommend TCW at all.
Time clock wizard has been great for our firm and our client's. The software has capabilities to hop into clients Time clock wizard accounts and assist them in time activities, approvals, exports, or anything of the sort they may get hung up on.
The flexibility of being able to see how your time is spent and easily move between projects. It is great to be portable with the use of my iPhone and iMac. I like the different ways you can report your time and activities.
Customer Service helped me out today with how to get employee reports, how to track tasks, jobs and job locations all with the help of three wonderful, smart people at Time Clock Wizard. They really helped me out with all my questions today.
I love that it saves me 30+ hours each pay period because I don't have to manually enter all of my employees' timesheets, line by line. I love that it has GPS tracking, and the customer service is really fantastic.
TCW does what it's designed to do and does it very well. It doesn't overcomplicate anything. It keeps the features simple but versatile. It's ideal for a non brick & mortar business but works for stores as well. I can keep my employees time and also verify their location when the clock in/ out.
I just started with it a few days ago but so far I love it. The only conflict I've seen to find is if I forget to punch out it is hard to edit the time out. It is easy to edit your time in. Hope that helps. Other than that the app is great! It really helps me to time manage. I can see where I'm spending a majority of my time and adjust it.
I use this app daily for my work and its great to keep an eye on how long you have been on a job. It would be great if it was possible to clock out in the future and also being able to search for a customer on my timesheets. Would love to see these features added in the future.
The product makes it time tracking extremely easy and gives me the ability to accurately account for all of our time spent on various projects throughout the day, even while on the go. The seamless integration to quickbooks takes all the duplicate work out and streamlines my billing process
I have been using this tool for my business for over 2 years. I am able to manage, track, and shift my business activity with my staff. We work remotely, onsite with clients, and in our main office. No matter where we are, we have the ability to track our time so we stay accountable to our clients as well as our company. Thank you TCW for helping me get this under control!
This is a great product and a great company to work with. I would highly recommend Time Clock Wizard to anyone wanting to track their employee's time, especially when they are mobile. And even when they are not mobile.
We used to use paper timesheets for our employees hours. It wasn't accurate and we always had to ask for hours (often getting incomplete timesheets turned in). Today, with Time Clock Wizard, we are able to do so much more than track hours worked. We can easily run payroll reports for payroll, sync to quickbooks if we need to, as well as track hours worked for a particular job. We can also keep our employees honest by utilizing the GPS tracking.
Our small business with 7-10 employees use TCW to track our billable hours. As we are always on the move and rarely in our desks, the mobile app and the browser based systems work great for us. They allow us to quickly shift between customers and projects.
I took over leadership of a department and was faced with a difficult challenge. I needed to measure what the team was spending their time on, but I couldn't make doing this something that became a job on its own. I found TCW and was amazed at how easy it was to use, administrate, report on, and get help with. I've found the entire experience fantastic and quickly implemented the tool for my team. Part of the scheduling is really nice, I like that it will send shift reminders to the employees. Also our finance and departments heads can go back and use data for metrics from the schedule.

His employees aren't organized and he decided to choose something from the modern way of running a business and he deicded to find a company which might track the time of mployees, because he had to transfer all of them on remote. So, he has decided to apply to this company as it seemed to him pretty reliable and it offers a clear software with clear interface. He liked this software a lot and he had only positive emotions actually.
Hands down the best feature of time clock wizard, is the ability to clock in anywhere with a smartphone. It uses location to determine whether or not your employees are actually at work.

This system is very easy to use. I like that the Administrator can set it up so that the employee must be in the office to clock in. It help to eliminate time card fraud!

Great product, great support. Integrates easily into my QuickBooks Online - saves a TON of time every month when I do my billing. Literally paid for itself for a year with the 1st month of use.
I liked that you could geofence an area and have your employees clock-in only when they have reached a certain area. And it was very simple for employees to use and navigate
Web based, works well with QBO, good app both iOS and android. As IT consultants it does allow us to log all our interactions with clients (onsite or remote) and charge each a certain rate.
