Ib Mo have 15 suppliers and send their cargo to a warehouse which specify. When load the cargo into containers, because the dimensions is wrong, it cannot load all, none of the suppliers would like to reload it for him, our trucking is waiting on their warehouse and cannot close the door, then we help him to call each suppliers and seek for solutions, finally, we help them to unpack the outer package and reload it well,

Second, when we do Customs declaration, Customs find there is a mask sample in it, so they requires customs inspection, and we show the inspection list and photos to Ib Mo, we all know that the mask is a sensitive cargo under the COVID, our country is very strict with the quality of each masks exported, and it needs to submit gloves VAT invoice to Customs, but the factory is no VAT invoice, it is a big problem, in order to solve this problem and save time to catch the vessel, we help them to apply the way which can save time and money to solve it and catch the vessel, because that day is a Saturday, and the vessel will sailing on Sunday, the time is very urgent, but he said to consider it, During the period we explained to him, but he did not understand. Time past quickly, when he decide to arrange, it is too late.
Later, according to the requirements of the customs, a series of documents need to be provided, it takes too long time to provide all the docs which customs needed.
Each day for port have so many surcharges occur, everyone know that, it is charges by port and carrier, not us. And for all the inspection container which cannot provide the docs to customs, will have penalties and container need to be back and takes the cargo out, and re-export again. This is why he incurs so much expense.
