Hello, I called customer service a few days ago with questions regarding the wedding cards I was attempting to order. A customer service representative by the name of Samara, not only navigated me through the site but informed me how to change colors, fonts, where to find offers, how and where to request the quick shipping (fasting shipping) and information on how to ask the designer for minor changes. She was extremely efficient, professional, knowledgeable, competent and friendly. Like I stated to her, I am extremely stress prone so to have such a pleasant experience and smoother process with ordering my wedding invites, that call truly made my week! I will be referring any and all contacts to order from this company, as she was just so helpful and resolved all my issues.
Holiday cards: For the price point, the paper is terrible (it's coated, looks cheap, and the coating makes the ink coverage look spotty); the pre-printed envelopes look like they were printed on someone's home ink jet printer; and the photos (although the file was high enough resolution to be printed on a bill board) are grainy and look low-resolution. I also order lined envelopes, or so I thought. What arrived were separate envelope liners that I have to stuff into the envelopes myself. The liners adhere to the envelopes using a protected adhesive strip, which have successfully ruined the liners 100% of the time upon removal (see image). I will never order from Shutterfly or Tiny Prints again. Simply to Impress was MUCH better last year. Going back to them in 2021!
We ordered a holiday card with five photos. All looked great online and then we got the cards... poor resolution on the default textured photo paper resulted in a funky looking photo print, and nothing we would want to send to our family and friends. Disappointed for the $120. Tiny Prints staff was accommodating regarding a refund - except that we have to pay postage both ways. Will not order through Tiny Prints again. I suggest you go elsewhere.
I was very disappointed in the quality of our Christmas card photo. I submitted a clear photo taken with an expensive camera, only to receive something that was cheap looking with a reddish hue. Tiny Prints is reprinting for me; however, the order will delay my cards by a week. I will use another company next year or better yet, go to my local drugstore and use their machines.
I ordered cards with rush shipping and received them as scheduled, but while the card turned out great the envelope has our return address printed on the FRONT of every envelope! So much for the rush order. Really? Know one noticed this error?!?! Now I am on hold with customer service with an estimated wait time of 40 minutes?!?! I've always ordered with Vista Print and have been happy, but decided to try Tiny Prints since I saw a few designs I liked and had the 30% off the order. This will be the one and only time I use Tiny Prints. I should have read reviews before ordering!
Wow - it took me 3 1/2 hours to order xmas cards - between issues with the lists (I don't want to go into everything that went on there and calls not returned etc). The customer service people are not trained.
I was told that the tiny prints card I was ordering would qualify for the 50% shutterfly discount but then 0% discount showed up b/c it was Tiny prints. It took me two more calls and another 1 hour and 15 minutes to get 40% off. The customer service people were very flip on the phone.
I won't be using them next year. Too bad.
I would like to thank John Gilbert at Tiny Prints for his time and effort to get my order done correctly.
He went above and beyond his service by being extremely patient and helpful with me on the phone.
Thank you.
Ms. DaSilva
They sent me half as many envelopes as I needed for my order. Customer service was really rude when I called about this - they told me that it would take until Xmas day to get new envelopes (if Amazon can overnight things, why can't they) and initially said I would have to send back my entire order - including the cards I had already stuffed in the envelopes I did get - to get any refund. I ended up having to buy new envelopes and they didn't fit exactly write. Finally, because I had to go out and get new envelopes at a busy time, my cards are going to be late. If you do one major thing, you should get it right!
I just used Tiny Prints for my son's birth announcements. Everything went according to plan in terms or ordering and them arriving but the cost is shocking! Once they arrived at my door I was charged another fee for shipping and taxes. I should have read the fine print closer as I didn't realize the charge was in US funds. Each announcement was $2.70, which to me seems very, very high. For our Christmas cards, I used Vista Print. The cost on these was less than $1 and the quality is just as high. I wish I had of used Vista Print for my Birth Announcements as I would have saved a bundle.
I ordered memorial cards from this service in plenty of time, but put a rush order on it anyway. They did not arrive on the date as promised. And, when I contacted the company to get them to rush rush the cards, they simply refunded the SHIPPING as if that could fix the fact that we had no memorial cards for my father's service. They were unhelpful in the extreme, unprofessional, and I will never use their service again. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for prints for important occasions, as this company does not care about customer service.
I have been a customer of tiny prints for 8 years. They quality of their cards is great. Their dependability on delivery cards in a timely manner is inconsistent and unacceptable. I ordered my son's birthday invitations in August 2016 and received an email stating that due to "processing errors" my invitations would be 1-3 business days late. They arrived 5 days later and too late for the birthday party.
I decided to try again with Christmas cards and I received that same email claiming production errors. Then my cards were sent to the wrong address and 7 days past their scheduled delivery date, I still have no Christmas cards.
After 8 years with Tiny Prints, I will NEVER use them again because they DO NOT deliver on promised delivery dates.
I ordered college graduation announcements over a month ago and have still not received them. I graduate December 11 and the best the company can do is send a reprint that will, at the earliest, get here December 3. I wont be ordering from here again and would advise you against it also.
