Tradekey website works perfect, yet I have couple of recommendations to enhance the service quality. First of the all, some people registered various accounts at tradekey which is extremely puzzling and should be banned so we can discuss with the company adequately. We have faced an issue that we contacted a company and got price, while doing market analysis, that company found with other name with a little difference and with another employee. Second, those clients who does not answer on email or does not reply ought to be expelled from mail and tradekey website because they are inactive and if they reply after so long, they have changed their business and line of work or switched their employment. It seems like spam accounts.
