We have been a two year user in our one small company and decided to roll out to the others. We love this product for it's breath of features but most importantly the amazing customer support by an educated, english speaking, well trained work force.
When TCW works, it's fine. The reports aren't exactly customizable, but I can edit them. However, quite often I do not receive clock in/out notifications (even though I have that setting turned on and did everything the support agent told me to do). Also, support agents are unhelpful. Several times I've been transferred multiple times just to end up with the same support agent... while waiting for a SINGLE response from ANYONE for over 15 minutes (being left on read, like I'm being ghosted after a bad date). I really don't recommend TCW at all.
I definitely love the user interface! Logs where I work hours and location so there is never any question! Thank you
Great app the one thing that would improve it tremendously, It needs a reminder to clock in after lunch.
Love Time Clock Wizard quick, professional and friendly customer service! So nice to be able to actually speak with someone if I need to!
TCW allows me to keep a track of timesheets on daily basis, have them approved without having to chase the manager and sends reminder every time.
When launching our business, I thought our timecard system would be expensive and difficult to administer. Noooope!

TCW makes it easy for my employees to clock in and out of client sites and also makes it easy for me to bill / invoice my clients and run payroll
My overall experience with TCW is a pleasant one and mainly because of the support staff. I am just blown away by how great they are at their jobs.
Great product, great support. Integrates easily into my QuickBooks Online - saves a TON of time every month when I do my billing.
