Get to end of surveys and will stop/crash.
10 minute surveys turn into 1/2 hour long then crash.
Finally get to ******* points for a $25.00 Amazon gift card and then suddenly You can't log in.
Try to reset password and never get an Email back.
Finally complain thru Zen Desk and get a response to reset My password.
Stuck in the same old loop.

In order to ensure we receive reliable information from all of our influencers and maintain the high quality standards of our panel, our Data Quality Team does multiple routine checks verifying various data quality points and potentially fraudulent behavioral patterns. Some examples of the various checks performed are: registration checks, the location from which surveys are accessed, proxy usage, device checks and digital finger printing failures, activity and behavior in surveys and many more data points.
Besides these panel-level checks, there are also quality checks implemented in each questionnaire we offer (i.e. Survey-level checks).
To protect our clients and the security of our panel, our team cannot disclose more specific details about these flags and techniques employed to detect fraud.
We understand that having your account suspended is an unpleasant situation, however, our clients rely on consumers' truthful feedback to make important business decisions, so it is critical that we ensure they receive reliable information from all of our influencers.

Overall out a bunch of time and $25.00 and told them Everything about Me for NOTHING.
Hope that it does not come back to bite Me in the $#*!!
Only gave it one star because I had to rate it.
Too bad can't rate into the Negative side.
