We ordered a holiday card with five photos. All looked great online and then we got the cards... poor resolution on the default textured photo paper resulted in a funky looking photo print, and nothing we would want to send to our family and friends. Disappointed for the $120. Tiny Prints staff was accommodating regarding a refund - except that we have to pay postage both ways. Will not order through Tiny Prints again. I suggest you go elsewhere.
(They don't deserve a 1 but there is no 0 option!) Short of writing a book, I will just "ditto" what everyone else has said here.
Three times I've waited more than 80 minutes to speak to a customer service agent. The "agents" are a joke. They could care less. I, too, paid extra for
Expedited delivery as many of our cards are sent overseas. My Christmas cards are two weeks late and they are hung up in "printing" status and have not moved from there. No one can give me an answer. I truly don't believe the "customer service agents" are even connected to the company. Not once have they even said they were sorry. All they can say is when they will be delivered and then the delivery date comes and goes and no cards!
Today, 12/15 their phone system is now turned off and their live-chat has been disconnected. The Better Business Bureau is next to hear from me.
This is outrageous.
DO NOT give your money to this company. They are robbing people blind and clearly I am not an isolated case.
I placed my Christmas card order on 12/08/15 and the delivery date given was 12/17 or 12/18. Today is 12/18 and no package was received…. So I signed into my account and checked the tracking details. It seems the cards arrived at my local UPS on 12/16, only to be returned to sender due to a "security" issue?! I called the customer service # *******256 and was told there is an 85 minute wait! Seriously?! Will never use tiny prints again…sorry. I would give zero stars, but 1 star is the minimum.
Can't get an order right, these morons. They are totally incompetent and have no clue what they are doing. I used them last year and should have learned. This year (2016 Christmas cards) has been a total disaster with hours and hours and hours on the phone only to get any email in the early AM that I need to redo everything over again or something other problem --- day after day... and wait for a customer rep for an hour or two. Calling it quits and going elsewhere. Don't use them. You will regret it!
I just placed my first, and last, order with Tiny Prints. I specifically asked for no adjustments on the announcements; Yup they auto adjusted them for me and "fixed" my picture so the announcements are not usable. They're way too saturated. Their customer service rep's solution was for me to place another order "at a discount". I guess I was supposed to hope they'd get it right the second time.
They're expensive, they don't do what you ask, their CSR's just want to hurry up and finish their chat with you, and their solution to correcting their mistake is for you to spend more money. Pretty much a perfect score.
Oh, I happen to be a professional photographer and am a bit familiar with the process of printing photographs.
I am posting this review just like the many others who will not be receiving their Holiday cards in time for Christmas due to a "Production Delay" I actually lost sleep last night because I was so upset. I tried emailing customer service -- no response. I tried PM on Facebook -- no response. I tried calling them -- 163 minute hold time. I submitted my number for a call back. Wonder if that will even happen. I guess I will just end up disputing the charge with Discover.
I ordered $72 and some change for 25 birthday invites on signature matte paper and it turns out it's $#*!ing cardboard excuse my language. It's incredibly deceiving. It distorted every single picture on the invite that were professional photography. I am extremely unsatisfied and will pursue anything I have to to get a full refund.
I would like to thank John Gilbert at Tiny Prints for his time and effort to get my order done correctly.
He went above and beyond his service by being extremely patient and helpful with me on the phone.
Thank you.
Ms. DaSilva
I used Tiny Prints for my Halloween party invites and they turned out nicely! The service was fast and efficient and the invites exactly what I had wanted. I even received a call from Lanette, the designer, to verify details. She sent me a hand-written thank you note after I had received the invites. I come from a customer service industry background and know that this type of personalized service takes a lot of hard work, training and caring about the business. I will absolutely order from Tiny Prints again.
I was very disappointed in the quality of our Christmas card photo. I submitted a clear photo taken with an expensive camera, only to receive something that was cheap looking with a reddish hue. Tiny Prints is reprinting for me; however, the order will delay my cards by a week. I will use another company next year or better yet, go to my local drugstore and use their machines.
