This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
I purchased a $720 item from Chic Finds and they cancelled the order, raised the price by $100 and refused to honor original featured price. Tradesy let them get away with "correcting their listing" and has done nothing - including dropping the vendor - despite many emails requesting that they do so.
Easy Mo'Cheesey. Picked it out without a doubt, they sent it here in the clear. Christmas time is here and now my friends I've nothing to fear. I have a gift to give away, so although I'm a dork my wife, she will stay.

I enjoy shopping on Tradesy however, I will likely not buy any mows clothing. The condition ratings on both occasions were not accurate. The jacket I bought was clearly used and the most recent purchase most definitely had signs of being worn.

The tradesy purchasing procedure was smooth and easy. The product received was just ok. Had a stain that wasn't mentioned on the sellers description and the seam was coming apart on a few places. So I would give the tradesy platform 5 stars, but was disappointed in my item purchased and will not use it.

The glasses looked like sunglasses online, but when received the lenses are clear. I don't think the glasses were fairly represented in the photo.
The seller was good at shipping the item quickly and the item is in perfect condition.

I found the shoe that I was looking for and it was exactly as pictured. Shipping and communication was quick and everything went smoothly. While the item was perfect, it did not fit so I will have to shop for a new size, but everything else was perfect.

It sounds like ‘Michele'watches are overpriced now in stores, like Nordstrom. However, Nordstrom is a nice place to see them.
My watch is pretty and elegant. It is perfect. It was also delivered before Christmas, which is also a delight.
Tip for consumers:
Before the holidays, it is nice to give a nice valuable watch. It sounds like it is a serious company.

I've received the shoes on time, and it was quick delivery! I've been wanting these shoes last year and I finally got them. The only thing I was not happy about was that it did not come with dust bag.

The seller was great at communicating shipment date... The necklace is as described and came in a nice box, but it was very tangled and knotted. I got it untangled though. It was priced very very fairly... Thanks to the seller. I am pleased.

I ordered a pair of Valentino Rockstud wedges (brand new) and I absolutely love them. However, the shipping time was ridiculous. I placed my order on 3/16/21 (a Tuesday) and they were shipped out 7 days later on 3/22. I received them 10 days later on 3/31 so it took 16 days to receive my package and that seems like a long time for a $700 purchase. But overall, I love my shoes and got a great deal on them.
I love Valentino- especially the Rockstud collection and I usually buy them from luxury retail stores like Neiman Marcus but a friend told me she found brand new designer shoes on Tradesy at a good price so I decided to check it out.

This is awesome jacket and great price, but I didn't expect it so small. I know that Burberry is running small but still didn't guess this time. Too small for my husband but I guess I will keep it for my son, he is almost 15. Thank you again

I sold a brand new jacket over 2 weeks ago. The customer said she could return for any reason. Then she claimed jacket had been altered because it was too small for her... I bought this brand new at Neiman Marcus and have never worn it. It is impossible it has been altered. The seller is at an extreme disadvantage here because all the buyer has to do is claim the item is damaged in order to get their money back. It has been 2 week and I still haven't received the jacket back nor did I ever receive the funds from the sale. Everyone involved is in CA. FYI... the jacket was a $2700 Celine jacket. Their customer service is horrible. If you have expensive items, do not sell on this website.

I was satisfied with my purchase and my experience with Tradesy.com The only downside was that the package was kind of flimsy and with the lack of the packing material. My small Chanel box was placed in a much bigger cardboard box and was moving there pretty loosely. At some point during the delivery, cardboard box was squished and damaged, and there was a opening in it. It is a miracle how my item did not slip through that opening. It would be great if Tradesy emphasizes a good packaging with its sellers. Other than that, it was a good experience overall. I put five stars as a credit for future improvement in packaging

I was so scared when I placed my order and was hoping for good. But yesterday when I received part of my order and it made me happy and surprised because the purse which I bought it was totally brand new as it said and with tags and beautiful also. I was so thrilled to find the Tom Ford sunglasses I was searching for on Tradesy! This was a classic discontinued style that I have wore for several years until recently when a beach in North Carolina claimed them from me. The transaction was smooth, and the item was as described. My order was slightly later than I expected so I contacted the seller, and seller responded immediately and explained the item was being shipped from Texas, and weather had caused shipping delays. Item was shipped that day I believe, and I received it quickly and as described. I was overall very pleased with the process.