I tried to order my cards right after Thanksgiving. The web site crashed while I was choosing the card. Ended up ordering the next day and did not get the Black Friday special. Cards were suppose to arrive on 12/9-10. I contacted them and they said there was a error. I got them on 12/21. You can imagine the stress!
I asked for a full refund, they credited me 50%.
I've been using Tiny Prints for our holiday cards for a few years now. They've always delivered on time. This year, I ordered our cards, received the digital proof by email and after I submitted my OK for the proof, I realized that I needed to change out the photo. Oops! I emailed customer service and attached the new photo to my email. Then noticed that they have a live chat, so I sent them a text to which the rep looked into my order immediately, and the change was made as I had requested. They even sent me an extra proof to see the final product before sending it to print. And despite the fact that this extra round of work was involved, the cards were delivered 3 days before the expected delivery date! Such a helpful team and great service.
I spent time and effort making our family Christmas cards on their website, with plenty of time for holiday delivery, only to be left with a pile of cards and no envelopes the day before Christmas. I spent over $200 and was refunded $49 due to the "inconvenience" they caused us, and only after I called and demanded some type of restitution, they should have offered this on their own.
With so many options out there I will never use their services again.
I've been on chat and the phone with customer service all day because I am unable to apply a credit to my order with a sale code and have received nothing but disconnections, condescending responses, patronizing tones, etc. The fact that my lifetime business is not worth a $50 difference when I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars with this company is such a disgrace. The acceptance or exception for this order would have ensured that I continue to always purchase from Tiny Prints, but instead, they chose to lose a customer to this and all sister sites for life. This is beyond disappointing and frustrating that a company that specializes in greetings and warmth, treats their loyal customers this way. I will never purchase from Tiny Prints or affiliated sites ever again.
Ordered christmas cards on thanksgiving to send them out early december, it's now mid december and the cards have not shipped. Every time you call them, it's about a 2 hour wait time until someone picks up. Absolutely terrible.
Do NOT get your cards from Tiny Prints. After using them for a few years they have expanded and I suppose beyond their capabilities as not only do they not deliver an order on time when their website promises a date, they have zero customer service (your hold time is "150 minutes"- no joke) and no control over what happens when you do get them on the phone. Hard pass from now on. Will try minted.
Really unhappy with the quality of this company; my baby shower invitations were almost impossible to read and very low quality. They need to use more ink and work on their sizing. Also, the RSVP website didn't work for half my guests. Won't be using this company ever again.
I won't repeat what everyone else is saying since it is exactly the same, but I will also dispute the charge with a Regulation E Claim and any consumer who does, will prevail. Your bank knows how to help you file a Reg. E claim. I also will NEVER do business with them again. Hopefully, this fiasco just puts them out of business and then we all move to Shutterfly.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been a Tiny Prints customer for seven years. Last year, the print quality was so poor that I had to get my cards REprinted twice and the third batch still was not great, but my loyalty and the customer service brought me back for holiday cards again this year, only to discover the print quality again was poor (despite a "designer review") and required a reprint. This year, however, the customer service has been horrendous-- all I heard was a robotic "I apologize" but every promised delivery date has been missed and now over a week later, I still don't have my holiday cards. Abysmal expectations management.
High quality, well designed cards and products with very reasonable pricing. Look out for promotions and sales.
Service has been good on several large and small orders. The product line, service and quality has improved over the past two years, from 2009 - 2011. IMHO, they rival and surpass the other large sites: Kodak Gallery, Shutterfly, and Snapfish.
It took 3 days to get my order put it, I kept getting an error message that the site was busy and try back later. Was on hold for 47 minutes at one point and no one picked up. Three days later I finally got to speak to someone. Cards arrived a week late and it's too late to use them. An order I put in AFTER my Tiny Print order arrived a full week earlier and on time for the holiday.
I received my product and the colors on the printing were way, way off. The invitation was supposed to be navy blue/light blue (it was a night time sky) and it printed black and green. I contacted customer service who told me it was just a problem with my computer screen. Well, it looks that way on both of my computers and phone so I don't think so. They would not reprint for me. Bad quality plus poor customer service.
Nice product. Horrible customer service - shall we say no customer service.
Ordered holiday cards. Delivery date changed on me in the order confirmation. Called to complain. They "upgraded" delivery and gave me a new date. Sent another confirmation and charged me $25 for the free upgrade. Called to complain. Left me on hold for 35 minutes until I hung up.
Please do not shop this site.
Beautiful products. But, customer service has gone down the toilet when used to be exceptional. Also, tinyprints.com does not post negative feedback on their customer reviews link, so according to them, everybody loves em', Not to be trusted.
For 4 times the price of any other card company, I would expect perfection. My labels arrived past the guaranteed delivery date, leading to me unable to even use them. When I asked for a refund, they denied me and said I would have to send them back in order to be considered for a refund. Inconvenience #2 for the customer due to YOUR error? I will never use them again, nor should you.