I ordered cards with rush shipping and received them as scheduled, but while the card turned out great the envelope has our return address printed on the FRONT of every envelope! So much for the rush order. Really? Know one noticed this error?!?! Now I am on hold with customer service with an estimated wait time of 40 minutes?!?! I've always ordered with Vista Print and have been happy, but decided to try Tiny Prints since I saw a few designs I liked and had the 30% off the order. This will be the one and only time I use Tiny Prints. I should have read reviews before ordering!
I use to hold this card company in high esteem and was happy with the product I received, but that was two years ago.
This month I placed an order (which was time sensitive) two weeks ago. Today was the last date in the "estimate delivery window" and when nothing arrived I went to check on my order status. No tracking as my cards are still in printing mode and have not even been sent out yet!
I contacted customer service twice and still have not heard anything back. I have no idea when to expect my cards.
Would not trust this company for a large or small order, unless you are ordering months in advance.
I have had previous good experiences with Tiny Prints but when I needed them to be spot on they fell flat on their face. Return address is printed in the center front of the envelopes of the New Years card (and the person checking the project didn't notice that?) - best they could do was to get a reprint of the envelope order by Jan 6th - Jan 6th! I accepted the alternative which was a credit for the printing of the envelopes and a promise of blank envelopes to be fed ex'd to my office... I am still waiting. Too late for these cards to go out so basically it's $150.00 down the drain. I am not done till it is all reimbursed... ridiculous. There is no one there today to answer calls or even online chat of course. Never again... good customer lost.
I paid A LOT of money to get the fastest delivery for return labels for my wedding invitations. I was promised them by Wednesday. On Wednesday night I had received nothing and on chat support, was told they were labeled for 1 day delivery and would get to me 2 days after they were expected to. Fine, I'll take it.
After checking my status again, it still reads that it was in the "printing" stage. I find out there are ISSUES printing the labels and no one can guarantee the printers will work to print my very simple return labels. No one every told me that. Are we printing these in the mountains somewhere where there's no service? I am appalled and so disappointed. Thank you TinyPrints for ensuring my wedding invitations will be sent a week later than planned. Will never use again.
I ordered holiday cards, and paid extra for expedited shipping. I contacted them when the order had not arrived the day after promised delivery date, and they explained they are backed up. Expected shipping date is a week later!
I think this is completely unacceptable. Christmas cards should be delivered to the customer in time for the customer to make it to the USPS Christmas cutoff. If holiday cards is a big part of your business, you should plan staffing & equipment requirement accordingly.
The waiting time to speak with a customer service representative live was 117 minutes!
There are many other options out there. Never again will I use tinyprints.
The order never went out. I ordered my cards on 11/30 and still haven't been processed.
A lot of time, money and effort wasted. First year I won't be sending Christmas cards ever
I would absolutely NEVER order from tiny prints again. My order was totally messed up. Everything from the actual invite to the delivery. On top if it, they refused to give me any sort of refund and placed the blame on me. No accountability, no care for customer satisfaction. I spoke to 3 supervisors and they all just gave me canned answers, as if reading from a script. Apparently you don't need a brain to work there.
I ordered Christmas cards from tiny prints and paid a premium for expedited service. My cards did not arrive when promised and none of my emails to customer service were answered. Finally called and after a long wait spoke to a live person who said that as a "one time courtesy" they would refund the rush charges... in 3 to 5 days of course. They should have discounted my order for the late delivery. Poor customer service and poor attitude.
Ordered holiday cards on 12/7 and paid for expedited processing which guaranteed delivery by 12/11. It is now 12/14 and status on website shows that they are still printing but also that they are on schedule to be delivered on 12/11(three days ago). When you call the company there is a 40 min wait time to talk to a representative but recording states that all orders are being processed on time. Never again!
